Chris Dorsey asks members of the Richmond Electoral Board about on going voting irregularities in precinct 606. During the last election precincts 410, 606, 705, 908, and 910 were missing 8 days after the election. This year 606 is having similar issues. All Elections officials have been questioned about this issue they are fully aware and covering up violations of election law. Electoral Board President Cecelia Dabney goes psycho when shown this information. If this were not a serious issue it would be hilarious! Here is the invitation to the meeting in the video.Please be advised that the City of Richmond Electoral Board's canvass has revealed an uncertainty in the number of votes cast on paper ballots for candidates in precinct 606. As such, it has requested authorization from the State Board of Elections to open the #3 Counted Paper Ballot envelope to verify the results reported on the Statement of Results. The meeting to examine the counted paper ballots is set for today, Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 6 PM in room 105 of City Hall, 900 East Broad Street.

UPDATE: In the weeks since I have made this video, the evidence of electoral fraud has gone from anecdotal to irrefutable. The Iranian government itself has acknowledged that in 50 areas, more votes were counted than there are eligible voters. The government has acknowledged that 3 million ballots were stuffed, and lots of evidence indicates that it was in fact much more. The commenters saying otherwise in this video either don't have a handle on the situation or believe in broad conspiracies encompassing the entire western world.
UPDATE: Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, has declared the vote legitimate.
In which John discusses the Iranian presidential election. Incumbent President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was reelected by a landslide over (quasi-) reformist Mir Hussein Moussavi, but I argue that there are at least five reasons to doubt the results.

UPDATE: There seems to be significant violence going on at universities around the country, as well as hundreds of arrests and reports of tear gas in the dorms.

This is an insiders view of how the Canadian RoboCall Voter Suppression Scandal was engineered and now threatens democratic integrity in Canada.

Police are investigating allegations of voter fraud in the Scottish referendum in Glasgow, election officials have confirmed.
Colin Edgar from Glasgow City Council told Sky's Kay Burley police were called in after evidence emerged of 10 possible incidents of electoral fraud in the city.
The allegations appear to centre on attempts at personation at some polling stations.
Mr Edgar said: "We've had a number of suggestions over the course of the day that people have turned up at the polling station to vote and they appear to have voted already.
"This is called personation if it turns out to be what it actually is.
"So what's happening tonight is we know which boxes those votes went into and we know the numbers on the votes, so the police have asked us to identify those votes, to take them away, keep them for evidence and hand them to them."
Mr Edgar said presiding officers had alerted officials to incidents of possible electoral fraud.
"Somebody turned up to vote, they gave their name, the presiding officer went to cross off their name on their list of voters to give them a ballot paper and found that their name had already been crossed off and a ballot paper already issued to somebody who apparently had the same name."

Stephen Joseph Harper, PC MP (born April 30, 1959) is the 22nd and current Prime Minister of Canada and leader of the Conservative Party. Harper became prime minister when his party formed a minority government after the 2006 federal election. He is the first prime minister from the newly reconstituted Conservative Party, following a merger of the Progressive Conservative and Canadian Alliance parties.
Harper has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for the riding of Calgary Southwest in Alberta since 2002. Earlier, from 1993 to 1997, he was the MP for Calgary West. He was one of the founding members of the Reform Party, but did not seek re-election, and instead joined, and shortly thereafter led, the National Citizens Coalition. In 2002, he succeeded Stockwell Day as leader of the Canadian Alliance (the successor to the Reform Party) and returned to parliament as Leader of the Opposition. In 2003, he reached an agreement with Progressive Conservative leader Peter MacKay for the merger of their two parties to form the Conservative Party of Canada. He was elected as the party's first non-interim leader in March 2004.

Mousavi himself is apparently not under house arrest, although he is "being closely monitored by police," which sure SEEMS like house arrest. UPDATE: There seems to be significant violence going on at universities around the country, as well as hundreds of arrests and reports of tear gas in the dorms.

