Psychedelic, classic fuzzed out balls out rock! Josiah mixes up some of the best sounds of the late 60's and 70's and throws some newer twists and their own style. These guys are hard and fuzzed out at times, and the guitarist likes the wah-wah pedal.
They are similar in ways to Volume, Fu Manchu and Nebula from time to time with that high energy driving wah riff rock stuff...other times they break it down and get super psychedelic and soulful like Pink Floyd or early Monster Magnet. Vocals are super melodic with harmonies, and at times almost mono-toned in a good way. Very nicely done to say the least, and the guitars are done quite tastefully like a cross between Scott Hill, David Gilmour and Randy Holden. It's definitely got a veteran classic rock feel to it.
Get this CD if you dig everything from Fu Manchu to James Gang...Good classic rock, good hooks and riffs that set you free. Tastefully done song structures and everything. Sounds like a lost record from 20 years ago.

Josiah or Yoshiyahu (/dʒoʊˈsaɪ.ə/ or /dʒəˈzaɪ.ə/;Hebrew: יֹאשִׁיָּהוּ, Modern Yoshiyyáhu, Tiberian Yôšiyyāhû, literally meaning "healed by Yah" or "supported of Yah"; Latin: Iosias; c. 649–609 BCE) was a king of Judah (641–609 BCE), according to the Hebrew Bible, who instituted major reforms. Josiah is credited by most historians with having established or compiled important Hebrew Scriptures during the Deuteronomic reform that occurred during his rule.
Josiah became king of Judah at the age of eight, after the assassination of his father, King Amon, and reigned for thirty-one years, from 641/640 to 610/609 BCE.
He is also one of the kings mentioned in one of the two divergent genealogies of Jesus in the New Testament.
Family
Josiah is only known through biblical texts. No reference to him exists in surviving texts of the period from Egypt or Babylon, and no clear archaeological evidence, such as inscriptions bearing his name, has been found.
According to the Bible, Josiah was the son of King Amon and Jedidah, the daughter of Adaiah of Bozkath. His grandfather Manasseh was one of the kings blamed for turning away from the worship of Yahweh. Manasseh adapted the Temple for idolatrous worship. Josiah's great-grandfather was King Hezekiah who was a noted reformer.

E! News
E! News, previously known as E! News Daily and E! News Live, is the flagship entertainment newscast of the E! network in the United States. Without italics, it is the name of the network's entertainment-news division. The newscast debuted on September 1, 1991, and primarily reports on celebrity news and gossip, along with previews of upcoming films and television shows, regular segments about all of those three subjects, and some news about the industry in general.
Overview
The program first aired on September 1, 1991 and was originally hosted by Dagny Hultgreen. It features stories and gossip about celebrities as well as the film, music, and television industries. Since its launch, it has broadcast under a variety of formats, at one point even airing live during the mid-2000s (at this time, the show was named E! News Live). Starting in 2006, it was hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic. In April 2012, Seacrest was replaced by Jason Kennedy. Rancic temporarily left the show on maternity leave in August 2012 due to the birth of her first son (through a surrogate), leaving others to question if she would return. But Rancic reassured her fans by releasing a statement saying she had just signed a three-year deal with E! News and Fashion Police. During her leave, her anchoring duties were taken over by Catt Sadler. From 2006 until late 2010, The Daily 10, hosted by Sal Masekela, Catt Sadler, and at one point Debbie Matenopoulos, aired following E! News.

The Black Maria

The Black Maria was a Canadian rock band from Toronto. After touring and recording actively between 2003–2007, the band has gone into a permanent hiatus.
History
The Black Maria was formed in 2003, based out of the Greater Toronto Area in Canada. Band members include vocalist Chris Gray, guitarists Alan Nacinovic and Scott Swain, keyboard and bassist Mike De Eyre, drummer Theo McKibbon and Terry Grayston editor and vocals. They signed with Victory Records in 2004 and recorded their debut, "Lead Us To Reason", at Signal To Noise Studios with producer Mike Green.Lead Us to Reason was released on January 25, 2005. Lead us to Reason did well for an independent release, selling upwards of 50,000 copies and opening the door to tours with several successful bands.
The band has been through some turmoil, losing guitarist Kyle Bishop, ex frontman for Grade, as well as drummer Derek Petrella, Ex Damn 13 member Mike Charette briefly played with The Black Maria for a handful of tour dates following the departure of Bishop.

The Black
The Black is a rock band from Austin, Texas that formed in 2002 when singer/songwriter David Longoria began collaborating with drummer Andy Morales. The two were later joined by renowned guitarist Alan Schaefer (son of famous guitar maker Ed Schaefer) and Nick Moulos of the Austin band The Crackpipes.
History
The group began playing regularly at Emo's and house parties until Schaefer moved to France to teach English in 2004. Longoria joined major label act ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead during the band's hiatus, his first performance with them on the Late Show with David Letterman in January 2005. Schaefer joined the rest of the band to support Trail of Dead on their European Worlds Apart tour. During the tour Trail of Dead was the band's backing band for a handful of shows.
Their full-length album Tanglewood was recorded in 2004 and released the spring of 2005 on their own record label K Woo.
The band's next release, titled Donna, was released in the summer of 2007.

Psychedelic, classic fuzzed out balls out rock! Josiah mixes up some of the best sounds of the late 60's and 70's and throws some newer twists and their own style. These guys are hard and fuzzed out at times, and the guitarist likes the wah-wah pedal. They are similar in ways to Volume, Fu Manchu and Nebula from time to time with that high energy driving wah riff rock stuff...other times they break it down and get super psychedelic and soulful like Pink Floyd or early Monster Magnet. Vocals are super melodic with harmonies, and at times almost mono-toned in a good way. Very nicely done to say the least, and the guitars are done quite tastefully like a cross between Scott Hill, David Gilmour and Randy Holden. It's definitely got a veteran classic rock feel to it.
