According to legend, the afflicted will experience a horrific transformation by the light of the full moon. Now, the woman Talbot loves is in mortal danger, and in order to protect her he must venture into the moonlit woods and destroy the beast before it destroys her. But this isn't a typical hunt, because before the beast can be slain, a simple man will uncover a primal side of himself that he never knew existed. Screenwriter Andrew Kevin Walker pens a film directed by Joe Johnston and featuring creature effects by special-effects makeup legend Rick Baker.

Description:
Myths and stories of humans with the ability to transform into animals exist across all human cultures and histories. Some have suggested that these archetypes represent some type of subconscious human instinct, or desire. Others would suggest that these stories have a more literal meaning, and that perhaps, werewolves as they’re commonly known are real. Could it be possible through magic, curse, or virus, for a man to become animal? These are five werewolves caught on camera & spotted in real life. Let’s begin!
Dead Werewolf

These photos allegedly capture a dead werewolf laying stomach up in a river, and though the two hunters in the picture have never been identified the story that goes along with the photos is that they killed the creature when they found it before fleeing. The body appears to resemble the common idea of what a werewolf looks like It appears large, with a canine-like head and large upper body. Its has large, muscular appendages. The huge beast has a canine-like snout, and a mouth full of large saber teeth. Its hair is patchy and we can see the pink skin beneath.

This video, allegedly captured in Brazil, shows what appears to be a large, hairy mammal invading a person’s garden. Though the CCTV footage is low resolution, we can make out the profile and movements of the animal. The creature initially approaches on four legs, but comes to walk and stand on two. According to the owner of the garden, the creature was about five feet tall. Some have said that this video captures footage of an ape, like a gorilla, but no primate from the New World is that large. The creature’s long, canin-like snout does not match the profile of a new world primate indigenous to the area, either.

This still from a Brazilian street at night allegedly captures a werewolf walking on its hind legs. This photo is part of an unreleased video recorded by a CCTV camera during the rash of sightings across Brazil that accompanied the previous video. The quality is much better in this picture than the last video, and the figure can be clearly seen. It has animal like legs that bend at the wrong angle, and a long wolf-like tail. It has a snout, and is covered in brown fur. The only thing that seems even remotely human about the creature is its hands. Some have claimed that this photo is fake, but those claims have never been proven.
Werewolf Killed in Brazil

This photo allegedly captures another werewolf corpse, against related to a series of sightings in Brazil. This body was discovered by locals, but it allegedly disappeared quickly before an official investigation could be undertaken, leading them to suspect a cover up by the government. The head has a definitive canine-like structure, and large saber-like teeth. The upper body is covered in a thick layer of hair that extends down the arms to the large, clawed paws. The hair is disappearing from the lower half of the body, and its legs and feet while muscular appear almost humanoid. The werewolf sightings in Brazil stopped soon afterward.
WW2 German Werewolf Discovery

This footage was allegedly captured by German soldiers during World War II in Germany. While patrolling, the men allegedly came across the body of a werewolf. The werewolf, apparently female, lies dead on the forest floor in the tall, thick grass. Her feet appear human, and her entire body is covered with short but thick fur. The profile of the creature is that of a dog, but its snout is much shorter than the other bodies. The teeth are smaller, but just as sharp. The eyes are pearl white, perhaps because it is dead, and it has a full head of black hair. While some may claim this video to be fake, it’s important to remember that Germany recorded its soldiers for propaganda purposes, and there’s no knowing they may have found in those old woods.

