Kağızman (Ottoman Turkish: قاغزمان‎,[3] Armenian: Կաղզվան, Kaghzvan,[4]) is a town and district of Kars Province in the Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The population was 17,144 in 2010. The mayor is Nevzat Yıldız (MHP).
