Thank you Super Bowl 50 for the following:
1. Reminding the city how terrible the Niners were this year.
2. Jacking up AirBNB prices, and
3. Making weekday lunch lines super short!

Contrary to the massive lines that typically snake out of Eatsa, I literally watlzed my way in today at 12:30PM and straight to a touchpad menu. The ordering process was seamless, and retrieving my order from the high tech cubbies was pretty cool, despite all the snarky comments I've made since they opened. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Contrary to the massive lines that typically snake out of Eatsa, I literally watlzed my way in today at 12:30PM and straight to a touchpad menu. The ordering process was seamless, and retrieving my order from the high tech cubbies was pretty cool, despite all the snarky comments I've made since they opened. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Despite the novelty of resurrecting the 1970s automats, I'd say the food was overall pretty straightforward, clean, and healthy for their one low price point of $7. Yes, there's no meat, but they consciously advertise the protein content per bowl. If that's not good enough, take the money you save and buy a Slim Jim.

My family purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Eric July of 2014. I should have written this review before now but babies got in the way. ;) At the time, I didn't think the jeep was necessary. I was fine driving my honda and we had just brought a new baby into the family. My husband worked extensively with Eric and I am sure we got the best deal possible. I was fine driving my honda and we had just brought a new baby into the family. My husband worked extensively with Eric and I am sure we got the best deal possible. It was a beautiful car and the customer service was great. Last week, we got in a car accident on 101 and the jeep was totaled. I was driving the car with my toddler in the back and my first thought when we got out was "I AM SO THANKFUL WE HAD SUCH A SAFE VEHICLE". It was a horrible wreck and my son and I walked away without a scratch because of the jeep. I've never been so thankful for a car in my whole life. I don't even want to know what would have happened had we been in my older honda civic.

We are currently in the market for a new car (obviously) and the other day, a year and a half later, my husband walked back into CJDR. Eric remembered us immediately and instead of asking first if we were in the market for a new vehicle, he thought to ask how our family was doing. It's that kind of customer service that sets them a part. I'm not sure on the next car we will choose but we have very fond memories of CJDR and of Eric, in particular. They seem to truly care about the individual and it's not all about making sales.
