MANY were undeterred on Friday by the blizzard scheduled to hit Washington, D.C. later that night.

Play “Find the Cross”

January 26, 2016

YOU might say this is not deliberate, but the evidence suggests otherwise: “Pope” Francis hides his cross.

One more relatively minor piece of evidence that the man is a pretender.

And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven.

(Matthew 16: 17-19)

Which is worse: that the papal office is vacant or that it is used to destroy souls? Which of those two choices most conforms to God’s promises that the “gates of hell” would never prevail against the papacy?

Feinstein Contra the “Pope”

January 26, 2016

francis-bows-to-jewess_med

“Pope” Francis bows and hides his cross before an Orthodox Jewish woman in a meeting in September. The woman refused to bow to him or shake his hand. Orthodox Jews believe Jesus Christ is roasting in a pile of excrement in hell.

“PINCHUS FEINSTEIN,” an alleged 74-year-old resident of Miami Beach, has threatened a lawsuit against “Pope” Francis.  Feinstein, the apparent creation of Michael Hoffman of On the Contrary, contends that his conversion to the Roman Catholic Church at the age of 17, and all the subsequent hours and money he devoted to the Church, were wasted.

“Mr. Feinstein” writes in his “Open Letter to Pope Francis:”

Over the years I have contributed tens of thousands of dollars to both Peters’ Pence (the pope’s own treasury about which you of course must be very familiar), and my local parish and diocese.

During that time I attended thousands of Masses, hundreds of holy hours and novenas, said thousands of rosaries, and made hundreds of trips to the Confessional.

Now in 2015 and 2016 I have read your words and those of your “Pontifical Commission.” You now teach that because I am a racial Jew, God’s covenant with me was never broken, and cannot be broken.

[…]

You are the Pontiff. I believe what your Commission teaches under your banner and in your name, and what you declared during your visit to the synagogue in January. As a result, I no longer see any point in getting up every Sunday morning to go to Mass, say rosaries, or attend the Rite of Reconciliation on Saturday afternoon. All of those acts are superfluous for me. Predicated on your teaching, I now know that due to my special racial superiority in God’s eyes, I don’t need any of it. Read More »

Usury and Homosexuality

January 25, 2016

EVER wonder why corporate America is so enthusiastic about the “gay family?” Here is one example of many television commercials featuring homosexual couples that have appeared in the last two years. This isn’t just some fluke, some daring ad by a rogue company, but a common phenomenon among corporate retailers who advertise on TV. You can find on the Internet videos of similar ads by Expedia, Chobani yogurt, Cheerios, Nabisco, Allstate Insurance, Microsoft Outlook, Tylenol, Hallmark, Nordstrom’s, Taco Bell, Abercrombie and Fitch, Urban Outfitters and others. Chobani even went so far as to show two young women undressed in bed together.

Those who are angered by this, especially because children are exposed to these ads, and who wish to oppose the ads by boycotting certain products quickly find it difficult because of the large number of companies who have jumped on the bandwagon. As far as I know, there is not single ad that is critical of the homosexual agenda.

You would think that it would make more marketing sense to pitch products to middle class, mainstream families who have children and spend more money on consumer goods. But instead we see retailers appealing to a tiny subset and going out of their way to anger conservative families.

Why do they do it? Why not just play it safe and remain non-controversial? No one’s going to sue companies for not having two dads in their commercials.

Some people would say that all this is just because of the politics of the people who work in the advertising business and in corporate offices. But businesses rarely choose politics over profit. There must be a business motive.

Last fall, I attended a talk by E. Michael Jones, the author of Barren Metal: A History of Capitalism as the Conflict Between Labor and Usury, and he made an interesting point about corporate promotion of homosexuality. While I cannot reproduce his exact words, this is the gist of his argument. First, he said societies in which usury (the business of profiting from interest-bearing loans) is rampant tend to be ones in which homosexuality is more common. He did not provide historical examples but from his book, there is the case of the devastation usury caused to family stability in Renaissance Florence.

Choosing usury over investment, including higher wages in the wool industry was quite literally starving Florence to death, but the oligarchs were too rich to notice. The wool industry was the source of Florentine wealth, and yet but he early 17th century, the number of wool workshops had dropped from 84 to 46, resulting in the impoverishment of the most marginal classes.

