STORYLINE:
There was tension at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Bangkok on Tuesday as disagreement arose between the US and some Asian countries over the political situation in Myanmar.
Washington has taken a tough line on the military government's suppression of democratic change, isolating Yangon further with recently strengthened economic sanctions.
And both US President George W. Bush and Secretary of Colin Powell talked publicly about putting pressure on Myanmar for change.
On the other side, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammed has defended Yangon, saying they have a plan for change.
The standoff between Myanmar's military government and members of the democratically-elected National League for Democracy has simmered since the military ignored the election results in 1991.
Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi, the NLD's leader, has been in and out of custody or house arrest for years, and was recently attacked during a political visit in the north of the country.
Activists say she is in detention, but the Myanmar government says she is simply staying at home.
The US says that she needs freedom of political activity and a chance to talk to those in power.
Mahathir's view has support from other Asian leaders.
In Bali earlier this month the ten-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) met and heard a report from Myanmar's new Prime minister Khin Nyunt.
He told them he had a "road map" for political reconciliation.

STORYLINE
Thailand's security forces on Thursday threw an unprecedented security cordon across Bangkok to deter any potential terrorist attack during this month's Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum meeting.
As well as deploying thousands of personnel, authorities also closed down parts of the city.
In addition, authorities have put some 13-hundred troops and police in place to guard Bangkok's international airport.
They'll be backed by armoured personnel carriers, fitted with anti-aircraft missiles.
Also on hand - if needed - is a squadron of jet fighters to escort planes carrying international leaders.
Across Bangkok, 20-thousand soldiers and police officers will be on duty during the conference.
Many key roads will be closed to create exclusion zones near the venues.
Thailand's Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra is so confident about the security measures he recently went on record saying his country was the safest in the region.
But some are unhappy with the strict measures, like local lobby groups, who can only demonstrate in designated areas.
Their leaders say it's their constitutional right to protest wherever they want.

US President George W Bush is expected to travel to Hanoi later this month for the 18-19 November Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.
Vietnam is preparing to host the annual summit, which will draw leaders from 21 countries and thousands of business executives from around the world.
The APEC conferences began in Seattle during the Clinton administration (former US President Bill Clinton) with hopes of achieving a number of agreements, including improving regional and international trade relations.
While the forum has achieved some of its economic goals, it has also become an important opportunity for leaders to talk face to face about a variety of subjects.
Vietnam and the US, two former foes, began implementing a bilateral trade deal in 2001, 26 years after US troops pulled out of the country. Since then trade has flourished.
Many Vietnamese residents welcome Bush's presence during the summit, saying it will raise Vietnam's profile as a developing economy.
"Investors will know more about Vietnam as an active developing economy," he added.

STORYLINE:
Asia and Pacific ministers have made an urgent call for a new global trade pact to benefit countries rich and poor.
They also warned that economic prosperity is threatened by terrorism and disease outbreaks such as SARS.
The officials from 21 APEC economies wrapped up two days of talks on Saturday, laying out an agenda for a summit of world leaders that is leaning heavily on the fight against terrorism even though the group's stated goal is to
boost trade and investment.
US Secretary of State Colin Powell said he believed Monday's meeting would focus on security issues more than ever.
In a draft communique to be released at the end of their meeting late in the day, the trade and foreign ministers called on the World Trade Organisation to restart international trade negotiations that collapsed in the Mexican
resort of Cancun last month when many developing nations walked out.
The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum has no formal ties with the Geneva-based body that sets global trading rules, but it includes some of the biggest WTO members, including China, Japan and the United States.
The Cancun impasse, the ministers said, was "a missed opportunity to make real progress on trade liberalisation and to provide a boost for developing economies and their rural poor."
They also promised to step up the fight against terror with measures like tighter controls over production and sales of hand-held anti-aircraft missiles.
The Thais have clamped down with tight security such as fighter jet escorts for leaders, including US President George W. Bush, who arrives on Friday evening following a hurried state visit to the Philippines.
There is also little chance that protests, which have marred other international trade conferences, will erupt in Bangkok.

