Le pays, pourtant le plus riche du continent africain, est en proie à une incroyable violence. Avec 3 fois plus d'agressions et 20 fois plus de meurtres qu'en Fr

Aussie teens Dillan and Hannah will be staying with South African couple Andrew and Charnell de Kock, who believe the key to bringing up angelic kids is through clean living and the strict moral teachings of the Mormon faith.
Andrew imports medical technology, while wife Charnell is a part-time student counselor and special needs teacher. Three of their four children are students while the eldest is a missionary in Uganda. "Our religion isn't just something we go to on Sunday, it's a way of life," says Andrew. "We are trying to live a Christ-like life." And in the de Kock house, this means plenty of rules. "We have rules with internet access, we have rules with behaviour and code of conduct, we have rules with language, we have rules with interaction with people around them, we have rules with chores," says Charnell. "The rules are there for them and for us to function in society and to function as a family." The de Kock kids can only watch PG rated television. Andrew and Charnell also keep a close eye on the music they listen to, the movies they watch and the company they keep. "We monitor their friendships - that's important," says Charnell.
This family has its own 10 point code of conduct, incorporating trust, work and respect. Every child in the de Kock family is expected to strictly abide by this code. "Teenagers have too much freedom," says Andrew. "And as a result I feel that they perhaps are behaving in a way that is unbecoming of decent young men and young women." The de Kocks believe a healthy body is as important as a healthy mind. You won't find any tea, coffee or cola in their house. As a matter of fact, you won't find any caffeinated drinks or foods that are considered addictive. "It's important to fill the body and mind with wholesomeness," says Charnell. Andrew adds, "We'd like to show Hannah and Dillan that happiness can be found by adherence to principals."

Travel video about destination Johannesburg in South Africa.
Johannesburg is the commercial centre of South Africa. Since gold was first discovered, everything has revolved around money and from the 50th floor of Africa's tallest building, The Carlton Towers, there is an all-engulfing view of the city's narrow streets and jungle of concrete and glass.
The African Museum is a contemporary building and one of South Africa's most exquisite landmarks. It contains a large variety of geological exhibits and detailed accounts of the citys' past surface mining that gave rise to the country's massive gold rush. The resistance to apartheid is also illustrated, as well as that of the history of Africa's native inhabitants who journeyed from present day Botswana to the south of the country.
Gold Reef City is a large historical theme park that features the Johannesburg of pioneering times and focuses on the clothing, houses and entertainments of the country's golden years. On display are some of the old mining wagons that the workers used to transport the precious rock from the unforgiving mines and there's also a chance to see liquid gold, as it is turned into bullion and processed as gold coins.
In contrast to Johannesburg, Pretoria grew at a calmer pace and has developed from a Boer farming municipality into South Africa's administrative capital. Located on a hill is the Voortrekker Monument that is a reminder of the Boers' Great Trek and in 1830, the crucial battle in which they defeated the Zulus.
Sun City is a magnificent fantasy world full of African ambience and the Sun City Hotel is the casino that made Sol Kerzner the richest man in South Africa, whereas the futuristic Cascades Hotel derived its name from its wonderful setting of waterfalls, pools and lush plant life.
Johannesburg and this whole region of South Africa is the sunshiny place to be!