[..]

Not only were families not being formed among the proletariat, workers were fleeing because they were hopelessly in debt. (pp. 155-157]

Sound familiar? Think of America’s closed factories. A system that favors investors over labor undermines financial independence, family and manhood. It encourages sterility. For corporate America, it makes business sense to glorify homosexual liberation not just to perpetuate an oligarchic system that is far removed from “free enterprise” and to romanticize the harm it causes, but to subvert anti-capitalism among the grass roots.

Leftists used to be anti-capitalist, Jones pointed out. Self-respecting hippies were opposed to bullying corporate monopolies and suspicious of Big Business. But that changed a few decades ago. They became fixated on the sexual revolution and specifically homosexual liberation. (Jones places much of the blame for this on the influence of Michel Foucault, the French philosopher and literary critic.) By pushing homosexuality into the faces of traditional Americans, confident corporations are not just fostering this distraction but they are in a way saying to the middle class, “Back off. You lost. You have no power over us at all.” Read More »

Transgender Athletes Permitted in the Olympics

January 25, 2016

NEW OPPORTUNITIES should be forthcoming for men who want gold medals:

Transgender athletes are now allowed to participate in the Olympics without having to undergo sex reassignment surgery, according to new recommendations issued by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Female-to-male transgender athletes should be able to take part in male category events ‘without restriction’ under the new guidelines. Male-to-female athletes must use hormone therapy, and will need to show that their testosterone level is below 10 nanomoles per liter at least a year before participating and “throughout the period of desired eligibility to compete in the female category.” In addition, an athlete’s stated female gender identity “cannot be changed, for sporting purposes, for a minimum of four years.”

The globalists push mental illness on the people as a distraction from their crimes.

Ezra Pound on Usury

Canto XLV
BY EZRA POUND

With Usura

With usura hath no man a house of good stone
each block cut smooth and well fitting
that design might cover their face,
with usura
hath no man a painted paradise on his church wall
harpes et luz
or where virgin receiveth message
and halo projects from incision,
with usura
seeth no man Gonzaga his heirs and his concubines
no picture is made to endure nor to live with
but it is made to sell and sell quickly
with usura, sin against nature,
is thy bread ever more of stale rags
is thy bread dry as paper,
with no mountain wheat, no strong flour
with usura the line grows thick
with usura is no clear demarcation
and no man can find site for his dwelling. Read More »

The Age of Central Banking

January 23, 2016

51UYr2f-ksL._SX310_BO1,204,203,200_

THE Age of Central Banking is the age of state-sponsored usury. Central banking is the foundation of our debt-based monetary system. It concentrates power in the hands of the few, leads to centralization throughout the economy, and depends on widespread, cultivated ignorance.

You live in the Age of Central Banking, which means that you are to some degree a slave to debt. Even if your personal accounts are in good shape and you owe little or no money, you are still chained to debt through taxation, inflation and the larger economic cycles. We are so engulfed by this system, it’s hard for us to see that it is not a work of nature, nor the inevitable byproduct of “free enterprise.” It is the Capitalist version of tyranny and the root of the immigration crisis, our declining birthrate and our perpetual wars. It cannot last because it is inhuman, but how long it will last is up perhaps to the enlightened few.

Thomas Aquinas said that man cannot be virtuous without the sufficient means to ensure his material welfare. Modern society cannot be virtuous as long as the existing monetary system persists. There was a reason the Church banned usury. It destroys whole societies and leads to moral meltdown.

There are a number of good books that explain the issue in simple, clear language, accessible to those who are not economists, such as me. I am referring to books that can be read in a few days or even hours, and that give a clear overview without getting bogged down in excessive detail.

They include The Banking Swindle by Kerry Bolton, The Web of Debt: The Shocking Truth about our Monetary System and How we Can Break Free by Ellen Brown, A History of Central Banking and the Enslavement of Mankind by Stephen Mitford Goodson, Bancarotta: An Allegory about Central Banking by M.S. King and  The Tyranny of the Federal Reserveanother good primer on the subject by an obscure, self-published author, Brian O’Brien. Read More »

The Roe in “Roe v. Wade”

January 22, 2016

Norma McCorvey, in 1974,right

Norma McCorvey, left, in 1989, with her attorney, Gloria Allred.

