Mexico (i/ˈmɛksᵻkoʊ/; Spanish: México [ˈmexiko]), officially the United Mexican States (Spanish: Estados Unidos Mexicanos, listen ), is a federal republic in North America. It is bordered on the north by the United States; on the south and west by the Pacific Ocean; on the southeast by Guatemala, Belize, and the Caribbean Sea; and on the east by the Gulf of Mexico. Covering almost two million square kilometres (over 760,000 sq mi), Mexico is the fifth largest country in the Americas by total area and the 13th largest independent nation in the world. With an estimated population of over 120 million, it is the eleventh most populous country and the most populous Spanish-speaking country in the world and the second most populous country in Latin America. Mexico is a federation comprising thirty-two states, including Mexico City, its capital and largest city, which is also a state.
Top Gear and similar may refer to the following:
A sports car (sportscar) is a small, usually two seater, two door automobile designed for spirited performance and nimble handling. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the first known use of the term was in 1928.
Sports cars may be spartan or luxurious, but high maneuverability and minimum weight are requisite. They may be equipped for racing, "especially an aerodynamically shaped one-passenger or two-passenger vehicle having a low center of gravity and steering and suspension designed for precise control at high speeds."
The definition of a sports car is not precise, but from the earliest first automobiles "people have found ways to make them go faster, round corners better, and look more beautiful" than the ordinary models inspiring an "emotional relationship" with a car that is fun to drive and use for the sake of driving. The basis for the sports car is traced to the early 20th century touring cars and roadsters. These raced in early rallys, such as the Herkomer Cup, Prinz Heinrich Fahrt, and Monte Carlo.
The MXT is an automobile produced by the Mexican car manufacturer Mastretta. It is the last car that Mastretta has designed without any foreign input. The MXT is a short-size high output sports utility car and entered production on January 1, 2011. It has received national and international attention for being almost entirely produced and designed in Mexico.
The MXT Prototipo Cero (Spanish for Prototype Zero) was the third automotive development by Mastretta and succeeded MXB and MXA kit-cars. The name "MXT" comes from Mastretta and Mexico as well as a reference to its Transverse engine configuration.
The Prototipo Cero was developed between 2004 and 2007, and was powered by a modified uprated Volkswagen inline-4 115 hp (86 kW) engine that is also used in the still-produced fourth generation Jetta. The increased power allowed the vehicle to reach 200 km/h (124 mph) however Mastretta decided the vehicle needed a more powerful engine. Production was originally set to begin in the first quarter of 2008 but the vehicles release was postponed while Mastretta entered negotiations with several automobile manufacturers from which to acquire a more powerful engine.
The Mastretta MXT was a little-known sports car until about two weeks ago, when hosts of the hit BBC show "Top Gear" gave it a less than favourable review on their programme - catapulting the Mastretta to a new level of fame.Duration: 02:03
The Mastretta MXT was a little-known sports car until about two weeks ago, when hosts of the hit BBC show "Top Gear" featured it on their programme. The review was less than favourable, with hosts referring to the vehicle as a "tortilla" and serving up a litany of anti-Mexican stereotypes. A diplomatic spat between Mexico and the programme-makers followed -- but the scandal may in fact be a blessing in disguise for the carmakers, who say the Mastretta is receiving more attention than they ever imagined. AFPTV takes a spin in the car behind the controversy. A voiced AFPTV report.

Travel video about destination Mexico. Mexico, land of the Maya and Aztec, temples and beaches and with a population of twenty-six million the bubbling metropolis of Mexico City is a maze of streets, flat roofs, skyscrapers and parks. Earthquakes, floods and civil wars created this ‘City Of The Aztecs’. Templo Mayor, the main temple of the Aztecs, lies in the centre of the city, in the large main square, Zocalo. The magnificent Catedral Metropolitana with its massive dimensions and fine stone masonry dominates the square, with equal prominence being given to the Palacinio Nacional, governmental seat of the Mexican President. Once upon a time in New Mexico, a handful of dudes in a giant van drove and flew thousands of miles in search of the perfect rail. With Jeff Z as the trusty tour guide, they discovered plenty of setups in a little sleepy town found in the state’s northern mountains. Justin Simpson, Gary Young, Sean Sexton and George Boyd were all aboard for the mission. Sean had the misfortune of piercing a giant hole in his knee within what was probably only 15 minutes of getting out of the van so he’s a little MIA in this video. Fortunately, our TM and all around shredder Jim Bauer was on hand to score some extra clips and annihilate the longest rail in sight. This is our latest ODSY Vision. Enjoy. It's okay, I know you've got to go
Because he's walked in the room
Oh, I heard the sports car shrieking
And you, don't want him to know
Who's on the 'phone with you
No, I can tell by the way you're speaking
When you say "I think it's got to end"
Is it just another whim?
Oh, don't forget how well I know you
But I am not going to pretend
That I get along with him
Because, well, I don't have to
And I am not going to call
There's no reason at all
And I am not going to call
There's no reason at all
And if you get in his car
Go somewhere very far
If you get in his car