It's one of the most closely guarded secrets ahead of each annual meeting of APEC heads of state; what colourful outfits will the leaders be wearing this year?
October's event will be held in Bangkok and the weavers of a far-flung Thai village have been hard at work for months, producing a unique design to clothe the likes of US President George W Bush, Russia's Vladimir Putin, China's Hu Jintao and Japan's Junichiro Koizumi.
VOICE-OVER:

For generations, life in the village of Tha Sawang has centred around the rhythm of the loom.
SOUND UP: loom clacking
10
The silk produced here is considered the best in Thailand.
So it's no surprise that the village was chosen to weave the silk that will be used in this years APEC conference shirts.
Every year the Asia Pacific trade summit features an impromptu fashion show of native shirts of the host country.

1994 saw leaders decked out in Indonesian Batik.
32
In 1996 it was the Filipino barong.
36
And last year in Mexico leaders donned white cotton shirts known as Guayabera.
42
For the silk weavers of Tha Sawang it's slow and delicate work.
Just three metres of the fabric take five people a month to make.
50
Next stop is a tiny tailor's shop in the capital Bangkok.
Nothing is done by machine here.
It takes three days to complete one shirt.
58
Each is worth more than two-thousand dollars.
102
The shirt President Bush will wear isn't on display.
105
But this one is for Philippines President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
110
The wearing of traditional shirts at APEC has always attracted attention - not always complimentary.
Last year the Australian Prime Minister John Howard called for an end to what he called "silly, frilly shirts".
This year the shirts of Muslim leaders will have a flower design, while those of non-Muslim leaders will feature animal motifs.

STORYLINE
The APEC summit in Bangkok next week is not likely to produce any strides forward on global trade issues.
But many hope it will advance an economic agenda that will lead to free trade across the Pacific.
Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, who is hosting the summit, spoke to business leaders on Saturday.
He recognised the failure of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) talks in Cancun, Mexico, earlier this year, but
promised that APEC would make up for it.
Thaksin's pledge met with applause from business leaders desperately hoping for a rebound of the slumping world economy.
Fears of a further deterioration of the global situation were stoked earlier this year when the WTO meeting ended in deadlock.
Hong Kong is one partner.

01 01 Royal barge passing on river
01 19 ENDS
SUGGESTED LEAD IN:
World leaders at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Bangkok have been shown the majestic sight of the royal barge procession.
The hosts went all out to present an image of Thailand as both a modern, go-getting society and as an exotic,
tourist-friendly place where traditions are still cherished.
Earlier, King Bhumibol Adulyadej and his wife entertained the 21 leaders in the Chakri Maha Prasat Hall of the Grand Palace, a vast, walled compound by the Chao Phraya river.
The compound encloses elaborately decorated pavilions, halls and a temple enshrining a small but greatly revered jasper statue of the Lord Buddha.
SUGGESTED VOICE OVER:
00 02
After the day's talks, leaders at the APEC summit were treated to a rare spectacle from Thailand's royal past.
00 10
Paddled by some two-thousand Thai sailors in period costume, a procession of fifty royal barges glided serenely along Bangkok's Chao Phraya River.
00 21
The intricately gilded boats were carved from vast tree trunks.
00 25
Most were restored antiques and all are cherished as national treasures.
00 30
Fireworks exploded overhead as beams of light swept through the sky.
00 34
Thousands of floating lanterns drifted in the current.
00 39
After a formal banquet at the Grand Palace dignitaries viewed the show from a Navy facility nearby.
00 46
US President George Bush and Russian President Vladimir Putin were among twenty-one leaders invited to attend by the Thai King and his wife.
00 55
After dinner they were taken a short distance to the river by tuk-tuks to see the barge procession.
01 00
Thousands of Thais flocked to the riverside hoping to get restaurant seats with a good view.
01 07
Navy officers said they were praying for clear weather, not always ensured during the monsoon season.

