Brazil’s innovative capital, Brasília, was designed from scratch on a plateau in the heart of the country. From above the city center looks like a bird in flight with the spacious Praça dos Três Poderes and the Modernist-style Planalto Palace at its heart, The Monumental Axis forms the body and it’s flanked by an impressive collection of cutting-edge architecture. Good observers will notice the striking contrast between the TV Tower and the National Congress, the National Museum and the Metropolitan Cathedral.
Former president Kubitschek completed the capital in just 5 years, starting in 1956. Its rapid, well-orchestrated development gave Brasília its status as a protected World Heritage site. The prolific Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer was commissioned by Kubitschek to fulfill this dream and the result is truly magnificent.
His inspiration seems to flow out of the Ministry of Justice, past the National Museum, and right through the Itamaraty Palace. It fills the atrium of the National Theater and ignites the flame in the Pantheon of the Fatherland and Freedom.
While in Brazil, don’t miss the chance to see this unique city for yourself. Visit Brasília and pay homage to Niemeyer’s legacy to the world!

The island of Santorini has a pretty explosive past. It’s perched over the remains of a much larger land mass that sank almost 4,000 years ago when a volcano blew its top, leaving the blue caldera and steep cliffs behind.
It is these cliffs and the flooded caldera that have become Santorini’s iconic calling card, and the first stop on your Santorini tour. Here’s your first bit of trivia: The whitewashed homes that appear on so many postcards and photographs are larger than they appear on the outside. They’re partially built into existing cliffside caves, and feature some of the most distinctive Mediterranean architecture you’ll ever see.
Santorini sightseeing will no doubt bring you up the stairs and pathways to the blue-domed churches that stand guard over the island. From there, you can take in the exquisite view of the caldera and harbor below. If you get a little weary of the spectacular sights, don’t worry; there’s plenty of things to do besides wander the various clifftop towns. If you head down to water level, you can soak in the warm surf, explore Santorini’s many beaches, go for a drive along winding roads, or go on a fishing expedition from one of the harbors.
At the end of the day, gather with the residents and visitors atop the cliff towns and watch the sun drop into the ocean. You’ll never see a view quite like it.

Kyoto City Video Guide - Travel Japan 2015
Kyoto lies in Western Honshu, Japan’s main island. The imperial capital for over 1,000 years, Kyoto is widely considered Japan’s most beautiful city.
Emerging from ultra-modern Kyoto Station, the city’s busy downtown area can come as a shock. Yet old Kyoto is never far away.
Just to the east is Gion, where you’ll catch glimpses of the geisha, the very embodiment of old Kyoto. Further east, amid narrow alleyways like Ishibe Koji, you’ll find traditional Kyoto-style houses and some of the city’s finest Ryokan.
Just a rickshaw ride away, are the traffic-free streets of Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka, where teahouses line the routes to nearby hilltop temples.
Kyoto is known as “the city of 10,000 shrines”. There are places of spacious austerity, such as the Heian Shrine, and intimate places, such as the Shorenin Temple. There are temples dominated by stone, such as the Kiyomizadera, and others, such as Tofukuji, which are crafted from ancient timbers.
Kodai Temple features a raked gravel garden, which represents the infinite ocean, while Nanzenji, sits within the shade of a 19th- century aqueduct. Nothing quite compares to Fushimi Inari-taisha, which spans an entire mountainside and features a path lined with 10,000 tori gates.
You’ll find old Kyoto in the palace grounds of Nijo Castle, and in the fleeting cherry blossom season. It resides in the ethereal light of the Bamboo Forest of Arashiyama and in the Zen-like calm of the city’s monkeys. And it can certainly be found as evening falls and the city lights up like a living lantern.

