112-room Cambria Hotel in Third Avenue complex

Cambria Hotels & Suites will open a 112-room hotel in a project that involves adding eight stories to the 1928 building that houses Belltown Self Storage.

$120M Washington Place brings hotel, apartments to Southcenter

Absher Construction recently finished the concrete grade slabs and started building post-tensioned decks that will make up Washington Place, a $120 million, 19-story hotel and apartment complex one block east of Westfield Southcenter.

The hiring comes as Home Depot has been benefiting from shoppers' increasing shift to renovate their homes.
