I woke up early this morning to catch the very first light that glazed over the coast of San Francisco. Managed to get a little more than a glaze as I was completely submerged by an unexpected wave.
Lesson learned; do not underestimate the power of Mother Nature. One minute, she can be lapping at your toes, the next she could be dragging you across sharp rocks just because you said she looked fat in that dress lol. Have a lovely Saturday everyone. Cheers!!! Oh and btw, tomorrow is my birthday

Something was lost in translation and our overnight bus from Tokyo dropped us off in downtown Osaka. We told the driver that we were heading to Kyoto. He said “No English” and drove away. Lucky for us, a student took pity on us and led us to the Kyoto express train.