JAPAN KYTO WORLD TRAVEL GUIDE JAPAN KYTO Discovery Tourism Vacation full documentary
Tokyo is the capital of Japan and is the second largest city proper in the OECD. The Greater Tokyo Area is the most populous metropolitan area in the world. It is the seat of the Emperor of Japan and the Japanese government. Tokyo is in the Kantō region on the southeastern side of the main island Honshu and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands. Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture and the city of Tokyo.
Tokyo is often referred to and thought of as a city, but is officially known and governed as a "metropolitan prefecture", which differs from and combines elements of both a city and a prefecture; a characteristic unique to Tokyo. The Tokyo metropolitan government administers the 23 Special Wards of Tokyo (each governed as an individual city), which cover the area that was formerly the City of Tokyo before it merged and became the subsequent metropolitan prefecture in 1943. The metropolitan government also administers 39 municipalities in the western part of the prefecture and the two outlying island chains. The population of the special wards is over 9 million people, with the total population of the prefecture exceeding 13 million. The prefecture is part of the world's most populous metropolitan area with upwards of 37.8 million people and the world's largest urban agglomeration economy. The city hosts 51 of the Fortune Global 500 companies, the highest number of any city. The city is also home to various television networks like Fuji TV and the Tokyo Broadcasting System.
The city is considered an alpha+ world city—as listed by the GaWC's 2008 inventory—and in 2014, Tokyo was ranked first in the "Best overall experience" category of TripAdvisor's World City Survey (the city also ranked first in the following categories: "Helpfulness of locals", "Nightlife", "Shopping", "Local public transportation" and "Cleanliness of streets"). In 2013, Tokyo was named the third most expensive city for expatriates, according to the Mercer consulting firm, and the world's most expensive city, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit's cost-of-living survey. In 2009 Tokyo was named the third Most Liveable City by the magazine Monocle. The Michelin Guide has awarded Tokyo by far the most Michelin stars of any city in the world.

Tokyo (東京 Tōkyō?, "Eastern Capital") (Japanese: [toːkʲoː] ( listen), English /ˈtoʊki.oʊ/), officially Tokyo Metropolis (東京都 Tōkyō-to?),[5] is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan.[6]
Tokyo is the capital of Japan, the center of the Greater Tokyo Area, and the most populous metropolitan area in the world.[7] It is the seat of the Emperor of Japan and the Japanese government. Tokyo is in the Kantō region on the southeastern side of the main island Honshu and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands.[8] Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture (東京府 Tōkyō-fu?) and the city of Tokyo (東京市 Tōkyō-shi?).
The city hosts 51 of the Fortune Global 500 companies, the highest number of any city.[9] The city is also home to various television networks like Fuji TV and the Tokyo Broadcasting System.
The city is considered an alpha+ world city—as listed by the GaWC's 2008 inventory[10]—and in 2014, Tokyo was ranked first in the "Best overall experience" category of TripAdvisor's World City Survey (the city also ranked first in the following categories: "Helpfulness of locals", "Nightlife", "Shopping", "Local public transportation" and "Cleanliness of streets").[11] In 2013, Tokyo was named the third most expensive city for expatriates, according to the Mercer consulting firm,[12] and the world's most expensive city, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit's cost-of-living survey.[13] In 2009 Tokyo was named the third Most Liveable City by the magazine Monocle.[14] The Michelin Guide has awarded Tokyo by far the most Michelin stars of any city in the world. visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo for more.

Kyoto guide
English speaking sightseeing driver
I had worked at taxi companies such as Yasaka taxi
for 12years as a sightseeing taxi driver.
I have opened a private sightseeing taxi company at this time.
When I worked as a taxi driver in taxi companies,
I accompanied not only Japanese tourists
but also many tourists from foreign countries.
I was also a guide to foreign VIP guests and a movie director
who was nominated at the Tokyo film festival.
Kimi taxi provides you a nice and smooth Kyoto trip by luxury minivan TOYOTA alphard. I would offer you a “concierge taxi”. Please let us know what you want to do during the trip when you make a reservation by e-mail or call. Of course you could tell me on the day, but there is a lot to see and do in and around Kyoto, so I recommend that you start thinking about what sorts of things you would like to experience over the trip. For example, view and place you want to go,
food you want to eat or shopping.