NORMA McCORVEY was the real name of “Jane Roe,” the plaintiff in Roe v. Wade, in which the Supreme Court ruled abortion a constitutional right.

Ms. McCorvey later changed her mind and became an opponent of the cause she championed.

Ms. McCorvey, who did not have an abortion but rather gave her child up for adoption as her case wound toward the Supreme Court, did not pinpoint a specific date when she changed her mind about abortion but suggested to ABC News that she had been troubled one day when she noticed some empty swings in a Dallas playground.

“They were swinging back and forth but they were all empty and I just totally lost it,” she said. “And I thought, Oh my God, the playgrounds are empty because there’s no children, because they’ve all been aborted.”

Her pro-abortion attorney, Gloria Allred, brutally dismissed her change of heart as a “career choice.”

The 43rd annual March for Life took place today in Washington, D.C, despite the oncoming storm. Abortion is a great evil and terrible crime, not liberation. That will never change. The abortion-rights movement is anti-woman (and anti-man) to the core.

Winter Love

January 22, 2016

ALAN writes:

Thank you for the richly-detailed and evocative memories of snow in Chester in the 1950s.  At certain points they intersect with my own memories of snow in St. Louis in those same years.  These memories are from three residential neighborhoods in south St. Louis, whose tone, texture, and character in those years now live only in memory.

My mother saw beauty in heavy snowfalls and would go outdoors to take color slides or snapshots.  In the same month when your husband found such delight in the 13-inch snowfall in Chester, a less-impressive but still beautiful snowfall occurred in St. Louis.  On Feb. 1, 1958, my mother took six color slides of untouched snow scenes in Tower Grove Park, one of them showing her eight-year-old son concealed in winter jacket, gloves, boots, cap, and earmuffs in front of snow-laden evergreen trees.

Slides two winters later show my classmate Jeff and me standing in our snow-covered back yard, people sledding down a hill in Forest Park, and a three-foot tall snow rabbit in someone’s front yard. Read More »

Businesses Openly Favor Foreign Labor

January 22, 2016

06S_YOGHURT_CITY_GRAPHIC.1

AMERICAN corporations have betrayed the American workforce again and again, but rarely has their preference for cheap foreign labor been as explicit as it is with the Chobani Yogurt CEO’s urging of refugee resettlement. Ann Corcoran writes at American Resistance 2016:

One of my major objectives for American Resistance 2016! is to tell you who is working to change America by changing the people.  Know the enemy!

One of those is Hamdi Ulukaya founder of Chobani Yogurt who will be going to Davos to the World Economic Forum this week to encourage more businesses to hire refugees (that is, to encourage more resettlement of refugees to America).

BTW, if he wants to spend his millions helping mostly Muslim refugees where they are, that is wonderful and commendable, but lobbying for more to be admitted to the US should be opposed at every turn.

The Middle Class Must Go

The New Bonnet, Francis William Edmonds, 1858

FROM The Tyranny of the Federal Reserve by Brian O’Brien (Amazon, 2015):

Many people are under the misconception that the rich are the enemy of the poor. This is not the case. The rich need the poor. The rich want servants. The poor, by and large, will bow down to the rich for scraps thrown to them.

The poor will quickly trade in a life of want and need to serve the rich. The poor are easily manipulated by politicians who promise handouts, and by radicals who preach class hatred and cloud the minds of the poor with unattainable international utopias. Usually, these radical communists, anarchists and socialists have big money backers who guide these movements not to attack the rich, but to attack the middle class and the sovereignty of nations.

The poor are in a state of want. They are needy by definition. They are prone to bootlick those who offer them scraps, and they easily fall into a state of dependency.

The true enemy of the rich is not the poor but the middle class— the hated bourgeoisie for which both international finance capitalists and international communists have so much contempt. If you own your own home, have strong family support, have savings, perhaps run your own business, or have some source of income other than wages paid by an employer, or you work in a career field where demand for your labor is high and you earn high wages, then you are your own person. You can earn a decent living without bootlicking.

