    I would say elements of both (fence sitting). My concern re value chain are the ‘politics’ inherent in health which lie as invisible obstacles. So there undoubtedly has to be some distribution & novelty and enough leadership/power/courage to influence at the very highest level.

    Get involved in policy making members- important work in health and social care funding

    I like the ‘we are not perfect bit’. Anyone or service who thinks they are should probably think again! And actually you are pretty near perfect IMO

    We are not perfect but in we fully appreciate the challenges a band 6 role brings and are 100% committed to supporting the role in what ever way we can. Fancy joining us? 😃
