Welcome back to the second video of these series! I describe my experience on this diet being one week in, which was basically the base/maintenance phase. So far, I've lost at least a pound, my energy levels are high, and, for the most part, I am not craving or extremely hungry!
I describe what each meal is like and show a bit of what I buy at the grocery store, what I cook, and how I deal with certain struggles.
I hope this helps some of you out who are either on this diet or who plan on doing this in the future! So far, I'm enjoying being on this diet and have not strayed away from the template yet!