South Africa Documentary - Living in Johannesburg
Raising kids in Johannesburg comes with its challenges. On the one hand, the city’s reputation for crime concerns both expatriate and local parents who naturally fear for their children’s safety. On the other, Joburg has earned a reputation in some quarters for there not being much to do outside of its sprawling malls and the playgrounds of its mega nurseries.
This couldn’t be further from the truth. There is a wealth of activities for expat children to take part in and which can help them adjust to their new surroundings. While safety is justifiably a concern for expat parents, with the necessary precautions and lifestyle adjustments, their children are likely to happy and secure in their new lives.
he adult literacy rate in 2007 was 88.7%. South Africa has a 3 tier system of education starting with primary school, followed by high school and tertiary education in the form of (academic) universities and universities of technology. Learners have twelve years of formal schooling, from grade 1 to 12. Grade R is a pre-primary foundation year. Primary schools span the first seven years of schooling. High School education spans a further five years. The Senior Certificate examination takes place at the end of grade 12 and is necessary for tertiary studies at a South African university.
Public universities in South Africa are divided into three types: traditional universities, which offer theoretically oriented university degrees; universities of technology ("Technikons"), which offer vocational oriented diplomas and degrees; and comprehensive universities, which offer both types of qualification. There are 23 public universities in South Africa: 11 traditional universities, 6 universities of technology and 6 comprehensive universities.
Under apartheid, schools for blacks were subject to discrimination through inadequate funding and a separate syllabus called Bantu Education which was only designed to give them sufficient skills to work as labourers. In 2004 South Africa started reforming its higher education system, merging and incorporating small universities into larger institutions, and renaming all higher education institutions "university" to redress these imbalances.
Between state power, tribe(s), ancestral figures, Johannesburg is a great city to live in.

On Friday 28 August 2015 approximately 08h45 at the intersection Bram Fischer Drive and Jan Smuts Ave, Clive Naaido pulled over by a polite female JMPD officer who went and checked his licence disk then came to his window and greeted and he gave her his drives licence, at that stage another very abrupt and arrogant female JMPD officer barged in saying “you got 4 eyes can’t you see you shot the robot”, He replied “ sorry, I got 2 eyes and a pair of glasses and might be you got four eyes”. At that stage she grabbed his drivers licence from the other officer and went to get a fine book. He realised that this was not going to look good so at that stage he started recording the conversation.

It's well worth wandering around for an hour or so, as well as visiting the Bo-Kaap Museum (a view of a prosperous Muslim family from the 19th Century). The island itself is quite scenic, with African penguins usually seen on the tour. The bus tour stops to allow you to take in the view, and buy a snack. Travel video about destination South-Africa.
Johannesburg is the commercial centre of South Africa. Since gold was first discovered there, everything has revolved around money and from the 50th floor of Africa’s tallest building, The Carlton Towers, there is an all-engulfing view of the city’s narrow streets and jungle of concrete and glass. The African Museum is a contemporary building and one of South Africa’s most exquisite landmarks, it contains a large variety of geological exhibits and detailed accounts of the city’s past surface mining that gave rise to the country’s massive gold rush. The resistance to apartheid is also illustrated, as well as the history of Africa’s native inhabitants who journeyed from present day Botswana to the south of the country. In contrast to Johannesburg, Pretoria grew at a calmer pace and has developed from a Boer farming municipality into South Africa’s administrative capital. Located on a hill is the Vortrekker Monument that is a reminder of the Boers’ Great Trek and, in 1830, the crucial battle in which they defeated the Zulus. The route travels northeast over the misty and one time heavily defended Drakens Mountains in the direction of the Kruger Park that extends along the border with Mosambique. From Kruger, the journey continues across Swaziland and Kwazulu Natal to Port Elizabeth on the Indian Ocean’s south coast. Along the rocky coastline a road leads to the southernmost tip of Africa, the Cape Of Good Hope. For those lucky enough to experience it, the drive on the spectacular mountain road around the Cape is an amazing adventure. One of the many natural wonders of this unique land that unites European influence with African pride.

