Ashley Down
Coordinates: 51°29′N 2°35′W / 51.48°N 2.58°W / 51.48; -2.58
Ashley Down is an area in the north of Bristol. It lies on high ground east of Bishopston, north of St Andrews and St Werburghs, west of Muller Road and south of Horfield. The main artery is Ashley Down Road. It is in the Bishopston ward of Bristol City Council.
Ashley Down was developed in Victorian times. A number of large detached villas were built on Ashley Down Road. Smaller terraced houses were built in the north of the district.
Muller Homes
In 1845 George Müller entered into a contract for the purchase of 7 acres (28,000 m²) of ground at £120 per acre (£0.03/m²) for the accommodation, feeding, clothing and education of 300 destitute and orphan children. On 18 June 1849 the orphans transferred to the new building, designed by local architect Thomas Foster. By the time he died in 1898, Müller had received £1,500,000 through prayer and had over 10,000 children in his care.
The orphanage continued on the Ashley Down site until 1958. Orphan Houses 2, 4 and 5 are now owned by Bristol City College, while No 3 House (in which Müller lived for the last few years of his life and in which he died), on the other side of Ashley Down Road was converted into private flats in 2007. No 1 House is currently (2010) being redeveloped as flats.

Never Gonna Give You Up
"Never Gonna Give You Up" is a single by Rick Astley, released on July 8, 1987. Written and produced by Stock Aitken Waterman. The song was released as the first single from his debut album, Whenever You Need Somebody (1987). The song was a worldwide number-one hit, initially in the singer's native United Kingdom in 1987, where it stayed atop the chart for five weeks and was the best-selling single of that year. It eventually topped the charts in 25 countries, including the United States and West Germany.
The song won Best British Single at the 1988 Brit Awards. In 2004, it was voted no. 28 in 50 Most Awesomely Bad Songs... Ever by VH1.
The music video for the song has become the basis for the "Rickrolling" Internet meme. In 2008, Rick Astley won the MTV Europe Music Award for Best Act Ever with the song, as a result of collective voting from thousands of people on the internet, due to the popular phenomenon of Rickrolling. It was also featured as a downloadable track for the Rock Band series.

Room 93
Room 93 is the debut EP by American recording artist Halsey. It was released in October 27, 2014 via Astralwerks. The project was re-released digitally on April 15, 2015, including a new version of "Ghost", this later is also included on the singer's debut full-length album Badlands. The sound of the EP is rooted on the electropop music genre. A digital remix version of the EP, featuring three remixes for the songs "Hurricane", "Ghost" and "Trouble" was released on March 3, 2015. Along with the remix EP, a "One Mic, One Take" EP was released on the same date.

Rick Astley
Richard Paul Astley (/ˈrɪk ˈæstli/; born 6 February 1966) is an English singer, songwriter, musician, and radio personality. His 1987 song, "Never Gonna Give You Up" was a No. 1 hit single in 25 countries. By the time of his retirement in 1993, Astley had sold approximately 40 million records worldwide.
Astley made a comeback in 2007, becoming an Internet phenomenon when his video "Never Gonna Give You Up" became integral to the meme known as "rickrolling". Astley was voted "Best Act Ever" by Internet users at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2008.
Early life
Richard Paul Astley was born on 6 February 1966 in Newton-le-Willows in Lancashire, the fourth child of his family. His parents divorced when he was five, and Astley was brought up by his father. His musical career started when he was ten, singing in the local church choir. During his schooldays, Astley formed and played the drums in a number of local bands, where he met guitarist David Morris. After leaving school at sixteen, Astley was employed during the day as a driver in his father's market-gardening business and played drums on the Northern club circuit at night in bands such as Give Way – specialising in covering Beatles and Shadows songs – and FBI, which won several local talent competitions.

Iceland (AGAIN!) Vlog | PART ONE | soothingsista
Back at it again in Iceland!! This is the first two days (of three) in Iceland. I feel so lucky now to have seen a bit of Iceland in the winter as well as the summer! In this vlog we go to the Blue Lagoon and view a beautiful concert called 'Perfect Black' put on by LG for their new OLED 4K TV! I didn't say this in video but the event was inspired by a single day in Iceland where all the street lights are turned off in Reykjavík in order to view the Northern Lights more clearly. Astrophotographer Sean Parker filmed the aurora borealis for two months to create the beautiful show you can see in this video! I started my trip off by hopping off a plane and then immediately hopping onto a bus. But not just any bus, a bus operated by Brewvana Brewery Tours, the mostly women-run craft beer brewery tour company. Portland, or know as Beervana to some, is home to 55 breweries within its borders, and is truly a beer-lover's paradise. On my tour we made stops at Rogue Ales & Spirits, Laurelwood Pubic House & Brewery, Widmer Brothers Brewery and Sidecar Bar, where I had the chance to sit down over a pint with the founder and owner of Brewvana, Ashley Rose Salvitti.
While in Portland, I stayed at the Tiny House Hotel, a hotel made up of, you guessed it, tiny houses. In the next portion of my video guide I give a tour of my "crib" to show what it's like to live and stay in a tiny house.
Then, in an effort to get a chance to experience the famed brunch scene in Portland, I stopped in at The Tin Shed Garden Cafe, located down the street from where I was staying in the New Alberta Arts District.
In the interest of learning more about food, I headed to the downtown location of the Portland Farmers Market, located in a beautiful stretch of downtown Portland. Here, I got a tour of the grounds with Mona Johnson, then had the opportunity to meet up with some of the vendors, including Matt Choi of Choi's Kimchi Company, and famed chef and artisanal pickle impresario, David Barber of Picklopolis and Bingo! Sandwiches.
In need of a little peace and serenity, I then visited the Lan Su Chinese Garden, a peaceful and beautiful oasis in an otherwise busy and hectic part of downtown.
When visiting Portland, there's no reason to spend all your time in the city, especially with so much to do outside the city limits. The next day I took a road trip with local Matthew Domingo to explore the Columbia River Gorge and the numerous trails and waterfalls just off the road you can check out.
Then, to wrap things up, we stopped in at Hood River Organic near the riverside town of Hood River, an organic orchard and farm run by East Coast ex-pat Dan Thall, who gave us a tour of his land. Once the day ended we then headed out to happy hour at Solera Brewery in the imposing shadow of Mount Hood and then into town for a dinner featuring mushroom pizza with mushrooms Dan had grown and recently delivered to the restaurant.

Then, to wrap things up, we stopped in at Hood River Organic near the riverside town of Hood River, an organic orchard and farm run by East Coast ex-pat Dan Thall, who gave us a tour of his land. Once the day ended we then headed out to happy hour at Solera Brewery in the imposing shadow of Mount Hood and then into town for a dinner featuring mushroom pizza with mushrooms Dan had grown and recently delivered to the restaurant.

Back at it again in Iceland!! This is the first two days (of three) in Iceland. I feel so lucky now to have seen a bit of Iceland in the winter as well as the summer! In this vlog we go to the Blue Lagoon and view a beautiful concert called 'Perfect Black' put on by LG for their new OLED 4K TV! I didn't say this in video but the event was inspired by a single day in Iceland where all the street lights are turned off in Reykjavík in order to view the Northern Lights more clearly. Astrophotographer Sean Parker filmed the aurora borealis for two months to create the beautiful show you can see in this video! Make sure to stick around for the final day in Iceland where we go Puffin watching in PART TWO of this vlog!! Also, I have linked my first trip to Iceland down below if you haven't seen it yet.
