This duplex is centrally located to shopping and entertainment centers, the mall, 10 minutes from Microsoft headquarters and 14 minutes to Costco Headquarters. Since it's a duplex you’ll get the benefit of having a huge, fully furnished 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom + Smaller 1/2 bedroom, that includes a PRIVATE: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin over Queen Bunk Bed, a Full Bed Futon (4 Beds total), full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, bathroom, 2 parking spaces and a shared yard with AMAZING LAKE VIEWS during Fall and Winter. CRUISE ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE: This rental is only 21 miles from the Seattle cruise terminals (and 28 miles from SEATAC airport), so if you're in Seattle and are "going to" or "returning from" a cruise, ask about our unadvertised Cruise Accommodation special offers and availability. (Requires proof of cruise booking at time of reservation). PLEASE NOTE: It is located near a large street and close to Lake Sammamish, so you'll hear car noise during peak rush hour traffic (and the occasional louder muffler car) and at times, people with boats on the lake. However, the noise is never problematic or consistently noisy. The host is software engineer and likes the quiet area. RESERVATION REQUESTS When requesting a reservation please be sure to include the names and ages of all the people that will be staying in the duplex during your reservation. Only these people will be allowed to stay in the duplex due to our insurance coverage. If you need to substitute a guest, you must first inform the host and obtain permission. We have a minimum 2 night requirement for staying at our home. This just allows us to manage our guests and home at the highest quality of service. ACCESS TO HOME GYM (Available Mid July) Don't want to miss a workout? Don't worry, the host is an ex personal trainer so we have a small gym in the garage that consists of a treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bike, VersaClimber, dumbbells, and Smith Machine with (squat rack, bench press and cable pulleys). Guest must be over 21 to use the equipment and sign release waiver. The living and all 3 bedrooms have a TV. The living room and main bedroom have a cable, the smaller rooms don't but you can connect your computer to them and stream TV/Movies from our cable service. Specifically you'll have access to over 260 cable channels (to include, HBO®, Showtime®, STARZ®, Cinemax® TMC®, Sports Entertainment Package) and Streaming TV/Movies options plus High-Speed WiFi internet (105 Mbps).
