One of my all time favorite horror movies is The Village. The 2004 film takes us to an isolated community in the woods who has withdrawn from the rest of society. Leaving the village is forbidden because of the dangerous monsters, Those We Do Not Speak Of, that roam the woods. But when Ivy's fiance Lucius requires medical attention, she must make the trip to a nearby town to get supplies.
