Student service centre
Student Service Centres can help you with general enquiries and provide face-to-face support to help you access services, advice and information.
We also have computers for you to view your student record through the MYVU Portal.

Student Service Centres are located at the following campuses.
City Flinders (includes VUHQ)
300 Flinders St, Ground Level (City Flinders Campus map)
Open: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm.
Please note: no more than $500 cash can be accepted.
City King
225 King St, Level 2, Room 2.009 (City King Campus map)
Open: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Please note: EFTPOS payments only at this location.
City Queen
295 Queen St, reception, 1.11 (City Queen map)
Open: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

Footscray Nicholson

You can visit Student Service Centres for:
- academic transcripts
- a course application form
- an application to graduate
- course information
- course withdrawals
- enrolment (or see enrolment FAQs)
- fee extensions
- leave of absence
- travel concession cards
- enquiries about other student support services including advice and counselling, employment services, housing services, student equity and disability support.
- a campus map and directions around the campus
- fee payment.*
* If you want to pay your fees at a Student Service Centre you can use:
- Cash or EFTPOS at Footscray Park, St Albans, Sunshine and City Flinders (Please note: no more than $500 cash can be accepted.)
- EFTPOS only at City King, City Queen, Footscray Nicholson and Werribee.