Thailand is a land of smiles and sunshine, the gem of Asia. A fascinating land of contrast, chaotic traffic, serene temples, poverty, wealth, hustle and contemplation. The metropolis of Bangkok boasts many wonderful sights such as Wat Phra Kaeo, the Temple Of The Emerald Buddha, that is highly revered by the Thai people. The city’s most important landmark is also its most beautiful temple complex, a wonderful work of art comprising golden Chedis and numerous resplendent buildings. The River Kwai Bridge: the film of the same name made the bridge world famous. In Kanchanaburi the railway spans the wide River Kwai and this bold construction consists of steel and concrete, not wood as was depicted in the film. A bridge that symbolises the brutality of war built by thousands of prisoners of war under the command of the Japanese. Thirteen kilometres north of Bang-In is the former capital of ancient Thailand, Ayutthaya. The most famous historic site in Thailand has retained its exotic appearance. The Wat Mahathat was built in around 1380. Its main feature is a mighty banyan tree whose roots grow around a severed Buddha head. The jewel of the Southeast Asian travel circuit, Thailand offers astonishing diversity and a truly fascinating and accessible culture that, along with the revered Thai hospitality, makes it an incredibly popular destination.
With an enticing mixture of established destinations such as Phuket and Hua Hin, and out-of-the-way palm-fringed islands, Thailand has a very exotic appeal. It caters for grungy backpacking types wanting to party into the wee hours through to those who prefer white tablecloth dining and clinking wine glasses. From staying on a converted rice barge, clambering into a jungle tree house or bedding down in a hill tribe village, the country offers a wealth of choice for all tastes and budgets.
For divers, snorkelers, and those who just like swanning around on white-powder sand there are postcard-perfect beaches, and the extraordinary metropolis of Bangkok in the south, while the north offers the sublime delights of culture-packed Chiang Mai with its temple-studded old town, and cooling forests and mountain retreats.
One of the best ways to access Thai culture is through a 'Monk chat' session in a local wat (temple) in Chiang Mai, where you get the opportunity to quiz the dignified saffron-robed monks about anything you like. And in the early morning, all over the country, the monks leave the sanctuary of their wats to receive alms from the people, be it in a dusty village or on crowded city streets. Buddhism is a way of life here and the Thais are also strong supporters of their monarchy.
And don't forget the food! A culinary adventure awaits with tempting morsels on virtually every street corner, from traditional Royal-project run restaurants to delicious piping hot street food. Eating is as much a part of the culture here as anything else and definitely the key to local hearts. If you're lucky enough to catch a local festival, it will probably be dominated by food.
The most welcoming of countries, despite being inundated with tourists and expats, it's the gentle hospitality of local people that is the strongest memory of Thailand for many visitors. And what a wonderful memory it makes.
Things to see and do
=======================
Northern Insight Meditation Centre
Thailand is a serene and thought-provoking place to do some meditation. This centre offers an intensive month-long course and there are strict rules to be observed. The beautiful leafy setting in Chiang Mai is ideal, but there are similar places all over the country; make enquiries at local temples.
Chiang Dao
Thailand's highest limestone mountain can be found here amidst a jungle oasis with an excellent selection of local accommodation. A mystical warren of caves extending some 14km (8.7 miles) can be explored, and riding a bicycle is a relaxing way to explore the area around Chiang Dao.
Chiang Mai - Old City
The temple-studded old city of Chiang Mai with its leafy residential sois, towering city gates and crumbling walls is a highlight of the north. Exploration is best by bicycle with traffic surprisingly subdued in the city walls and there are plenty of places to stop for refreshment when escaping the heat of the day.
Doi Inthanon
Escape to the cooling heights of Thailand's highest peak, where jungle walks, bird watching and simply shaking the heat of the simmering plains from your back awaits. There are good roads in the park making it easy to get around and waterfalls to splash about in.
Elephant Nature Park
Visiting an elephant sanctuary can be a wonderful experience especially if you stick to those, like this nature park, which genuinely care for the animals instead of just making them do ridiculous antics. Visitors can help wash and care for the elephants here and no riding is allowed.
JEATH War Museum
The moving JEATH War Museum (JEATH representing the first letter of Japan, England, America, Australia, Thailand and Holland, the countries who lost soldiers in the region) is located in the provincial capital, Kanchanaburi and features photographs and various other memorabilia from World War II.
Wat Phra That Doi Suthep
One of northern Thailand's most sacred temples, Wat Suthep is perched high in the mountains overlooking the steamy metropolis of Chiang Mai below. As well as offering astounding views the temple, established in the 14th century, has a wonderful collection on Lanna Art and architecture.
Bangkok's Siam Ocean World
Dive with the sharks in the aquarium at Bangkok's Siam Ocean World (www.siamoceanworld.co.th), and live to tell the tale. There's a daily feeding of sharks and penguins and the deep reef zone is a fascinating glimpse into a magical underwater world.