While wandering the English moors on vacation, college yanks David (David Naughton) and Jack (Griffin Dunne) happen upon a quaint pub with a mysterious patronage who warn them not to leave the road when walking after dark. Irreverent of such advice as characters in horror films always are, the two decide to find a short cut....David wakes up in the hospital with a nasty bite wound to his shoulder; the freshly deceased, and rapidly decomposing, Jack arrives soon after to deliver the grim news that, unless he commits suicide, David will become a werewolf when the moon is full. David dismisses the encounter as a hallucination, but all indicators point to lycanthrope; evenings of barking and bloodletting follow closely behind. While the story is thin and much of the tongue-in-cheek humor is overdone, there are plenty of genuine jolts thanks to makeup guru Rick Baker's eye-popping special effects. The werewolf, resembling a cross between a bear and a wolverine, appears frighteningly real, and, given the fantastic premise, the gore is most convincing (although surprisingly and refreshingly scant). The hospital dream sequences are creative, and the scenes in which the werewolf runs rampant through downtown London are particularly good. In all, An American Werewolf in London is an original, atmospheric film that manages both to scare and amuse. While dismissed by most American critics upon its release, the film managed to secure a place in the annals of American cinema when Baker won an Academy Award for his amazing effects and creature designs.

Werewolf
A werewolf (Old English: were, wer, archaic terms for adult male humans) or lycanthrope (Greek: λυκάνθρωπος, lykánthropos: λύκος, lykos, "wolf", and ἄνθρωπος, anthrōpos, "man") is a mythological or folkloric human with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf or a therianthropic hybrid wolf-like creature, either purposely or after being placed under a curse or affliction (e.g. via a bite or scratch from another werewolf). Early sources for belief in lycanthropy are Petronius and Gervase of Tilbury.
The werewolf is a widespread concept in European folklore, existing in many variants which are related by a common development of a Christian interpretation of underlying European folklore which developed during the medieval period. From the early modern period, werewolf beliefs also spread to the New World with colonialism. Belief in werewolves developed in parallel to the belief in witches, in the course of the Late Middle Ages and the Early Modern period. Like the witchcraft trials as a whole, the trial of supposed werewolves emerged in what is now Switzerland (especially the Valais and Vaud) in the early 15th century and spread throughout Europe in the 16th, peaking in the 17th and subsiding by the 18th century. The persecution of werewolves and the associated folklore is an integral part of the "witch-hunt" phenomenon, albeit a marginal one, accusations of werewolfery being involved in only a small fraction of witchcraft trials. During the early period, accusations of lycanthropy (transformation into a wolf) were mixed with accusations of wolf-riding or wolf-charming. The case of Peter Stumpp (1589) led to a significant peak in both interest in and persecution of supposed werewolves, primarily in French-speaking and German-speaking Europe. The phenomenon persisted longest in Bavaria and Austria, with persecution of wolf-charmers recorded until well after 1650, the final cases taking place in the early 18th century in Carinthia and Styria.

An American Werewolf in London is a 1981 British-American comedy horror film written and directed by John Landis, and starring David Naughton, Jenny Agutter, and Griffin Dunne. The film's plot concerns two young American men, David Kessler (played by Naughton) and Jack Goodman (played by Dunne), attacked by a werewolf on a backpacking holiday in England. With Jack killed, David is taken to a London hospital, where his disturbing apparitions of his deceased friend informs him that he is a werewolf and will transform at the next full moon. Filming took place in London, Surrey, and Wales.
It was released in the United States on August 21, 1981, and grossed $30.56 million at the box office. The film received positive reviews from critics. who praised Rick Baker's make-up special effects. The film won the 1981 Saturn Award for Best Horror Film and the first-ever awarded Academy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Makeup. The film was one of three high-profile wolf-themed horror films released in 1981, alongside The Howling and Wolfen. Over the years, the film has accumulated a cult following and has become a cult classic.