UPDATE: There seems to be significant violence going on at universities around the country, as well as hundreds of arrests and reports of tear gas in the dorms.

Police are investigating allegations of voter fraud in the Scottish referendum in Glasgow, election officials have confirmed.
Colin Edgar from Glasgow City Council told Sky's Kay Burley police were called in after evidence emerged of 10 possible incidents of electoral fraud in the city.
The allegations appear to centre on attempts at personation at some polling stations.
Mr Edgar said: "We've had a number of suggestions over the course of the day that people have turned up at the polling station to vote and they appear to have voted already.
"This is called personation if it turns out to be what it actually is.
"So what's happening tonight is we know which boxes those votes went into and we know the numbers on the votes, so the police have asked us to identify those votes, to take them away, keep them for evidence and hand them to them."
Mr Edgar said presiding officers had alerted officials to incidents of possible electoral fraud.
"Somebody turned up to vote, they gave their name, the presiding officer went to cross off their name on their list of voters to give them a ballot paper and found that their name had already been crossed off and a ballot paper already issued to somebody who apparently had the same name."

For instance, Brennan Center attorneys Michael Waldman and Justin Levitt claimed last year: "A person casting two votes risks jail time and a fine for minimal gain. Proven voter fraud, statistically, happens about as often as death by lightning strike."
Well, lightning is suddenly all over Cincinnati, Ohio. The Hamilton County Board of Elections is investigating 19 possible cases of alleged voter fraud that occurred when Ohio was a focal point of the 2012 presidential election. A total of 19 voters and nine witnesses are part of the probe.
Democrat Melowese Richardson has been an official poll worker for the last quarter century and registered thousands of people to vote last year. She candidly admitted to Cincinnati's Channel 9 this week that she voted twice in the last election.
This is how Channel 9′s website summarized the case:
According to county documents, Richardson's absentee ballot was accepted on Nov. 1, 2012 along with her signature. On Nov. 11, she told an official she also voted at a precinct because she was afraid her absentee ballot would not be counted in time.
"There's absolutely no intent on my part to commit voter fraud," said Richardson. . . .
The board's documents also state that Richardson was allegedly disruptive and hid things from other poll workers on Election Day after another female worker reported she was intimidated by Richardson. . . .
During the investigation it was also discovered that her granddaughter, India Richardson, who was a first time voter in the 2012 election, cast two ballots in November.
Richardson insists she has done nothing wrong and promises to contest the charges: "I'll fight it for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama's right to sit as president of the United States." But, of course, as you know there is no voter fraud. Pay no attention to that lightning coming out of Ohio.

Although technically the term 'electoral fraud' covers only those acts which are illegal, the term is sometimes used to describe acts which are legal but nevertheless considered morally unacceptable, outside the spirit of electoral laws, or in violation of the principles of democracy. Show elections, in which only one candidate can win, are sometimes considered to be electoral fraud, although they may comply with the law.

The gubernatorial election in Ekiti State, Nigeria, took place on the 21st June, 2014. The two main contenders were Ayo Fayose and Kayode Fayemi from the PDP and APC respectively. Below is a transcript of a recording that took place on the night before the election.

All those present are upset by the failings of the military to execute their plan of intimidation and electoral fraud in line with what was agreed/ordered by the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria and Chief of Army Staff of the Federation. All those present are expressing their disapproval of the job done to date to the to the Brg General in charge of the operations.

* Senator Musiliu Obanikoro - Ex Minister of state for Defence

* Honourable AbdulKareem - Honourable member of the National Assembly
* Caleb Olubolade - Minister of Police Affairs
During the conversation strategies/plans to intimidate voters and perform electoral fraud were discussed in detail. The key points are as follows:

* The creation of a list of APC members to arrest
* The use of stickers to be used to identify persons not to be harassed and detained by the army
* Deployment of "Special Team" including a "Strike Force"

* A gubernatorial candidate admitting to electoral fraud by copying voting material provided by the INEC