South Africa is not only impressive due to its size but also due to its amazing variety of fascinating scenery. Its paradise-like flora and fauna plus its historic and famous landmarks are totally captivating. Johannesburg is a modern metropolis and with around a million and a half inhabitants is the capital of Gauteng Province and the largest city in South Africa. It was founded in 1886 when gold was first discovered at Witwater Beach. Although European influence is obvious in South Africa the first inhabitants of this fascinating country were of course the various indigenous people of Africa and the village of Lesedi around twenty five kilometres south of Johannesburg provides many insights into ancient Africa’s traditions and dances. Lesedi contains four tiny villages that are inhabited by Zulus, Xhosas and members of the smaller Pedi and Basotho tribes. Close to Pilgrim’s Rest is one of the most beautiful landscapes in South Africa, Blyde River Canyon, a spectacular twenty six kilometre long and eight hundred metre deep canyon where erosion caused by the confluence of the Treu and Blyde rivers has created a number of amazing rock formations. With its many craters Moon Valley is evocative of the lunar landscape. This unusual area was formed during a wet period around four hundred and sixty million years ago by the Swakop River that is one of the longest and widest rivers in Namibia. The region became famous due to a miraculous plant, the Welwitschia Mirabilis, a living fossil that was first discovered in the middle of the nineteenth century and can survive for up to six hundred years. The Etosha National Park in the north of Namibia is one of the largest nature reserves in the world. In the dry winter months hundreds of thousands of animals gather and make this park into Africa’s most populated wildlife area. Man must continue to be fully aware of his responsibility to nature and nowhere more so than in Southern Africa that is one of the last natural paradises on Earth.

Travel video about destination Nairobi in Kenya.
Nairobi is Kenya's busy, expensive yet dangerous capital city. It is also both fascinating and modern. Nairobi is the country's most important and beautiful city and with the finest temperate climate between Johannesburg and Cairo, is located at an altitude of almost 1,700 metres above sea level.
The government district of City Square contains the Conference Centre and the Kanu Tower, the headquarters of government and the city's tallest building.
Canons guard the main entrance to the National Museum that is situated on Museum Hill, a fascinating building that covers much of Kenya's culture and history. The museum provides an interesting insight into Pre-history as well as to various cultures and the country's flora and fauna.
Directly in front of the city gates is the Nairobi National Park, the oldest of all Kenya's nature parks. Groups of ostriches can be seen bathing in the hot sand. A number of springboks stroll around elegantly between scattered rocks and trees that have been uprooted by elephants close to the city's skyline.
Nairobi is a metropolis in the 'Realm of The Golden Sun' and is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating cities in the world.

Cape Town Vacation Travel Guide - Travel Central Africa,Travel South Africa 2015
Cape Town is the second-most populated city in South Africa after Johannesburg, and the provincial capital and primate city of the Western Cape. As the seat of the National
Parliament, it is also the legislative capital of the country. It forms part of the City of Cape Town metropolitan municipality. The city is famous for its harbour as well as
its natural setting in the Cape floral kingdom, including such well-known landmarks as Table Mountain and Cape Point. Cape Town is also Africa's most popular tourist destination.
Cape Town is not only the most popular international tourist destination in South Africa, but Africa as a whole. This is due to its good climate, natural setting, and well-
developed infrastructure. The city has several well-known natural features that attract tourists, most notably Table Mountain, which forms a large part of the Table Mountain
National Park and is the back end of the City Bowl. Reaching the top of the mountain can be achieved either by hiking up, or by taking the Table Mountain Cableway. Cape Point is recognised as the dramatic headland at the end of the Cape Peninsula. Many tourists also drive along Chapman's Peak Drive, a narrow road that links Noordhoek with Hout Bay, for the views of the Atlantic Ocean and nearby mountains. It is possible to either drive or hike up Signal Hill for closer views of the City Bowl and Table Mountain.

