PALEMBANG - Penangkapan Bupati Ogan Ilir (OI), Ahmad Wazir Noviadi yang dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN), rupanya sempat diwarnai aksi beberapa kali tembakan peringatan.
Hal itu dilakukan lantaran beberapa orang yang berada di rumah sang bupati mencoba melarikan diri saat dilakukan pengegrebekan.
Informasi yang berhasil dihimpun, penangkapan berawal saat petugas mendapatkan informasi masyarakat beberapa bulan lalu yang masuk langsung ke BNN pusat terkait penggunaan narkoba yang dilakukan sang bupati.
Saat itu, petugas langsung melakukan penyelidikan terkait laporan itu. Tiga bulan melakukan penyelidikan mulai dari bulan Januari lalu, akhirnya petugas melakukan pengintaian terhadap Noviadi.
Tak mau berlama-lama lagi, sekitar pukul 18.20 WIB pada Minggu 13 Maret 2016 pengerebekan pun dilakukan oleh tim BNN pimpinan Kombes Pol Suyanto dan tim BNNP Sumsel pimpinan Kabid Pemberantasan, AKBP Minal Alharki, di rumah pribadi Bupati Ogan Ilir Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi di Jalan Musyawarah RT 26/05, Kelurahan Karang Jaya, Kecamatan Gandus, Palembang.
Bahkan, penggerebekan dan penangkapan itu juga disaksikan langsung oleh Ketua RT 26 Sugeng Haryono.
Saat itu, tim BNN dan tim BNNP Sumsel tidak dapat masuk, karena pagar terkunci. Upaya negosiasi dengan pihak pengamanan dari Sat Pol PP bersama dua pengacara Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi yakni Febuarrahman SH dan Gabby Gumayra SH dilakukan petugas.
Namun, hingga pukul 21.30 WIB, negosiasi tersebut tidak membuahkan hasil. Akhirnya dengan terpaksa, petugas mendobrak pintu pagar tersebut.
Setelah bisa menembus pagar tersebut, halangan kembali terjadi. Hal itu dikarenakan lantaran saat akan masuk ke dalam rumah tersebut, mantan bupati OI sekaligus Orang Tua Ahmad Wazir Noviadi, Mawardi Yahya bersama beberapa orang penjaga sempat menghalangi petugas. Cekcok mulut dan keributan kecil juga terjadi sebelum akhirnya mereka pasrah.
Setelah masuk ke dalam rumah, beberapa orang yang ada pun mencoba untuk melarikan diri, hingga petugas melepaskan beberapa kali tembakan peringatan ke udara agar mereka menyerahkan diri.
Dengan sigap, petugas langsung melakukan penggeledahan kediaman Ahmad Wazir Noviadi. Namun belakangan diketahui, petugas tak menemukan barang bukti, sehingga petugas pun melakukan tes urine di tempat.
Saat penangkapan di dalam kediaman tersebut terdapat 18 orang antara lain sang bupati Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi, Mawardi Yahya (Mantan Bupati Kab. OI/orang tua Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi), Ilyas Panji Alam (Wakil Bupati Kab. OI), Aprizal Hasyim (Kepala Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten OI), dan beberapa lainnya baik dari petugas keamanan maupun masyarakat sipil yang sedang bertugas menjaga rumah, yang akhirnya kesemua orang tersebut dibawa ke BNNP Sumsel.
Kepala BNN Sumsel, Brigjen Pol Iswandi Hari membenarkan jika pihaknya sempat beberapa kali meletuskan tembakan. "Iya, itu dinamika penangkapan dari petugas," kata Iswandi.

Jakarta: Badan Narkotika merazia lima indekos di kawasan Taman Sari, Jakarta Barat, Selasa 27 Oktober. Dalam razia itu, petugas memergoki pasangan selingkuh. Temuan ini sempat membuat kehebohan di lokasi. Seorang perempuan, yang diketahui merupakan istri pria dari pasangan selingkuh itu sempat bertindak emosional. Namun, keributan segera diatasi petugas.
Petugas pun mendata dan menguji urine para penghuni kos. Dari 90 orang penghuni indekos yang diperiksa, enam di antaranya dibawa ke kantor Badan Narkotika DKI karena terindikasi mengunakan narkoba.
Mengenai razia itu, Kristy, penghuni kos, melontarkan keluhan. Ia menilai, sikap petugas berlebihan saat mengetuk pintu indekos. Sementara Kepala Penindakan dan Pencegahan Badan Narkotika DKI Jakarta Safari menegaskan razia indekos akan terus berlangsung untuk menekan peredaran zat terlarang.