If you are an American citizen and middle class, you are a powerful force to be reckoned with. Although you are not rich, you have rights and assets and you have something to lose. You have numbers and the ability to organize and raise funds to pursue your interests.

The rich have more assets than you but they lack your numbers. You can organize against the rich to pursue your own interests and put your considerable collective assets to work to defeat the rich who are smaller in number. You have voting power.

Currently, our richest Americans have global interests, which are in direct conflict to the interests of the American middle class and the American nation at large. While small in number, the rich are winning in their aims and the middle class is losing. The rich are organized and their goal is clear in their minds— at least in the minds of the richest few who are pulling the strings. These few are in firm control of the media, the government, the banks and the monetary system. Read More »

DON VINCENZO writes:

On December 3, in a statement that did not surprise many, Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter announced that women would now serve in any and all phases of the combat arms. He said (in part): “There will be no exceptions. They’ll be allowed to drive tanks, fire mortars and lead infantry soldiers into combat. They’ll be able to serve as Army Rangers, Green Berets, Navy Seals, Marine Corps infantry, Air Force parajumpers and everything else that was previously open only to men.” Welcome to the surreal world of the Obama Administration, and that of Ashton Carter. THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION took place at a time of remarkable financial stability and progress in the Russian Empire. Russia was the only major power in the world not indebted to central bankers concentrated around the famous Rothschild banks. The Russian government printed the nation’s money, regulated the money supply (unlike the monetary system in America today) and issued low interest loans through commercial banks.

In his book, “A History of Central Banking and the Enslavement of Mankind,” (Black House Publishing, 2014) Stephen Mitford Goodson describes the state of Russia before the Bolshevik uprising:

On June 12, 1860 The State Bank of the Russian Empire was founded with the aim of boosting trade turnovers and the strengthening of the monetary system. Up to 1894 it was an auxiliary institution under the direct control of the Ministry of Finance. In that year it was transformed into being the banker of the bankers and operated as an instrument of government’s policy. It minted and printed the nation’s coins and notes, regulated the money supply and through commercial banks provided industry and commerce with low interest rate loans. Its vast gold reserves, the largest in the world, exceeded the bank note issue by more than 100%, except for the year 1906. By 1914 it had become one of the most influential lending institutions in Europe.

Not unexpectedly Russia had the smallest national debt in the world. The following table reflects the number of rubles of debt per inhabitant.

[From table: France: 288.0; Great Britain: 169.8; Germany 135.6; Russia, 58.7]

By 1914 83% of the interest and amortization of the national debt, of which less than 2% was held abroad, was funded by the profits of the Russian State Railways. In 1916 the total length of the main lines was 100,817 verst or kilometers. Russian commercial and canal tonnage of 11,130,000 in 1910 exceeded British merchant tonnage of 10,750,000. Read More »

Academy Awards Lack ‘Diversity’

January 20, 2016

David Oyelowo, ‘Selma’ Actor, Says Academy Fails to Reflect Diversity (New York Times)

BLACK ACTORS are threatening to boycott the Academy Awards because all of the actors nominated are white. Mike King hits another home run on this issue at The Anti-New York Times:

The entitlement crowd is at it again — pissing and whining about the “lack of diversity” (too many White people) among nominees for degenerate Hollywood’s Academy Awards. Waaaa! Waaaa! Waaaa! Poor babies — overlooked and under-appreciated with nothing to console them but their multi-million dollar contracts, gaudy mansions, swimming pools, vacation homes, private jets, Italian sports cars, yachts, diamonds, cocaine, servants, chauffeurs, botox and undeserved fame.

With western civilization now approaching its death throes, we here at The Anti-New York Times couldn’t possibly care less about this year’s “best picture” or “best actor”. But there is a broader philosophical dynamic and subversive movement at work here that merits an angry rebuttal from Mike and the Mad Cat.

Regular readers do not need to be told who controls Hollywood (cough cough — cough cough — and still more cough cough). What we have here is yet another textbook example of the usual suspects committing a wrong, or rather, a perceived and invented “wrong”, and then leaving the big bad White Man holding the bag of blame. Brilliant! Evil as all hell, but brilliant. Read More »
