Tony Law (born 20 September 1969) is a Canadian stand-up comedian. Originally from Lacombe, Alberta, he has been based in London, United Kingdom since the age of 18. He lives in Islington with his family.
He is known for his highly surreal material and delivery, and eclectic historical style of dress, favouring boots with turned-up jeans and a Viking/explorer style of hair. Many of his stand-up routines are ad-lib and built around various subjects that he has thought of, but not planned a routine about. His routines are often built around fictional and surreal situations.
Law was born on 20 September 1969 in Lacombe, Alberta, Canada. He described his younger self as a "dickhead".
A lot of Law's material features tales of his time-travelling exploits in the company of his sausage dog, Cartridge Davison. Cartridge is the eponymous "Dog Of Time" from his Edinburgh show of the same name, and has appeared with Law on ITV's Comedy Cuts TV show.
In 2002 he was a regular panellist on the Channel 4 comedy quiz show Does Doug Know?. He also appeared in a series of television adverts for Gala Bingo and has had TV exposure on Edinburgh & Beyond and Comedy Cuts.

Leicester Square i/ˈlɛstər/ is a pedestrianised square in the West End of London, England. It was laid out in 1670 and is named after the contemporary Leicester House, itself named after Robert Sidney, 2nd Earl of Leicester.
The square was originally a gentrified residential area, with notable tenants including Frederick, Prince of Wales and artists William Hogarth and Joshua Reynolds. It became more down-market in the late 18th century as Leicester House was demolished and retail developments took place, becoming a centre for entertainment. Several major theatres were established in the 19th century, which were converted to cinemas towards the middle of the next. Leicester Square holds a number of nationally important cinemas such as the Odeon Leicester Square, Empire, Leicester Square and Odeon West End, which are frequently used for film premières, The nearby Prince Charles Cinema is popular for showing cult films and marathon film runs. The square remains a popular tourist attraction, including hosting events for the Chinese New Year.
Yale Law School (often referred to as Yale Law or YLS) is the law school of Yale University, located in New Haven, Connecticut, United States. The school's small size and prestige make its admissions process the most selective of any law school in the United States. Established in 1824, Yale Law offers the J.D., LL.M., J.S.D., M.S.L., and Ph.D. degrees in law. Yale Law has been ranked the number one law school in the country by U.S. News and World Report every year since the magazine began publishing law school rankings.
Yale Law has produced a large number of luminaries in law and politics, including United States Presidents Gerald Ford and Bill Clinton. The law school's Lillian Goldman Law Library has been memorialized as the meeting place of Bill Clinton and fellow student Hillary Clinton, the 67th Secretary of State and announced candidate for President of the United States. Former President William Howard Taft was a professor of constitutional law at Yale Law School from 1913 until he resigned to become Chief Justice of the United States in 1921. Alumni also include current United States Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Sonia Sotomayor, as well as a number of former Justices, including Abe Fortas, Potter Stewart and Byron White; several heads of state around the world, including Karl Carstens, the fifth President of Germany, and Jose P. Laurel, the president of the Republic of the Philippines; four current U.S. Senators, and the current deans of six of the top fourteen-ranked law schools in the United States: Yale, Harvard, Chicago, Virginia, Cornell, and Georgetown.

Tony. at The Tiger Truck Stop, is being harassed by animal activists. We ask the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to follow the law as passed by the legislature in 2006, allowing zoos to be exempt from the Big Cat Act. Tiger Truck Stop is a Federally licensed zoo, and as such, should be exempt, as the legislature required. Rules and Regulations enacted by the LDWF, however, too narrowly define the meaning of zoo, and they are trying to make it even more stringent. Watch our short film, and understand our case!
Family Law is an American television drama starring Kathleen Quinlan as divorced lawyer Lynn Holt, who attempted to start her own law firm after her husband left both her and their law practice, taking all of their clients with him. The series aired on CBS from 1999 to 2002 and was created by Paul Haggis.[1][2] The show also starred Christopher McDonald as opportunistic, ambulance-chasing attorney Rex Weller, Julie Warner as Lynn's friend Danni (and the one member of her former firm's staff who did not defect with Lynn's ex-husband), and Dixie Carter as "pit bull" divorce attorney Randi King. Later cast additions included Tony Danza, Cristián de la Fuente, Salli Richardson and Meredith Eaton as Emily Resnick, an ambitious attorney hoping to make partner. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair spoke to the Yale Law School community and invited guests about faith, globalization, security, and constitutional reform in Great Britain, among other topics, on December 2, 2011. tonylawexhausts.co.uk Richard finds a bona fide cool kid in the audience and inexpertly attempts to mock him (you’d think he’d be better at comedy after all these years, but no), before introducing a force of nature and veritable river of consciousness, Tony Law, in his new mutton-chopped, ice-cream eating, alcohol-shunning, heavenly body impersonating incarnation. It’s like his brain is a radio and someone is constantly swivelling the dial so that one moment you’re on history, then fantasy, then insanity and then pinpoint sane philosophy. It’s a discombobulating journey to go on, especially if, like Richard, you’re getting a bit tired, but Herring gamely attempts (and largely fails) to get some questions in. Tony Law (@mrTonyLaw) is professional stand up comedian who recently got clean from drink and other demons. In this candid interview he talks about trying to get back in with promoters who were annoyed by his antics, attempting to build a touring audience for his shows and becoming mentally healthy for the first time in years. I got him on the podcast to talk about - -How he went from getting one audience member to selling out his Fringe runs. -How he got sober and then hated his material and had to start over. -How did you regain the trust of promoters after getting sober? -How his family impacted his career. AND MORE! ****TRIGGER WARNING**** This podcast contains and talks about the subjects of alcohol and substance abuse as well as mental health in general. This podcast would be ...

Oh, you poor, broke, mixed up mess of a heart
You let a little bitty man go and tear you all apart
I warned you a thousand times
You wouldn't listen, paid me no mind
You poor, broke, mixed up mess of a heart
I watched him buy his ticket in Charlotte, North Carolina
I heard him say, "One way, please to Denver"
He's goin' to meet that other girl
Won't do us no good to cry
'Cause she's wearin' his ring on her finger
Oh, you poor, broke, mixed up mess of a heart
You let a little bitty man go and tear you all apart
I warned you a thousand times
You wouldn't listen, paid me no mind
You poor, broke, mixed up mess of a heart
I watched him tip the porter
As he stepped aboard that midnight train
Bound to take him far away forever
I watched the tail light fade away
Knowin' he was gone to stay
I just wish this broken heart was with him
Oh, you poor, broke, mixed up mess of a heart
You let a little bitty man go and tear you all apart
I warned you a thousand times
You wouldn't listen, paid me no mind
You poor, broke, mixed up mess of a heart
Oh, you poor, broke, mixed up mess of a heart
You let a little bitty man go and tear you all apart
I warned you a thousand times
You wouldn't listen, paid me no mind
