15 year old teenage athlete, Hayley Rauser, tore the ACL in her right knee on February 12, 2015 during her high school basketball season. She had ACL reconstruction surgery on March 10, 2015. Hayley's true passion is playing soccer. Hayley is documenting her story so other people can see what it is like to go from pre-surgery to post-op and back onto the field for competitive play. She has completed 2 months of physical therapy/rehab and is doing great so far! This is Sabian's journey thru ACL and Meniscus surgery. The video is just over 9 minutes long and takes you thru a 5 month process via commentary, pictures and videos of his progress. Going thru ACL surgery and physical therapy is not easy. But it is also not an injury that is impossible to come back from. With the grace of GOD and the hard work Sabian put in, he was cleared to play full contact football just over 5 months post surgery. We have seen videos of people on YouTube saying it's hard and how they struggled... Of course it is hard and of course it is going to be a struggle. But if you want to come back from this type of injury you will have to push beyond your comfort zone and make a full blown effort! A lot of people seem to want others sympathy more than they want to fully recover. You are either going to be a sympathy case or one of the few that push to get back to the sport you love. We wish you all the best of luck as you go thru your process and hope this video helps you out...

Date of injury was 4/6/2014, date of surgery was 4/24/2014, date of release back to football was 10/1/2014....

This is Sabian's journey thru ACL and Meniscus surgery. The video is just over 9 minutes long and takes you thru a 5 month process via commentary, pictures and videos of his progress. Going thru ACL surgery and physical therapy is not easy. But it is also not an injury that is impossible to come back from. With the grace of GOD and the hard work Sabian put in, he was cleared to play full contact football just over 5 months post surgery. We have seen videos of people on YouTube saying it's hard and how they struggled... Of course it is hard and of course it is going to be a struggle. But if you want to come back from this type of injury you will have to push beyond your comfort zone and make a full blown effort! A lot of people seem to want others sympathy more than they want to fully recover. You are either going to be a sympathy case or one of the few that push to get back to the sport you love. We wish you all the best of luck as you go thru your process and hope this video helps you out...

Date of injury was 4/6/2014, date of surgery was 4/24/2014, date of release back to football was 10/1/2014....

-5:15 you will see video of him going into his 3rd month and Lateral movement during physical therapy and the pain he felt.

- 7:14 you will continue to see his progress and how far along he is coming!
