Montezuma's Cave was found by William Fredrick Crisp, AKA "Freddy Chrystal" in the 1920's in Kanab, Utah. Freddy had found a map that supposedly led to the lost Montezuma treasure. No treasure was ever found in the cave, but other clues lead people to believe that the treasure is still buried near by.

Utah (/ˈjuːtɔː/ or 
i/ˈjuːtɑː/) (Arapaho: Wo'tééneihí' ) is a state in the Western United States. It became the 45th state admitted to the Union on January 4, 1896. Utah is the 13th-most extensive, the 34th-most populous, and the 10th-least-densely populated of the 50 United States. Approximately 80% of Utah's 2,817,222 people live along the Wasatch Front, centering on Salt Lake City. This leaves vast expanses of the state nearly uninhabited, making the population the sixth most urbanized in the U.S. The name "Utah" is derived from the name of the Ute tribe and means "people of the mountains" in the Ute language. Utah is bordered by Arizona on the south, Colorado on the east, Wyoming on the northeast, Idaho on the north and Nevada on the west. It also touches a corner of New Mexico.
Utah is the most religiously homogeneous state in the Union. It is home to the Salt Lake Temple, and approximately 60% of Utahns are reported to be members of LDS Church which greatly influences Utah culture and daily life.

Westerns at Johnson Canyon Movie Set - Kanab, Utah
Welcome to the finest historical movie set still standing in the West. This once-famous outdoor set, now fairly dilapidated, was featured on 20 episodes of Gunsmoke. Twelve buildings remain that include the Longbranch Saloon, Doc's office, the livery stable and blacksmith shop. Other westerns filmed here include Have Gun Will Travel, Death Valley Days and Wagon Train. The set was closed for 18 years (as when this video was shot) but is now being restored. The set is open to the public year round for guided tours that highlight the movies and stars that roamed and still roam the set.

It is the capital of the U.S. state of Utah.Four mighty walls surround the 4 hectare area in the middle of the old town, the centre of the Mormon Church, Temple Square. It is decorated with flowers and contains the most important sacred buildings of the Mormon community, such as the Salt Lake Temple, The Tabernacle and Conference Centre. Joseph Smith, Jr. was 15 years old when he had his first vision. The Angel MORONI appeared to him and gave him a number of sacred texts that led to the foundation of the Mormon church. A sacred land was established and a settlement created within the desert. The largest sanctuary and centre of the Mormon faith is the Salt Lake Temple. Constructed of stone, its use is restricted to the Mormon religion. It was built between 1853 and 1893 in grey granite New Gothic style with six towers, its main one being 68 metres high. Construction of the Cathedral of the Madeleine began in 1900 and was completed in 1909, a Christian building whose exterior is of Romantic design and with a Gothic interior. Once both faith and diligence established this remarkable place. Since then, Salt Lake City has become the centre of a hugely successful religious empire.

Brooklyn and I left this week for our 2-week trip back to Utah, to visit family and friends, as well as attend EFY {a church program called Especially For Youth}.
Since we were packing anyway, we thought it would be awesome to show you guys what essentials we packed for our plane ride.
First, we needed a bag to carry everything in. Then we always pack a book, snacks, sweatshirt, iPhones, charged battery pack, phone cords, extra socks, gum, chapstick, ibuprofen, melatonin, hand sanitizer, tissues, etc.
You don't have to use this exact list, but it can help give you ideas if you're wondering what to pack or take with you when you are on an plane.

Johnson Canyon
Johnson Canyon near Kanab Utah. Scene is a valley between the sandstone formations with a meandering dry river bed -- about 13 miles from US 89. Video was shot in 4K with an Inspire 1 Pro drone and edited using Premiere Pro. In addition to the interesting formations and the dry river bed the changing light near sunset was pretty great. The final scene is a tree with its shadow against a lemon color sandstone rock face. Near here in Johnson Canyon is an old abandoned Western Movie set that's fallen down as the heyday of Western Movies has long since passed. I hope the long scenes with changing light and ethereal music will provide a peaceful mood. -

Johnson Canyon near Kanab Utah. Scene is a valley between the sandstone formations with a meandering dry river bed -- about 13 miles from US 89. Video was shot in 4K with an Inspire 1 Pro drone and edited using Premiere Pro.
In addition to the interesting formations and the dry river bed the changing light near sunset was pretty great. The final scene is a tree with its shadow against a lemon color sandstone rock face.
Near here in Johnson Canyon is an old abandoned Western Movie set that's fallen down as the heyday of Western Movies has long since passed.
I hope the long scenes with changing light and ethereal music will provide a peaceful mood.
