East Idaho News, Jan 9, 2016 (emphasis added): The following is a news release from the Idaho Department of Fish and Game… The mountain lion had an unusual deformity—fully-formed teeth and what appears to be small whiskers were growing out of hard fur-covered tissue on the left side of the animal’s forehead… It is possible that the teeth could be the remnants of a conjoined twin… It is also possible that deformity was a teratoma tumor… They are rare in humans and animals. Biologists from the southeast region of Idaho Fish and Game have never seen anything like this particular deformity before… Mountain lions have large home ranges (50 to 150 square miles).

So you have to understand what a backlash is, in the context of military regimen.
There is no place for 'special treatment'.
None. It breeds resentment, and much more.
So when a 1% religious population, pushes for special treatment in the military, seems pretty clear to me what some of the problem is. It is not that they are bad, not at all. But you can expect a huge backlash, a simple human response.
It is once again the PC Police mucking and fu@king things up. That the military would even allow this is, unbelievable.

The fact that churches and evangelists solicit for their own internal use or evangelization of the world at large is not being addressed here. What your link proposed is a private organization soliciting folks for money to make inroads into the military mindset.
Any reform should be directed through proper channels. If not, what would prevent the Catholics, or Mormons, or Islamists, or Buddhists, or Satanists et al from launching an organized effort to indoctrinate or Un-indoctrinate…whatever you want to call it…the minds and hearts of the military?

I have an AT&ME plan that I have had for 10 years, no contract. grandfathered in for shared plan. One phone has unlimited data and one phone does not and shares minutes with the first one.
Over the years wife upgraded her phone given to her by her son and she gave me her old Iphone 3 and simple switch of sim cards and this phone works fine for phone calls. Phone has wi-fi just like AT&ME Ipads do and I can use my wi-fi to access internet if I want to. Seldom do I use this wi-fi potential.
My bill is normally $116.00 per month for this plan and they recently sent a notice they will increase this plan by $10.00 this month. Remember there is no inflation.
I open my bill and find my new bill to be $174.00. Shock to say the least!
How could this be I thought?
I soon discover that AT&ME added a data plan to my phone without my permission and back charged my bill based on a text they sent me in December, but I do not get texts since I have no data plan. Their "AI bot" identified my Iphone3 as smart phone and automatically added the data plan when they texted me in December and I do not read text messages from anyone..I have no plan. If I text out or in I am charged .20¢ for each one. Shock!
How can this be legal? Shock! It is not legal!
No plan and having something shoved up my ass without my permission requiring me to downgrade my phone to eliminate this data plan shove of illegal activity.

First time over this last christmas and have been at dialup for 3 weeks and can't load most pages on the internet.

I have wildblue and it is satellite internet at $80.00 per month for usable 14GB and 3GB stolen each month = 17GB. This is a rolling per day 17GB and not a from the 1st to the 30th deal. Have never except for this last christmas ever gotten what I paid for in past 10 years. 5-7 second prompt delay allows no use for anything accept browsing slowly, since signal has to go up and then back.
AT&ME has never upgraded a switch within 2 miles of residence in 20 years to allow any DSL hookup. That might cost them $200.00 they do not have, since they are only concerned with robbing everyone they can.