It’s a feast of lavish hotels, entertainment and fantasy amid an abundance of African ambience.Water World is the perfect paradise for water sport enthusiasts. Kept at a constant temperature, a 750 metre long artificial lake offers many exciting features, including water skiing, parasailing and windsurfing. The Sun City Hotel and its spacious, luxuriant gardens and playful water fountains is an ideal place to relax or to gamble the hours away - whether Black Jack, American Roulette or Stud Poker, the hotel’s casino will satisfy the needs of all those who want to take a chance. It’s the largest casino outside America! The Cascades Hotel has 243 luxurious rooms and suites that provide a magnificent view of the hotel’s tropical gardens and golf course. To maximise the leisurely atmosphere, water is put to good use as gigantic fountains and subtle water displays calm the African heat. The hotel’s fascinating garden is best visited with an expert guide as due to its large wealth of flora and fauna it has all the variety of a formal botanical garden. The hotel’s amusement park is like something from another world, with deep gorges, mighty rocks and amazing waterfalls. The Valley of Waves means turquoise-coloured water and a white sandy beach scattered with palm trees as well as an extraordinary 6500 m² swimming pool with computer-controlled, often dramatic, artificial waves. The Palace of the Lost City is a unique fantasy creation. The atrium contains a fresco with motifs of African animals and the 30 metre high cupola is a reminder of Rome’s Sistine Chapel, African style. The richly decorated building with its cupolas and 70 metre tall towers is like a fantastic jungle palace. Sun City – the perfect name for perfect entertainment!

Cape Town is the second largest city in South Africa and is the capital of the Western Cape Province, as well as being the legislative capital of South Africa (the Houses of Parliament are here). It is located in the south-west corner of the country near the Cape of Good Hope, and is the most southern city in Africa. It is a stone's throw from South Africa's world-famous Cape Winelands around Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek.
Cape Town is the second-most populous city in South Africa, after Johannesburg, and the provincial capital and primate city of the Western Cape. As the seat of the National Parliament, it is also the legislative capital of the country. It forms part of the City of Cape Town metropolitan municipality. The city is famous for its harbour, for its natural setting in the Cape floral kingdom, as well as for such well-known landmarks as Table Mountain and Cape Point.
Located on the shore of Table Bay, Cape Town was first developed by the Dutch East India Company as a victualling (supply) station for Dutch ships sailing to East Africa, India, and the Far East. Jan van Riebeeck's arrival on 6 April 1652 established the first permanent European settlement in South Africa. Cape Town quickly outgrew its original purpose as the first European outpost at the Castle of Good Hope, becoming the economic and cultural hub of the Cape Colony. Until the Witwatersrand Gold Rush and the development of Johannesburg, Cape Town was the largest city in South Africa. Today it is one of the most multicultural cities in the world, reflecting its role as a major destination for immigrants and expatriates[4] to South Africa. In 2011 the metropolitan region had an estimated population of 3.74 million. The city was named the World Design Capital for 2014 by the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design. In 2014 Cape Town was named the best place in the world to visit by The New York Times.

Vilanculos is situated 750 km north of Maputo and is the gateway to the romantic playgrounds of the Bazaruto archipelago.
The islands of Bazaruto, Benguerra, Magaruque and Santa Carolina - also known as Paradise Island - make up the Bazaruto Archipelago.
The Islands were declared a national park in 1971, ensuring that the abundant species of birds and butterflies, coral reefs, the beaches with dolphin, game fish, shellfish and marine turtles are all protected.
You can explore the islands for the day by means of a powerboat or romantic dhow.
A dhow is a sailboat that resembles the vessels used a thousand years ago by ancient traders between India and Africa.
For those, who want to spend more time on the islands accommodation in luxurious lodges are available.
Vilanculos also has its own international airport for direct flights from Johannesburg.
Vilanculos Camping is situated on the beachfront in the town of Vilanculos, which can be reached by ordinary vehicles.
The shady campsite is fenced with 24-hour security and only residents are allowed in the campsite. All sites are equipped with electricity and water taps.
The ablutions with hot water showers are kept spotlessly clean all day long.
The campsite also boast a 6 bed chalet as well as a 10 bed bungalow, both are equipped for self-catering.
The campsite offers a beautiful view of the calm, clear blue ocean and palm lined beaches with safe swimming areas.
The campsite also has a bar and restaurant where you can observe the beauty of the islands on the horizon.