During our time backpacking and traveling around Asia we spent more time in Thailand than any other country in SE Asia and for good reason. Unlike most tourists who visit Thailand, we decided to skip most of the beaches located in the southern regions of the country and instead focus most of our time in Northern Thailand. Chiang Mai, our home away from home, became our base for several months and by the time we left we promised ourselves we'd return again in the near future. What makes Chiang Mai such a great base for foreigners? Firstly, it's cheap. You can find high quality serviced apartments for under $500 (some are less than $300) that offer modern amenities and are in located in close proximity to the old square of the city. Secondly, the food – both Thai and International – offers as much diverse selection as any city I've ever visited. If you want to gormandize on authentic Thai delights you'll have no shortage of options ranging from Thai street food to high class Thai restaurants. For the culture vulture, no shortage of opportunities exist to explore temples such as Doi Suthep, markets such as the Saturday night market or interact with animals such as at the Elephant Nature Park. When you get tired of Chiang Mai, the sleepy hillside town of Pai awaits where the pace is slower and you feel more like you're out in the countryside. Whether you love it or hate it, most journeys in Thailand begin and end in Bangkok. This steamy chaotic city offers some incredible temples to explore (such as Wat Arun and the Temple of the Mount) along with great shopping and nightlife. The following is a top attractions travel guide offering a snapshot of the best things to do in Thailand during your next vacation to Land of Smiles:
30 Things to do in Thailand Travel Guide and Top Attractions Travel Video Playlist:
1) Elephant Nature Park Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand
2) Pai, Thailand Travel Guide and Things to Do (ปาย)

wn.com/30 Things To Do In Thailand Travel Guide, Top Attractions Thai Street Food

Bangkok is the capital and the most populous city of Thailand. The city occupies 1,568.7 square kilometres (605.7 sq mi) in the Chao Phraya River delta in Central Thailand, and has a population of over eight million, or 12.6 percent of the country's population. Over fourteen million people (22.2 percent) live within the surrounding Bangkok Metropolitan Region, making Bangkok an extreme primate city, dwarfing Thailand's other urban centres in terms of importance.
The most important places to visit in Bangkok are: Wat Arun (Bangkok has one of the greatest collections of temples in the world. This Buddhist temple, also known as "Temple of the Dawn" is quite spectacular), Lumpini Park (Bangkok is a massive city; Lumpini Park offers an excellent escape from the city's hustle and bustle. You can just relax or engage in an activity), Wat Pho (it is said to be the largest and oldest Buddhist temple in Bangkok. An extremely large statue of a reclining Buddha is a big draw), Floating Market (truly a unique experience where many vendors prepare food right on their tiny boats. You will find a festive atmosphere along with delicious food), Wat Traimit (another famous temple in Bangkok, it is located close to China Town and is known as also known as the "The Temple of the Golden Buddha"), Vimanmek Palace (this magnificent former royal palace is the world's largest golden teak wood mansion), Chinatown (a colorful area with many interesting shop and of course fantastic Chinese food), Ayutthaya (located outside of Bangkok, this ancient city was founded over 600 years ago. Amidst the remaining temple structures, you can relive its history), Chatuchak (believed to be the largest market in Thailand, the exciting market has literally thousands of stalls and tens of thousands of daily visitors), Grand Palace (constructed in the 18th century, undoubtedly it is the most popular attraction of Bangkok and a must see for anyone visiting this city) and many more.
If you want to save time and money, the most important Bangkok travel tip is to compare prices before booking a hotel room or a flight. When deciding on a base in Southeast Asia we carefully thought about where to go. Soon it became a no brainer that Chiang Mai would be the perfect fit. Considering how affordable it is to live there in tandem with the amazing dining options certainly won us offer. Moreover, the Chiang Mai offers numerous top attractions and things to do. In our latest travel guide we attempt to highlight as many of our favorite attractions in Chiang Mai as possible:
1) Chiang Mai is famous for its night markets. We suggest starting off at the Sunday Night Market which is best explored from Thapea Gate. From handicrafts to silverware and from souvenirs to silks, you'll shop until you drop. In my opinion, an even better thing to do at the market is to indulge in as much Thai street food as possible.
2) Elephant tourism runs rampant in and around Chiang Mai. Unfortunately, the well being of the elephants is rarely a consideration. Visiting the Elephant Nature Park, known as an elephant sanctuary and rehabilitation center, is somewhere you can go to interact with elephants knowing full well they are being taken care of and not exploited. A trip to the park is a memorable experience that is both incredibly fun and extremely education.
3) From the roof of our apartment building we had often had unobstructed views of Doi Suthep. It was only a matter of time before we decide to take a Songthaew up to explore it on foot. Although it is very touristy, it is still well worth a visit - especially for the views of Chiang Mai!
4) Few cuisines are more famous around the world than Thai food. While you're in Chiang Mai be sure to take a cooking class to learn how to make all of your favorite Thai dishes. An even better idea is to go to the countryside where you can have a more authentic and rural cooking experience.
5) Although I love the Sunday Night Market my favorite night market in Chiang Mai happens on Saturday. Possibly because it is only a stone throw away from where we lived in Chiang Mai, I just enjoyed wandering through the maze of people and shops to eat as much Thai street food as possible.
6) You can't visit Chiang Mai without trying its most famous Northern Thai dish - Khao Soi. Crispy and soft noodles float around in a coconut milk base with various vegetables. It's delicious and one of the cheapest meal options in the city!
7) When you have time - and a friend to go with - reserve a table at a restaurant that specializes in Khantoke sets. Served with sticky rice and a plethora of small dishes you'll get a real sense of what Northern Thai food is all about.
8) Wander around the neighborhoods outside of the city center. A big part of why Chiang Mai is so charming has to do with its various neighborhoods. Get off the beaten path and just go explore around. Here we show you our neighborhood, which is not far from Chiang Mai South Gate.

