Brown & Kysar, Inc. is a growing firm servicing the needs of small and mid-sized public electric utilities. We are looking for a GENERAL MANAGER to take over duties of the existing soon-to-be-retired GM, continuing the internal and external growth of the company. This is an Executive Position, leading the Executive Team. This position needs ten or more years of experience in utility operations, engineering, or management; previous team management experience in participative environments with proven results as indicated by excellent references from previous employees and peers; and fundamental understanding of business finance and experience at budgeting and compensation, with experience at maintaining positive cash flow.