Jakarta - Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) dikabarkan menggerebek sebuah gudang di Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Dalam penggerebekan itu, BNN menangkap 1 orang tersangka dan menemukan 100 Kg sabu.
Informasi yang diperoleh, penggerebekan itu dilakukan sore tadi, Rabu (27/1/2016), di sebuah komplek pergudangan. 1 orang tersangka yang merupakan warga Pakistan berinisial MR turut ditangkap di lokasi.
Sabu seberat 100 kg itu ditemukan di dalam mesin genset. Diduga sabu siap edar itu akan dibawa ke Jakarta untuk dijual.
Kabag Humas BNN, Kombes Slamet Pribadi, mengatakan pihaknya masih mencari konfirmasi terkait penggerebekan itu. Tetapi dia mengakui adanya kabar penggerebekan di Jepara.
"Kami masih konfirmasi ke penyelidik," ujar Slamet saat dikonfirmasi detikcom.
Belum diketahui, sabu yang digerebek ini berasal dari sindikat mana

Aamir Hussain Khan (pronounced [ˈaːmɪr ˈxaːn]) (born 14 March 1965) is an Indian film actor, director and producer who has established himself as one of the leading actors of Hindi cinema.
Starting his career as a child actor in his uncle Nasir Hussain's film Yaadon Ki Baaraat (1973), Khan began his professional career eleven years later with Holi (1984) and had his first commercial success with Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988). He received his first National Film Award as a Special Jury Award for his roles in the films Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988) and Raakh (1989). PALEMBANG - Penangkapan Bupati Ogan Ilir (OI), Ahmad Wazir Noviadi yang dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN), rupanya sempat diwarnai aksi beberapa kali tembakan peringatan.
Hal itu dilakukan lantaran beberapa orang yang berada di rumah sang bupati mencoba melarikan diri saat dilakukan pengegrebekan.
Informasi yang berhasil dihimpun, penangkapan berawal saat petugas mendapatkan informasi masyarakat beberapa bulan lalu yang masuk langsung ke BNN pusat terkait penggunaan narkoba yang dilakukan sang bupati.
Saat itu, petugas langsung melakukan penyelidikan terkait laporan itu. Tiga bulan melakukan penyelidikan mulai dari bulan Januari lalu, akhirnya petugas melakukan pengintaian terhadap Noviadi.
Tak mau berlama-lama lagi, sekitar pukul 18.20 WIB pada Minggu 13 Maret 2016 pengerebekan pun dilakukan oleh tim BNN pimpinan Kombes Pol Suyanto dan tim BNNP Sumsel pimpinan Kabid Pemberantasan, AKBP Minal Alharki, di rumah pribadi Bupati Ogan Ilir Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi di Jalan Musyawarah RT 26/05, Kelurahan Karang Jaya, Kecamatan Gandus, Palembang.
Bahkan, penggerebekan dan penangkapan itu juga disaksikan langsung oleh Ketua RT 26 Sugeng Haryono.
Saat itu, tim BNN dan tim BNNP Sumsel tidak dapat masuk, karena pagar terkunci. Upaya negosiasi dengan pihak pengamanan dari Sat Pol PP bersama dua pengacara Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi yakni Febuarrahman SH dan Gabby Gumayra SH dilakukan petugas.
Namun, hingga pukul 21.30 WIB, negosiasi tersebut tidak membuahkan hasil. Akhirnya dengan terpaksa, petugas mendobrak pintu pagar tersebut.
Setelah bisa menembus pagar tersebut, halangan kembali terjadi. Hal itu dikarenakan lantaran saat akan masuk ke dalam rumah tersebut, mantan bupati OI sekaligus Orang Tua Ahmad Wazir Noviadi, Mawardi Yahya bersama beberapa orang penjaga sempat menghalangi petugas. Cekcok mulut dan keributan kecil juga terjadi sebelum akhirnya mereka pasrah.
Setelah masuk ke dalam rumah, beberapa orang yang ada pun mencoba untuk melarikan diri, hingga petugas melepaskan beberapa kali tembakan peringatan ke udara agar mereka menyerahkan diri.
Dengan sigap, petugas langsung melakukan penggeledahan kediaman Ahmad Wazir Noviadi. Namun belakangan diketahui, petugas tak menemukan barang bukti, sehingga petugas pun melakukan tes urine di tempat.
Saat penangkapan di dalam kediaman tersebut terdapat 18 orang antara lain sang bupati Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi, Mawardi Yahya (Mantan Bupati Kab. OI/orang tua Ahmad Wazir Nofriadi), Ilyas Panji Alam (Wakil Bupati Kab. OI), Aprizal Hasyim (Kepala Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten OI), dan beberapa lainnya baik dari petugas keamanan maupun masyarakat sipil yang sedang bertugas menjaga rumah, yang akhirnya kesemua orang tersebut dibawa ke BNNP Sumsel.
Kepala BNN Sumsel, Brigjen Pol Iswandi Hari membenarkan jika pihaknya sempat beberapa kali meletuskan tembakan. "Iya, itu dinamika penangkapan dari petugas," kata Iswandi.