wn.com/Things To Do In Chiang Mai Thailand | Top Attractions Travel Guide

Exquisite beaches and a pulsing nightlife is why Phuket, Thailand’s largest island, is a can’t-miss destination.
This is one of Thailand’s tourism hot spots, as it’s full of resorts, spas, and gorgeous scenery mixed with modern amenities. On any given day, you can watch the sunrise from a spot on the beach. Once you’ve taken in the island’s natural beauty, put on your bargaining shoes, as there is a world of outdoor marketplaces to discover.
Your Phuket sightseeing will probably include taking in plays and concerts—ranging from popular bands to traditional Thai performances—at the local theaters. If you’re looking for something a little more physical, visit one of the island’s many theme parks, where you can ride elephants, scream your way through roller coasters, and take pictures of rare white tigers. After those thrills and chills, take some time to visit the museums and temples dotting the coastline of Phuket; some of these structures are quite ancient, and exude an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
If you’re a fan of dining out, Phuket is the perfect place to find great local restaurants. Relax in a café situated beneath palm trees, or take in an extraordinary seafood dinner at a fine restaurant. Round out your evening with a trip to a beer hall, capped with a visit to the night market to score that perfect bargain.
The sky is truly the limit in Phuket. The beaches are calling; are you ready to jump in?

When you tour Bangkok, you’re immersing yourself in a city of contrasts. From its homage to ancient cultures to the ultra-modern skyscrapers that line the downtown area, you’ll soon discover why this lively metropolis wins so many “World’s Best City” awards from various publications. Some claim, it’s the perfect mixture of food, friendly citizens, shopping, and things to do.
Step into Krung Thep, or The City of Angels, and let your adventure begin. You might be confused when you first arrive; where, exactly, are these angels? But a close look at the smiling people will soon make it obvious. You can see more of this care and attention to detail in the many temples that dot the city’s landscape, as well as their daily lives. Thai arts and crafts are indicative of this…especially their culinary art.
If you’re visiting Bangkok for the food, you’re in good company. Did you know there are 50,000+ places to eat in Bangkok alone? Whether you’re here for five-star dining or a funky little café, you’ll find all kinds of gastronomical delights when you arrive. But here’s a secret: head down to the streets instead of the restaurants. The street food is a bargain, and praised by locals and visitors alike.
If you’re not eating or relaxing, you’re probably shopping. Sightseeing in Bangkok always includes some sort of purchasing spree, whether it’s clothing, crafts, artwork, or that perfect piece of furniture for your living room.
Don’t think you have to head to bed just because the sun has gone down. The nightlife here is hopping with clubs, glowing lights, and river cruises.

