Plot: During the Sarikamis Battle, the Ottoman army runs out of ammunition and appeals to the people of Van for help, who happen to have supplies. CHENNAI. Child Welfare Committee members have submitted a petition to the District Revenue Officer in Kancheepuram district, seeking closure of two illegal children's homes in the district. A CWC official, seeking anonymity, told TOI that they have submitted the petition to the DRO, who will forward it to the Collector R. Gajalakshmi.
