A volcano is a rupture in the crust of a planetary-mass object, such as Earth, that allows hot lava, volcanic ash, and gases to escape from a magma chamber below the surface.
Earth's volcanoes occur because its crust is broken into 17 major, rigid tectonic plates that float on a hotter, softer layer in its mantle. Therefore, on Earth, volcanoes are generally found where tectonic plates are diverging or converging. For example, a mid-oceanic ridge, such as the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, has volcanoes caused by divergent tectonic plates pulling apart; the Pacific Ring of Fire has volcanoes caused by convergent tectonic plates coming together. Volcanoes can also form where there is stretching and thinning of the crust's interior plates, e.g., in the East African Rift and the Wells Gray-Clearwater volcanic field and Rio Grande Rift in North America. This type of volcanism falls under the umbrella of "plate hypothesis" volcanism. Volcanism away from plate boundaries has also been explained as mantle plumes. These so-called "hotspots", for example Hawaii, are postulated to arise from upwelling diapirs with magma from the core–mantle boundary, 3,000 km deep in the Earth. Volcanoes are usually not created where two tectonic plates slide past one another.
Boom Beach is a freemium mobile strategy video game for iOS and Android, developed by Supercell. It was soft launched in Canada on 11 November 2013 and widely released on 26 March 2014.
Boom Beach is a strategy game that combines attacks on other players with attacks against computer generated bases and organizations (Blackguard). The game's storyline is set in a tropical archipelago with the player on an island with defenses and troops (similar to Supercell's Clash of Clans game).
Players can build their base, upgrading their defenses and other buildings, and unlock troop upgrades. Boom Beach combines single player campaign play as well as the ability to attack other players in multiplayer mode on the same map. It has been a top 10 game in 22 countries at its launch. The game pits the player against an enemy known as "The Blackguard" which is often represented by Lt. Hammerman.
Apart from the main aspect of the game, there is also a cooperative form where players gather "Intel" (by surviving or ordering attacks, or by rewards) which is then used to attack computer generated bases in task force operations.

Barbed wire, also known as barb wire, less often bob wire or, in the southeastern United States, bobbed wire, is a type of steel fencing wire constructed with sharp edges or points arranged at intervals along the strand(s). It is used to construct inexpensive fences and is used atop walls surrounding secured property. It is also a major feature of the fortifications in trench warfare (as a wire obstacle).
A person or animal trying to pass through or over barbed wire will suffer discomfort and possibly injury. Barbed wire fencing requires only fence posts, wire, and fixing devices such as staples. It is simple to construct and quick to erect, even by an unskilled person.
The first patent in the United States for barbed wire was issued in 1867 to Lucien B. Smith of Kent, Ohio, who is regarded as the inventor.Joseph F. Glidden of DeKalb, Illinois, received a patent for the modern invention in 1874 after he made his own modifications to previous versions.
Barbed wire was the first wire technology capable of restraining cattle. Wire fences were cheaper and easier to erect than their alternatives. (One such alternative was Osage orange, a thorny bush which was time-consuming to transplant and grow. The Osage orange later became a supplier of the wood used in making barb wire fence posts.) When wire fences became widely available in the United States in the late 19th century, they made it affordable to fence much larger areas than before. They made intensive animal husbandry practical on a much larger scale.
1. Volcanic ash from the eruption will probably spread to Buenos Aires and cover much of the less-populated parts of Argentina. 2. Japan’s second highest volcano Mount Ontake erupted on Saturday, leaving hundreds of people trapped on the mountain for hours and more than 30 feared dead. 3. Residents living near the Kilauea volcano in Hawaii have been forced to evacuate as lava from the volcano has come within yards of the town of Pahoa. 4. Tamu Massif is an extinct, shield type volcano 1600km east of Japan. The area of its basalt dome is approximately equal to Great Britain and Ireland added together, or over 100,000 square kilometers. 5. Japan and Ecuador experienced earthquakes and both were situated in the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is known for being a hotbed of volcanic and s...

Discussing the recent new from the Boom Beach development team. It this a concerted effort to stop halt the use of smokey Zooka in Operations. this change in combination with the spreading change that soon as experience with the last patch make it seem so. one thing I did not mention that came out later is that they're actually going to rebalance the health and damage boost of every single operation map on the high levels. so we will have to see

A tour of my most recently completed base (A13) - or almost. Built without creative mode in a private sp game, it combines underground bunker with above-ground (sort of) defences, fire-pit trap, and killing floor. What fun. Follow me on Twitter: SmallArchangel@GaiaGirlGamer

Here the front of a lava flow is pushing, lifting and crushing an empty metal shed. It is also pushing over the barbed wire fence along the road as it smashes the shed into the fence (very slowly - first shot is sped up 20x). Footage by Volcano Video Productions on 10/25/2014.