Doctor Who
Doctor Who is a British science-fiction television programme produced by the BBC from 1963 to the present day. The programme depicts the adventures of the Doctor, a Time Lord—a space and time-travelling humanoid alien. He explores the universe in his TARDIS, a sentient time-travelling space ship. Dead Werewolf https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oqmdbs1NcNY These photos allegedly capture a dead werewolf laying stomach up in a river, and though the two hunters in the picture have never been identified the story that goes along with the photos is that they killed the creature when they found it before fleeing. The body appears to resemble the common idea of what a werewolf looks like It appears large, with a canine-like head and large upper body. Its has large, muscular appendages. The huge beast has a canine-like snout, and a mouth full of large saber teeth. Its hair is patchy and we can see the pink skin beneath. Werewolf Roaming Garden https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-jhlFjxJjs This video, allegedly captured in Brazil, shows what appears to be a large, hairy mammal invading a person’s garden. Though the CCTV footage is low resolution, we can make out the profile and movements of the animal. The creature initially approaches on four legs, but comes to walk and stand on two. According to the owner of the garden, the creature was about five feet tall. Some have said that this video captures footage of an ape, like a gorilla, but no primate from the New World is that large. The creature’s long, canin-like snout does not match the profile of a new world primate indigenous to the area, either. Werewolf Walking in Street at Night in Brazil https://i.ytimg.com/vi/F25XcqfGrsE/maxresdefault.jpg This still from a Brazilian street at night allegedly captures a werewolf walking on its hind legs. This photo is part of an unreleased video recorded by a CCTV camera during the rash of sightings across Brazil that accompanied the previous video. The quality is much better in this picture than the last video, and the figure can be clearly seen. It has animal like legs that bend at the wrong angle, and a long wolf-like tail. It has a snout, and is covered in brown fur. The only thing that seems even remotely human about the creature is its hands. Some have claimed that this photo is fake, but those claims have never been proven. Werewolf Killed in Brazil http://mysteriousuniverse.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/dead-werewolf-copy-570x284.png This photo allegedly captures another werewolf corpse, against related to a series of sightings in Brazil. This body was discovered by locals, but it allegedly disappeared quickly before an official investigation could be undertaken, leading them to suspect a cover up by the government. The head has a definitive canine-like structure, and large saber-like teeth. The upper body is covered in a thick layer of hair that extends down the arms to the large, clawed paws. The hair is disappearing from the lower half of the body, and its legs and feet while muscular appear almost humanoid. The werewolf sightings in Brazil stopped soon afterward. WW2 German Werewolf Discovery https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNCNAxdCkRE This footage was allegedly captured by German soldiers during World War II in Germany. While patrolling, the men allegedly came across the body of a werewolf. The werewolf, apparently female, lies dead on the forest floor in the tall, thick grass. Her feet appear human, and her entire body is covered with short but thick fur. The profile of the creature is that of a dog, but its snout is much shorter than the other bodies. The teeth are smaller, but just as sharp. The eyes are pearl white, perhaps because it is dead, and it has a full head of black hair. While some may claim this video to be fake, it’s important to remember that Germany recorded its soldiers for propaganda purposes, and there’s no knowing they may have found in those old woods. Irreverent of such advice as characters in horror films always are, the two decide to find a short cut....David wakes up in the hospital with a nasty bite wound to his shoulder; the freshly deceased, and rapidly decomposing, Jack arrives soon after to deliver the grim news that, unless he commits suicide, David will become a werewolf when the moon is full. David dismisses the encounter as a hallucination, but all indicators point to lycanthrope; evenings of barking and bloodletting follow closely behind. While the story is thin and much of the tongue-in-cheek humor is overdone, there are plenty of genuine jolts thanks to makeup guru Rick Baker's eye-popping special effects. The werewolf, resembling a cross between a bear and a wolverine, appears frighteningly real, and, given the fantastic premise, the gore is most convincing (although surprisingly and refreshingly scant). The hospital dream sequences are creative, and the scenes in which the werewolf runs rampant through downtown London are particularly good. In all, An American Werewolf in London is an original, atmospheric film that manages both to scare and amuse. While dismissed by most American critics upon its release, the film managed to secure a place in the annals of American cinema when Baker won an Academy Award for his amazing effects and creature designs. These photos allegedly capture a dead werewolf laying stomach up in a river, and though the two hunters in the picture have never been identified the story that goes along with the photos is that they killed the creature when they found it before fleeing. The body appears to resemble the common idea of what a werewolf looks like It appears large, with a canine-like head and large upper body. Its has large, muscular appendages. The huge beast has a canine-like snout, and a mouth full of large saber teeth. Its hair is patchy and we can see the pink skin beneath.

