Tamworth

Tamworth is located in the New England region of the Australian state of New South Wales, halfway between Brisbane and Sydney, the two largest cities on the Australian east coast. Tamworth is also known as the "First City of Lights", because it was the first place in Australia to use electric street lights in1888. Every year, Tamworth hosts the Tamworth Country Music Festival, the world's second-largest country music festival.
