This is me cleaning a Soundcraft Sapphyre 100mm ALPS K Fader in real time. It's the film I will be remembered for when I die.
Please note that the desk and faders were in really bad shape. Uncovered and left to sit for years in a non air-tight lock-up right next to a garage. The whole desk was covered and lined with black dust I can only assume was from petrol fumes and grease. A drastic clean was needed.

Toothe brush (For cleaning out crud)
Lint free cloth (For cleaning)
Paint brush (For removing lint and debris after cleaning)
Cotton buds (For applying Deoxit F5)

A group from Cape Cod (most 70+) hiked in Austria and Switzerland with Penny Pitou. It was early September 2016. The weather was perfect. Great mountain side restaurants, spectacular scenery and the company of good friends put it in the 'Top Vacations'' category

First Mountain in the Swiss Alps of Switzerland offers the best extreme activities during the summer months ranging from mountain carting, zip line, paragliding and scooter biking which you can reach with the gondola from Grindelwald in the Jungfrau region.
Did you know the Moo Moo Farm race track from Mario Kart 64 actually exists? Due to the many cows with cowbells on the First this is as close as it gets to the actual video game race track.

Paragliding, 88km/h by zipline, mountain carting and scooter biking, the First mountain in Grindelwald offers it all.
I recommend taking the gondola from Grindelwald in the early morning to the top of the mountain on which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley than enjoy the famous cliff walk with glass floor before heading to the zipline.
The lineup at the zipline can easily grow to a 2 hour wait so I highly suggest you make that your first activity in the morning after the cliff walk.
Afterwards hop on the mountain cart located next to the zipline end-station to experience Mario Kart in real life.
The prices vary a lot per activity with paragliding at $200, zipline at $30 and mountain cart & scooter bike both at $20 each.
Whatever your budget, a day on the First is worth every penny especially when the skies are clear and the weather is warm.
If you are not on a tight budget, treat yourself to a delicious lunch at the First restaurant and enjoy its great views from the terrace. If you are on a budget, I highly recommend you pack a lunch to safe cash for the activities.
Finally, the scooter bike, these bikes go extremely fast so don't be generous on the breaks while in tight situations.
The scooter bike trails take your through gorgeous landscapes with grazing cows and little mountain cottages, ideal Instagram-selfie-opportunities here.
If time permits hike towards the lakes on the First, at the Bachsee and Hagelseewli you will be able to enjoy astonishing views.

Penny
A penny is a coin (pl. pennies) or a unit of currency (pl. pence) in various countries. Borrowed from the Carolingian denarius (whence its former abbreviation d.), it is usually the smallest denomination within a currency system. Presently, it is the formal name of the British penny (abbr. p) and the informal name of the American and Irish cents (abbr. ¢ and c, respectively). Alps
The Alps (/ælps/; Italian: Alpi [ˈalpi]; French: Alpes [alp]; German: Alpen [ˈʔalpm̩]; Slovene: Alpe [ˈáːlpɛ]) are the highest and most extensive mountain range system that lies entirely in Europe, stretching approximately 1,200 kilometres (750 mi) across eight Alpine countries: Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Slovenia, and Switzerland. The Caucasus Mountains are higher, and the Urals longer, but both lie partly in Asia. The mountains were formed over tens of millions of years as the African and Eurasian tectonic plates collided. Extreme shortening caused by the event resulted in marine sedimentary rocks rising by thrusting and folding into high mountain peaks such as Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn. Mont Blanc spans the French–Italian border, and at 4,810 m (15,781 ft) is the highest mountain in the Alps. The Alpine region area contains about a hundred peaks higher than 4,000 m (13,123 ft), known as the "four-thousanders".
The altitude and size of the range affects the climate in Europe; in the mountains precipitation levels vary greatly and climatic conditions consist of distinct zones. Wildlife such as ibex live in the higher peaks to elevations of 3,400 m (11,155 ft), and plants such as Edelweiss grow in rocky areas in lower elevations as well as in higher elevations. Evidence of human habitation in the Alps goes back to the Paleolithic era.