Though the CCTV footage is low resolution, we can make out the profile and movements of the animal. The creature initially approaches on four legs, but comes to walk and stand on two. According to the owner of the garden, the creature was about five feet tall. Some have said that this video captures footage of an ape, like a gorilla, but no primate from the New World is that large. The creature’s long, canin-like snout does not match the profile of a new world primate indigenous to the area, either.

This photo is part of an unreleased video recorded by a CCTV camera during the rash of sightings across Brazil that accompanied the previous video. The quality is much better in this picture than the last video, and the figure can be clearly seen. It has animal like legs that bend at the wrong angle, and a long wolf-like tail. It has a snout, and is covered in brown fur. The only thing that seems even remotely human about the creature is its hands. Some have claimed that this photo is fake, but those claims have never been proven.

This body was discovered by locals, but it allegedly disappeared quickly before an official investigation could be undertaken, leading them to suspect a cover up by the government. The head has a definitive canine-like structure, and large saber-like teeth. The upper body is covered in a thick layer of hair that extends down the arms to the large, clawed paws. The hair is disappearing from the lower half of the body, and its legs and feet while muscular appear almost humanoid. The werewolf sightings in Brazil stopped soon afterward.

The werewolf, apparently female, lies dead on the forest floor in the tall, thick grass. Her feet appear human, and her entire body is covered with short but thick fur. The profile of the creature is that of a dog, but its snout is much shorter than the other bodies. The teeth are smaller, but just as sharp. The eyes are pearl white, perhaps because it is dead, and it has a full head of black hair. While some may claim this video to be fake, it’s important to remember that Germany recorded its soldiers for propaganda purposes, and there’s no knowing they may have found in those old woods.

A Romany princess descended from Marie LaTour has the ability to change into a wolf at will, just like her late mother. When she learns that Marie LaTour's tomb has been discovered, she decides to use her talent to kill everyone who knows the location, because it is a sacred secret that only her people are allowed to know.

While wandering the English moors on vacation, college yanks David (David Naughton) and Jack (Griffin Dunne) happen upon a quaint pub with a mysterious patronage who warn them not to leave the road when walking after dark. Irreverent of such advice as characters in horror films always are, the two decide to find a short cut....David wakes up in the hospital with a nasty bite wound to his shoulder; the freshly deceased, and rapidly decomposing, Jack arrives soon after to deliver the grim news that, unless he commits suicide, David will become a werewolf when the moon is full. David dismisses the encounter as a hallucination, but all indicators point to lycanthrope; evenings of barking and bloodletting follow closely behind. While the story is thin and much of the tongue-in-cheek humor is overdone, there are plenty of genuine jolts thanks to makeup guru Rick Baker's eye-popping special effects. The werewolf, resembling a cross between a bear and a wolverine, appears frighteningly real, and, given the fantastic premise, the gore is most convincing (although surprisingly and refreshingly scant). The hospital dream sequences are creative, and the scenes in which the werewolf runs rampant through downtown London are particularly good. In all, An American Werewolf in London is an original, atmospheric film that manages both to scare and amuse. While dismissed by most American critics upon its release, the film managed to secure a place in the annals of American cinema when Baker won an Academy Award for his amazing effects and creature designs.

When a freak explosion, lethal bat attack, and fall to the mountain's floor leaves only a handful of survivors, the small remaining band uncovers a mythic Cyclopean Temple - and an Interdimensional Portal that looses a pack of ravenous Hell-Beasts, leaving only Hu alive. New York City, Present Day: Now living a quiet but tormented life as a librarian, Hu studies demonology manuscripts to find answers for that fateful day.
