Fears of a looming bankruptcy in Ukraine have caused panic and fear among investors. Investors are now hurriedly selling off government bonds pushing their value to record lows this week. The country's foreign reserve's has also decreased by half over the last year to less than 10 billion dollars. Ukraine’s currency, Hryvna has also devalued by over 100 percent since last year. And many believe more trouble is still ahead. The former Soviet Republic has so far received 4.6 billion dollars under the 17 billion IMF bailout program which was approved in May. Now, experts say Kiev needs an additional 15 billion dollars as the GDP decline is expected to be twice bigger than the IMF team assumed in spring. People on Kiev streets are angry over government’s economic plans and austerity policies. Experts believe The Reanimation Package of Reforms is one of the biggest platforms to resuscitate civic and economic activities. But many are skeptical about the ability of Ukrainian leaders to steer the economy out of the current crisis. Experts say up to 15 billion dollars from the Ukrainian budget were evaded through tax holes last year. Kiev is also set to pay 10 billion dollars for its internal and external debts in 2015. The amount is equal to 30 percent of Ukraine's budget. While Ukraine is asking for more and more money, its western creditors are questioning a push in the country's snail-like reforms. But for now the government has been only promising landslide reforms without taking any concrete action. Now, with all of the debate about welfare versus taxes, a new report from the OECD may help put things into perspective. Latest data shows that Korea′s spending on welfare, relative to its GDP, is at the bottom of the countries surveyed. Song Ji-sun has this report. Korea′s welfare spending is the lowest in the OECD. The country ranks dead last at 28th out of the 28 OECD countries surveyed last year. The index presents welfare spending as a percentage of GDP, taking into account spending on taxes, pensions and health and social insurance. Korea′s welfare spending was just over 10-percent of GDP in 2014,... less than half of the OECD average. That′s just a third of the spending of European countries that topped the list Six OECD member countries without 2014 data were excluded from the analysis. Separate data from 2013 shows that the tax burden on Koreans was 24-percent of GDP,... which is also well below the OECD average and just around half that of major European countries. Korea′s social welfare spending has hovered at the bottom of the OECD for the past two decades. The reports indicate that Koreans are paying less for social welfare, and are thus receiving fewer welfare benefits than the countries surveyed. Economists say that Koreans need to pay more taxes to ensure they have a strong social safety net, especially with the combination of slowing growth, a low birth rate and a rapidly aging population that is sure to lean on the welfare system as they grow older. Song Ji-sun, Arirang News.

Our Ukraine Cruise is a real gem. This once hidden and unknown country is now open to tourists. History dates back over 1000 years and you can see wonderful landmarks in the capital city of Kiev. The Dnieper River offers you an up close and personal view of the culture and people that call the Ukaine home. Read more Information about our Ukraine River Cruise: http://www.rivercruises.net/europe/ukraine/ Welcome to Ukraine, one of Europe's last hidden treasures. Long in the shadow of the Soviet Empire, this lovely country, rich in history, culture and natural beauty, regained its independence in 1991 and opened its doors to the world. From gorgeous Odessa, the gateway to the Black Sea, to Yalta and its world-class beaches, to Zaporozhye, the home of the fearless Cossack warriors, and to cosmopolitan Kiev, with its wide, tree-lined boulevards and a thousand-year-old history, Ukraine is a true treasure chest of natural and man-made attractions waiting to be explored. We are pleased to introduce to you this new and exciting travel destination in the hopes that we may one day share in the pleasure of your company as you discover Ukraine with us. One of the best ways to explore this diverse country is by cruising the magnificent Dnieper River. At 1,420 miles in length, it is the third longest river in Europe, after the Volga and the Danube. The benefits of a river cruise are many. No packing and unpacking, as our floating hotel will take you from one exciting destination to the next. All your meals are included, as are most of your shore excursions. Our on-board staff of guides, cruise directors, and talented entertainers will delight you with their lectures, music, and hospitality. Sit back and enjoy an unforgettable journey from Odessa to Kiev, and all of the unique Ukrainian stops in between. As either a starting or ending point for our cruises, Odessa is sure to delight you. A mild climate and a youthful, vibrant population have drawn the rich and the famous to this Black Sea port for centuries. Its most famous citizen, the French Duke De Richelieu, transformed the city into a thriving center of commerce and culture. Its