First Mountain in the Swiss Alps of Switzerland offers the best extreme activities during the summer months ranging from mountain carting, zip line, paragliding and scooter biking which you can reach with the gondola from Grindelwald in the Jungfrau region. Did you know the Moo Moo Farm race track from Mario Kart 64 actually exists? Due to the many cows with cowbells on the First this is as close as it gets to the actual video game race track. Photos: http://www.reformatt.com/mario-kart-first-mountain-grindelwald Paragliding, 88km/h by zipline, mountain carting and scooter biking, the First mountain in Grindelwald offers it all. I recommend taking the gondola from Grindelwald in the early morning to the top of the mountain on which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley than enjoy the famous cliff walk with glass floor before heading to the zipline. The lineup at the zipline can easily grow to a 2 hour wait so I highly suggest you make that your first activity in the morning after the cliff walk. Afterwards hop on the mountain cart located next to the zipline end-station to experience Mario Kart in real life. The prices vary a lot per activity with paragliding at $200, zipline at $30 and mountain cart & scooter bike both at $20 each. Whatever your budget, a day on the First is worth every penny especially when the skies are clear and the weather is warm. If you are not on a tight budget, treat yourself to a delicious lunch at the First restaurant and enjoy its great views from the terrace. If you are on a budget, I highly recommend you pack a lunch to safe cash for the activities. Finally, the scooter bike, these bikes go extremely fast so don't be generous on the breaks while in tight situations. The scooter bike trails take your through gorgeous landscapes with grazing cows and little mountain cottages, ideal Instagram-selfie-opportunities here. If time permits hike towards the lakes on the First, at the Bachsee and Hagelseewli you will be able to enjoy astonishing views. Support my channel and become a subscriber! Cleaning Faders - ALPS K-Series 100mm Carbon Fader (Video 1/2)
This is me cleaning a Soundcraft Sapphyre 100mm ALPS K Fader in real time. It's the film I will be remembered for when I die. Please note that the desk and faders were in really bad shape. Uncovered and left to sit for years in a non air-tight lock-up right next to a garage. The whole desk was covered and lined with black dust I can only assume was from petrol fumes and grease. A drastic clean was needed. Tools needed. Pliers (For opening case) Steel knife (For closing case) Tweezers (For picking out crud) Toothe brush (For cleaning out crud) Lint free cloth (For cleaning) Paint brush (For removing lint and debris after cleaning) Cotton buds (For applying Deoxit F5) Caig Deoxit F5 Glass (For holding Deoxit F5)

- What do your tattoos mean? My star was just because I thought it looked good. My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica. New tattoos - mountains on my arm & VV on my wrist because I didn't know what I wanted until 5 mins before I got them!

First Mountain in the Swiss Alps of Switzerland offers the best extreme activities during the summer months ranging from mountain carting, zip line, paragliding and scooter biking which you can reach with the gondola from Grindelwald in the Jungfrau region.
Did you know the Moo Moo Farm race track from Mario Kart 64 actually exists? Due to the many cows with cowbells on the First this is as close as it gets to the actual video game race track.

Paragliding, 88km/h by zipline, mountain carting and scooter biking, the First mountain in Grindelwald offers it all.
I recommend taking the gondola from Grindelwald in the early morning to the top of the mountain on which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley than enjoy the famous cliff walk with glass floor before heading to the zipline.
The lineup at the zipline can easily grow to a 2 hour wait so I highly suggest you make that your first activity in the morning after the cliff walk.
Afterwards hop on the mountain cart located next to the zipline end-station to experience Mario Kart in real life.
The prices vary a lot per activity with paragliding at $200, zipline at $30 and mountain cart & scooter bike both at $20 each.
Whatever your budget, a day on the First is worth every penny especially when the skies are clear and the weather is warm.
If you are not on a tight budget, treat yourself to a delicious lunch at the First restaurant and enjoy its great views from the terrace. If you are on a budget, I highly recommend you pack a lunch to safe cash for the activities.
Finally, the scooter bike, these bikes go extremely fast so don't be generous on the breaks while in tight situations.
The scooter bike trails take your through gorgeous landscapes with grazing cows and little mountain cottages, ideal Instagram-selfie-opportunities here.
If time permits hike towards the lakes on the First, at the Bachsee and Hagelseewli you will be able to enjoy astonishing views.