Travel video about destination Bangkok in Thailand.
Bangkok is synonymous with lively chaos but Thailand's great metropolis is also a compelling experience for the senses and a fascinating city full of contrast.
We begin our sightseeing tour early in the morning about 100 kilometres southwest of the city centre at the floating market of Damnoen Saduak. Here, men and women travel on the canals by sampan amid a fertile landscape. Fruit, vegetables, flowers and all manner of goods are available and many of the boats have a kitchen in which fresh food is prepared to satisfy hearty appetites.
Back in the city we visit some of its most important sights, such as the Wat Phra Kaeo, The Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and the most important place of worship for the Thai people. Bangkok's most important landmark is also its most beautiful temple complex, a wonderful work of art comprising numerous splendid buildings.
Today, the Royal Grand Palace is used for national ceremonies and coronations. During the city's early years, it was originally built as a residence for King Rama. The magnificent residence of the former god king shines out in all the typical splendor and elegance of the Far East, a Siamese heaven on Earth!
In the 19th century, Bangkok contained several canals known as 'Klongs' and most of them have subsequently been replaced with streets but a few have survived. Traveling on the canals is a wonderful way to take in the sights and for centuries, life on the city's waterways has changed very little.
Bangkok is a typical Asian city with much exotic hustle, bustle and excitement. It is truly a city that never sleeps!

Thailand is a famous tourist destination due to its colorful landscape and nice people. The former Siam’s happy world awaits the tourists: colorful temples, monsateries, giant Buddha statues. Bangkok itself, a giant metropolis, is worth a travel, but there is a lot more the country has to offer: the forests of the Northern hills, the tribes living in the Golden Triangle, the elephant farms, the rice fields, the famous bridge on the river Kwai, the world of canals, romantic fishing villages, the monumental national park of Phang Nga, tropical islands, and the beaches shaded by palm trees bathing in the eternal sunshine.

Thailand – the former Siam – is an ideal place for tourism because of its natural beauties, climate, exotic culture and last but not least it hospitable people. Our film introduces one of the two tourist capitals, Phuket. The island is visited by millions of tourists for its sandy beaches shaded by coconut palms, sea water of 26-28 degrees, many opportunities to sport, and its nightlife. On the emerald green Andaman Sea we can travel to a malay fishing village built on pales, to the tropical island of Phi Phi and to one of the worlds most exotic national parks, Phang-Nga, which served as a background for several movies.

Chiang Mai - City Video Guide
Sitting on the Ping River about 700 km north of Bangkok, Chiang Mai is a city of contradictions. While it maintains a reverence for its history and has many local temples, a sense of commerce is very much alive here. Indeed, Chiang Mai tourism thrives. If you’re looking for the cultural center of North Thailand, but still want to be immersed in good food and shopping, put Chiang Mai on your itinerary!
Start your day with a quiet meditation at one of the hundreds of Buddhist temples in the city. For a particularly spiritual experience, ask a tuk-tuk driver to take you on the 15 km journey up Doi Suthep (Mount Suthep) to the Wat Phra That Temple, which is simply called Doi Suthep temple by most locals. This temple is a quiet retreat for the spirit, and also happens to afford spectacular views of the city from its hilltop position.
After a morning of reflection, set out to explore some of the fresh food markets that line the streets. Chiang Mai tours should always include time at the market, where you will find a wide assortment of food, some of which are likely to be brand new to your eyes and taste buds! For a truly once in a lifetime experience, sign up for a one-, two-, or three-day training course at Baanchang Elephant Park, which nurtures sick and injured elephants back to health. You will train to ride the elephants and then have a hands-on experience with the animals through Thai hillside.
While the nightlife in Chiang Mai is quiet for such a cultural hub, you can still find plenty of dining and Chiang Mai sightseeing in the evening. End your day with a stroll through the night markets; here, venders sell food, jewelry, art, and more.
What do you most look forward to doing in Chiang Mai?
