Actor Aryan Sigdel is the recipient of Best Actor and Actress Priyanka Karki as the Best Actress in NFDC National Film Award 2071. Kabaddi has grabbed the Best movie award and Kabbadi Director Ram Babu Gurung was awarded as Best Director. The National Film Award for Best Actor (officially known as Rajat Kamal Award for the Best Actor) is an honour presented annually at the National Film Awards of India to an actor who has delivered the best performance in a leading role within the Indian film industry.
The Directorate of Film Festivals makes awards annually in several categories. The organisation was established by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (Government of India) in 1973 to arrange and manage national and international film festivals in India. The President of India presents the awards "to encourage the production of films of aesthetic and technical excellence and social relevance contributing to the understanding and appreciation of cultures of different regions of the country in cinematic form and thereby also promoting integration and unity of the nation."
Called the State Awards for Films when established in 1954, the awards ceremony is older than the Directorate of Film Festivals. The State Awards instituted the individual award in 1968 as the Bharat Award for the Best Actor; in 1975 it was renamed as the Rajat Kamal Award for the Best Actor. Throughout the past 44 years, accounting for ties and repeat winners, the Government of India has presented a total of 45 Best Actor awards to 36 different actors.

The National Film Awards is the most prominent film award ceremony in India. Established in 1954, it is administered, along with the International Film Festival of India and the Indian Panorama, by the Indian government's Directorate of Film Festivals since 1973.
Every year, a national panel appointed by the government selects the winning entry, and the award ceremony is held in New Delhi, where the President of India presents the awards. This is followed by the inauguration of the National Film Festival, where the award-winning films are screened for the public. Declared for films produced in the previous year across the country, they hold the distinction of awarding merit to the best of Indian cinema overall, as well as presenting awards for the best films in each region and language of the country. Due to the national scale of the National Film Awards, it is considered to be the equivalent of the American Academy Awards.
The Awards were first presented in 1954. The Government of India conceived the ceremony to honor films made across India, on a national scale, to encourage the furthering of Indian art and culture. Since 1973, the Indian Directorate of Film festivals administers the ceremony along with other major film events in India annually. It is the highest award given for films in India.

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav distributed awards to the artists from best movies of 2071 BS in eight different categories at a program organized at the president's official residence at Shital Niwas in the capital. Dayahang Rai, Nischal Basnet and Rishma Gurung have played in the lead role in the movie "Kabaddi", which is based on the love story of boy from Thakali community in Mustang. The movie has been made in different format than of traditional one, and therefore it was highly appreciated by the audience of major cities including the capital. Rambabu Gurung and Upendra Subba bagged the best writer national awards for the movie as well. Dayahang Rai has been titled for the best actor of this year for "Sambodhan" whereas Richa Sharma and Sangam Bista were awarded for "Talakjung Versus Tulke" and "Love You Baba" for the category of the best actresses respectively. Similarly, Nischal Basnet is awarded for the best director for his movie "Talakjung Versus Tulke" whereas "Jhigrana" bagged the best award for editing and screening as well. Last year's popular movie, "Kabaddi" has bagged the best film national award. President Dr Ram Baran Yadav distributed awards to the artists from best movies of 2071 BS in eight different categories at a program organized at the president's official residence at Shital Niwas in the capital. Dayahang Rai, Nischal Basnet and Rishma Gurung have played in the lead role in the movie "Kabaddi", which is based on the love story of boy from Thakali community in Mustang. The movie has been made in different format than of traditional one, and therefore it was highly appreciated by the audience of major cities including the capital. Rambabu Gurung and Upendra Subba bagged the best writer national awards for the movie as well. Dayahang Rai has been titled for the best actor of this year for "Sambodhan" whereas Richa Sharma and Sangam Bista were awarded for "Talakjung Versus Tulke" and "Love You Baba" for the category of the best actresses respectively. Similarly, Nischal Basnet is awarded for the best director for his movie "Talakjung Versus Tulke" whereas "Jhigrana" bagged the best award for editing and screening as well. To earn the fare, they agree to drive the herd of pigs through the river, causing the pregnant Rama to believe she has lost her baby.But they have to swim across a wide, swiftly flowing river, in which they nearly drown before reaching safety. At the end of the film Naurangia puts his ear to her belly and listens to the heartbeats of the unborn baby.

Mammootty (born Muhammad Kutty Ismail Paniparambil on 7 September 1951) is an Indian film actor and producer who has mainly worked in Malayalam cinema. He has also acted in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada films. During a career spanning more than three decades, he has acted in more than 360 films. Devgan began his professional career with Phool Aur Kaante in 1991 and received a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance. He then starred in successful films such as Jigar (1992), Dilwale (1994), Suhaag (1994), Naajayaz (1995), Diljale (1996) and Ishq (1997). In 1998, he appeared in a critically acclaimed performance in Mahesh Bhatt's drama Zakhm and he received his first National Film Award for Best Actor for his role in the movie. Ajay Devgn also known as Ajay Devgan (born Vishal Veeru Devgan on 2 April 1969 is an Indian film actor, director, and producer.
He is widely considered as one of the finest actors of Hindi cinema. Devgn has won numerous awards in his career, including two National Film Awards. He is the son of director and action director Veeru Devgan.
Devgan began his professional career with Phool Aur Kaante in 1991 and received a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance. He then starred in successful films such as Jigar (1992), Dilwale (1994), Suhaag (1994), Naajayaz (1995), Diljale (1996) and Ishq (1997). In 1998, he appeared in a critically acclaimed performance in Mahesh Bhatt's drama Zakhm and he received his first National Film Award for Best Actor for his role in the movie. In 1999, his most-talked-about film was Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam in which he played Vanraj, a man who tries to unite his wife with her lover.

Ajay is now all set to produce as well as direct a new movie “Shivay“, that’s derived from the actual Sanskrit chant ‘Om Namah Shivay‘ which the actor has additionally tattooed on his upper body.. Ajay will be playing the actual main personality within this activity loaded film that will be shot primarily within Mumbai.
