Both offer superb luxury, 4 bed, 4 bath beachfront accommodation on the Surf Coast with coastline views, modern furnishings and spa baths.These townhouses are amongst the Great Ocean Road's finest and are ready for you to enjoy, so what are you waiting for?

- Our prices are based on an occupancy of 4 Guests. Each ADDITIONAL guest attracts a charge of $40 PER NIGHT and each CHILD (under 3) stays free.
- Linen & Espresso coffee are included in price.

Bedding Configuration

Ground floor
Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with bunks a single bed and a trundle (sleeps 4) and a full bathroom. (These bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed off if not needed).
First floor
Main bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite. Second bedroom with two king singles that can be zipped together to make another queen bed.

Two rollaway beds and a portacot are also available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic place for a girls weekend perfect place for a girls weekend away, loved every minute and did not want to leave. Breathtaking views, a lovely walk along the beach to cafes and swimming right out the front. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome weekend away Beautiful accommodation for fantastic weekend away. Was very warm upon arrival and beds were very comfortable. Very inviting with a tonne of room. Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean and short distant to pubs and cafes. Would well suit a large group with 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds. We would definitely stay again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Team building event was truly SERENE in this house Our small corporate team of 4 initially chose Serenity due to it's beach location with views and even more enticing the fact that we had 4 bedrooms and 4 separate bathrooms. The house was even better than expected and catered for everything we required. It was clean, beautiful with all the mod cons and extra special touches like games, foxtel, nespresso coffee machine with a full rack of coffee pods. In the pantry, supplies from previous guests generously left behind did come in handy but also compelled us to leave ours behind; a nice little system. Glenn, the owner, was extremely accommodating and helpful even zipping together 2 of the single beds to make for a larger bed but even more generous was his kindness in allowing us a later checkout due to a team meeting that morning. Needless to say our team building couple of days was exactly what we needed and we couldn't have picked a better place (and extremely affordable compared to many others). I could not suggest any improvements as it is just perfect the way it is. Thank you Glenn, you are and absolute gem and we will definitely be back. I've already started spreading the word.