Temuan ini sempat membuat kehebohan di lokasi. Seorang perempuan, yang diketahui merupakan istri pria dari pasangan selingkuh itu sempat bertindak emosional. Namun, keributan segera diatasi petugas.
Petugas pun mendata dan menguji urine para penghuni kos. Dari 90 orang penghuni indekos yang diperiksa, enam di antaranya dibawa ke kantor Badan Narkotika DKI karena terindikasi mengunakan narkoba.
Mengenai razia itu, Kristy, penghuni kos, melontarkan keluhan. Ia menilai, sikap petugas berlebihan saat mengetuk pintu indekos. Sementara Kepala Penindakan dan Pencegahan Badan Narkotika DKI Jakarta Safari menegaskan razia indekos akan terus berlangsung untuk menekan peredaran zat terlarang.

Jakarta - Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) dikabarkan menggerebek sebuah gudang di Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Dalam penggerebekan itu, BNN menangkap 1 orang tersangka dan menemukan 100 Kg sabu.
Informasi yang diperoleh, penggerebekan itu dilakukan sore tadi, Rabu (27/1/2016), di sebuah komplek pergudangan. 1 orang tersangka yang merupakan warga Pakistan berinisial MR turut ditangkap di lokasi.
Sabu seberat 100 kg itu ditemukan di dalam mesin genset. Diduga sabu siap edar itu akan dibawa ke Jakarta untuk dijual.
Kabag Humas BNN, Kombes Slamet Pribadi, mengatakan pihaknya masih mencari konfirmasi terkait penggerebekan itu. Tetapi dia mengakui adanya kabar penggerebekan di Jepara.
"Kami masih konfirmasi ke penyelidik," ujar Slamet saat dikonfirmasi detikcom.
Belum diketahui, sabu yang digerebek ini berasal dari sindikat mana

Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) menyatakan napi di dalam lapas yang punya hubungan dengan jaringan narkoba sulit untuk disentuh. Salah satunya menurut BNN karena prosedur masuk ke lapas yang dianggap kerap dipersulit.
Karena hal ini, Kepala BNN Komisaris Jenderal Budi Waseso melontarkan pernyataan keras. Buwas mengancam akan melakukan upaya paksa, bahkan menyerbu lapas kalau petugasnya dipersulit masuk.
"Jadi kalau tidak diizinkan kita akan lakukan penyerbuan," kata Buwas, dalam jumpa pers terkait tindak pidana pencucian uang di kantor BNN, Cawang, Jakarta Timur, Selasa (26/1/2016).
Ia mencontohkan saat hendak memeriksa jaringan narkoba yang punya hubungan dengan napi di sebuah lapas di Bali, petugas BNN menurutnya dipersulit. Karena hambatan, saat dapat masuk petugas sudah kehilangan barang bukti.
"Masuk barang bukti sudah hilang. Kita temukan peralatan komunikasi tapi kita tidak tahu siapa pemiliknya," ujar Buwas.
Menurut Buwas, sudah berkali-kali jaringan narkoba yang diungkap ternyata punya hubungan dengan napi di lapas. Buwas mensinyalir ini karena adanya oknum lapas yang kerja sama dengan jaringan narkoba.
Buktinya, lanjut Buwas, peralatan komunikasi seperti handphone dan narkoba kerap tembus ke dalam lapas. Padahal menurut Buwas, kalau aparat masuk lapas saja sulit. Aparat polisi atau BNN, harus melalui pemeriksaan dan menunjukan surat perintah.
Sehingga ia mempertanyakan bagaimana benda seperti hp, laptop, narkoba dan lain-lain bisa tembus ke lapas.
"Ini pasti (ada keterlibatan). Oleh sebab itu kalau nanti kita nilai lapas ini sudah bagian dari sindikat mafia narkoba, ya harus kita serbu," ujar Buwas.
Buwas juga menyatakan, jika oknum lapas terbukti terlibat jaringan narkoba, jajarannya tak segan melakukan penindakan. Bahkan, kalau ada anggota BNN sendiri yang terlibat jaringan narkoba.
"Kalau anggota terlibat sudah pasti tindak tegas, pecat. Kalau anggota BNN (terlibat) melakukan perlawanan, tembak. Enggak ada urusan," ujar Buwas.
Buwas mengaku, akan bertemu dengan Menteri Hukum dan HAM dan Dirjen Lapas. Ia hendak menyampaikan masalah jaringan narkoba yang kerap eksis di dalam lapas.