Opera House, and the Potemkin Stairs, are world-renowned, while its tree-lined promenades and classical buildings painted in pastel hues invoke another era. Life on board our floating hotel will be as exciting as the ports you will be visiting. Our first stop, Sevastopol, is home to the Russian Navy's feared Black Sea Fleet. Closed to foreign visitors until the early 1990s, Sevastopol today is a city of clean and orderly boulevards, neo-classical Russian buildings, and the unique Panorama Museum. As our ship sails from Sevastopol to Yalta, the optional bus excursion across the Crimean peninsula will take you to see the unique cliff-side fortress of Swallow's Nest. The historic Livadia Palace, the location where Roosevelt, Stalin, and Churchill decided the fate of post-war Europe, will be equally impressive. Stunningly situated between the Crimean mountains and the Black Sea, Yalta has been a major destination for poets, politicians, artists, writers, and the Russian Czar's family. Kherson is the gateway to the Dnieper delta. Here, you will board smaller boats that will take you to an authentic Ukrainian fishing village. A local family will host an al fresco lunch, accompanied with some improvised entertainment. Zaporozhye, a name that conjures up images of fierce, pony-tailed warriors, is also the home of the first independence movements of Ukraine. Here you will enjoy a tour of the city, and a visit to the unique Zaporozhye Cossack museum. The optional Cossack show will feature their horsemanship, weapon skills, and music. Home to Ukraine's favorite son, Taras Shevchenko, Kanev is both his birthplace and burial ground. After a tour of his museum, you will enjoy a special shashlik barbecue. There will be wine, entertainment, and a selection of songs performed by our enthusiastic flower girls. Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, is also recognized as the birthplace of Kievan Rus, or Russia. It came to be in 988, when Prince Vladmir the Great baptized the whole country and introduced Christianity to this part of the world. Today, it's a city of wide boulevards, giant chestnut trees, and a smiling and youthful population. The people are friendly, the city is beautiful. We hope you have enjoyed our short intro to Ukraine. we also hope we will have the pleasure of your company in the nearest future, as we sail along the beautiful Black Sea and the romantic Dnieper River. Yahoo Daily News 2015-04-11Ukraine (i/juːˈkreɪn/ yew-KRAYN; Ukrainian: Україна, transliterated: Ukrayina, [ukrɑˈjinɑ]; Russian: Украина; Crimean Tatar: Ukraina) is a country in Central and Eastern Europe. Ukraine borders the Russian Federation to the east and northeast, Belarus to the northwest, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary to the west, Romania and Moldova to the southwest, and the Black Sea and Sea of Azov to the south and southeast, respectively. It has an area of 603,628 km², making it the second largest contiguous country on the European continent, after the Russian Federation.
According to a popular and well established theory, the medieval state of Kievan Rus was established by the Varangians in the 9th century as the first historically recorded East Slavic state which emerged as a powerful nation in the Middle Ages until it disintegrated in the 12th century. By the middle of the 14th century, Ukrainian territories were under the rule of three external powers—the Golden Horde, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and the Kingdom of Poland. After the Great Northern War (1700–1721) Ukraine was divided between a number of regional powers and, by the 19th century, the largest part of Ukraine was integrated into the Russian Empire with the rest under Austro-Hungarian control. A chaotic period of incessant warfare ensued, with several internationally recognized attempts at independence from 1917 to 1921, following World War I and the Russian Civil War. Ukraine emerged from its own civil war, and on December 30, 1922 Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic became one of the founding republics of the Soviet Union. The Ukrainian SSR's territory was enlarged westward during the civil war shortly before, and after World War II, and further south in 1954 with the Crimea transfer. In 1945, the Ukrainian SSR became one of the founding members of the United Nations.
Murder killing lusty willing
Stealing raping family breaking
Fist faces mashing nasty bashing
Lying faking violent taking
Sin - more than actions, more than thoughts
Sin - more than feelings, more than words
Sin is what I am - my nature
Still I stand before my God
Holy, righteous and just
Hope He sees me through the blood
For I am ashes and dust
I am a man, fallen and filthy
Completely spoiled, selfish and greedy
The Son of Man, innocent and holy
Shed His blood and paid the penalty
Still I stand before my God
Holy, righteous and just
Hope He sees me through the blood
For I am ashes and dust
I am a part of holy priesthood
Completely forgiven by His Blood
I live no longer, Christ lives in me
In His name saint I can be
Still I stand before my God
Holy, righteous and just
Hope He sees me through the Blood
