Inside, you own this place. You run things. You're the king. But look around you, what do you see? It's all pretend. It's all made up. You own nothing. Nothing except sorrows and bars and rusty metal staircases. You'll never live, because outside you don't exist. No one will remember you. No one.::Rizza: You behave.::Frank Perry: Behaving myself is what's kept me living.

He's pitching against time. He's pitching against the future, against age, and even when you think about his career, against ending. [while helping a traded teammate move]::Billy Chapel: I ain't carryin' no books. Where's the pillows?
Jane Aubrey: What if my face was all scraped off and I was totally disfigured and had no arms and legs and I was completely paralyzed. Would you still love me?::Billy Chapel: No. But we could still be friends.

100s of singing bowls LIVE
Earth Healing at the
Solstice ceremony at the
White Eagle Lodge London 21st June 2014 with
Frank Perry on a fairly large arrangement of his instruments. A improvisation arising out of the previous activities led by
Minister Colum
Hayward on the theme of Earth Healing.
Frank first entered this
Main Chapel 50 years ago. The building has now been sold so it is the very last occasion that Frank will perform here. A poignant moment for Frank. The energy of the Solstice is one of stillness and with the theme based upon Healing this improvisation is not of the flashy kind but is more directed inwards upon the subtle more spiritual dimensions of reality.

Frank Perry on Tibetan Singing Bowls
Frank Perry is a leading expert in
Tibetan singing bowls. He is a composer, performer, astrologer, artist, and healer and has invented musical instruments that are part of his set up which is made up of
100's of percussion instruments, including gongs, bells, bowls, and metalophones. Covered in his book Himalayan
Sound Revelations: The
Complete Singing Bowl Book are no less than 250 different styles of bowl and over 100 techniques of drawing sound from them.
Frank covers the wands and mallets used and how to choose them, associated instruments like ting-sha and drilbu, how to look after your bowls and what to watch for when buying them. Every sound you make from every bowl is a meditation, and Frank helps you understand what you are listening to and what you are connecting with. That may be one of the meditation Buddhas, or it may be a planet or star, or it may be a stimulation in one of your chakras. It is all here -- the ability to make bowls the basis of your spiritual path and know yourself better.