Dalam penggerebekan pesta sabu, Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) meringkus Bupati Ogan Ilir, Ahmad Wazir Noviadi Mawardi. Diketahui Ovi merupakan kader Partai Golkar yang diusung beberapa partai besar lain termasuk PDIP dalam pilkada serentak Desember 2015 lalu.
Ketua DPR Ade Komarudin meminta agar ada tindakan tegas dari partainya untuk Ovi.
"Kalau sudah gitu, partai bila perlu memecatnya sebagai efek jera. Semua orang yang korupsi, narkoba musuh kita bersama. Apalagi beliau bupati, harus beri contoh ke masyarakat," kata Ade di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (15/3).
Ade yang juga calon ketum Golkar ini menjelaskan bahwa Ovi dan kader lainnya pasti akan mengikuti prosedur perekrutan yaitu tes urine. Namun menurutnya hal tersebut bukan jaminan kader tersebut tidak mengonsumsi narkoba.
"Setiap prosedur pasti dilakukan tapi itu tidak jamin. Semua juga begitu yang paling penting yang bersangkutan tak konsumsi itu. Jadi jangan prosedur dijadikan ukuran bagi sebuah pemberantasan narkoba," tuturnya.
Ade meminta pula pada penegak hukum bertindak tak pandang bulu. Menurutnya Ovi harus mendapatkan sanksi yang lebih berat, sebab da pejabat negara yang harusnya jadi panutan.
"Tentu semua aparat dalam hal ini harus menegakkan pemberantasan narkoba sebagai sebuah langkah tegas. Terlebih dia pejabat efek jeranya harus lebih besar," pungkasnya.

Josh is a 2000 Bollywood action crime film directed by Mansoor Khan. The film stars Aishwarya Rai and Chandrachur Singh in the lead roles with Shahrukh Khan and Sharad Kapoor as villains. Priya Gill and Vivek Vaswani play supporting roles. The film is a remake of West Side Story.
Synopsis - The film is set in a town called Vasco in Goa, named after Alberto Vasco, a Portuguese noble who owned most of the town during the colonial era. There are two rival gangs in Vasco, called the Bichhoos (Scorpions in Hindi), who are Hindus, and the Eagles, who are Christians.
Bichoo gang's leader is Prakash (Sharad Kapoor), while the Eagles are led by Max (Shah Rukh Khan). They are all enemies, they fight, run, chase, and beat. But they are usually stopped from fights by Father Jacob, or the Town Inspector (Sharat Saxena). One day Prakash's brother Rahul (Chandrachur Singh) comes to visit after 2 years, who is a master-chef working in Mumbai. Rahul loves Goa the more he sees of it, and as he tours around Vasco, he meets Shirley (Aishwarya Rai), the twin sister of Max and he falls in love with her straightaway.
Knowing about Eagles and Bicchhoo rivalry, Rahul keeps his mouth closed. He opens a pastry shop 'Treat House' and settles in Vasco. Meanwhile, he becomes part of the Eagles-Bichchoo rivalry, and gets closer to Shirley. The whole situation is unprecedented in this city, which gets all the more intriguing when Rahul comes across a secret about Max and Shirley's past; a secret that will change their lives forever, and that, which leads to a death. He comes to know that Max and Shirley were actually the illegitimate children of Alberto Vasco, the founder of the town. Rahul wants to reveal this to Shirley in a letter but due to circumstances it falls in the hands of Prakash. Prakash plans to murder Max, to get his father's lands worth Rs. 20 lakh. This leads to fight sequence between both, where Max accidentally shoots Prakash while defending himself. Max is arrested and his trial puts a rift between Shirley and Rahul. Max is about to go to the gallows, but the truth is finally revealed by Rahul and he acknowledges his brother's mistake.
The story ends with a happy note while Rahul and Shirley are married, Max too marries his love interest Roseanne.

The actor is now facing a backlash from the hate brigade that has gone so far as to compare him to 26/11 terror mastermind Hafiz Saeed. BJP MP Yogi Adityanath said Shah Rukh's language was the same as that of Hafiz Saeed. BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya first tweeted that Shah Rukh's heart was in Pakistan, then retracted it.
