BTW - the baby is not creepy. What is creepy is the use of the stylized painted photo, which is reminiscent of German propaganda art from the 30's and 40's.

You know what that packet of nappies, with the associated artwork looks like to me. It looks like a packet of nappies, probably not from Africa.
