A school is an institution designed for the teaching of students (or "pupils") under the direction of teachers. Most countries have systems of formal education, which is commonly compulsory. In these systems, students progress through a series of schools. The names for these schools vary by country (discussed in the Regional section below) but generally include primary school for young children and secondary school for teenagers who have completed primary education. An institution where higher education is taught, is commonly called a university college or university.
In addition to these core schools, students in a given country may also attend schools before and after primary and secondary education. Kindergarten or pre-school provide some schooling to very young children (typically ages 3–5). University, vocational school, college or seminary may be available after secondary school. A school may also be dedicated to one particular field, such as a school of economics or a school of dance. Alternative schools may provide nontraditional curriculum and methods.
Joseph Isaac Schooling (born 16 June 1995) is a national record holding Singaporean swimmer. He had qualified for the 2012 Olympics after winning the 200 fly at the 2011 SEA Games. He attended school and trained at the swimming powerhouse, The Bolles School, in the USA. Schooling was also educated at the Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) and is currently studying at the University of Texas at Austin, where he is a member of the Texas Longhorns swimming team, one of the top collegiate swim programmes under two-time United States Olympic men’s head coach Eddie Reese.
Joseph Schooling is a third-generation Singaporean, and is of Eurasian ethnicity. He is the only child to May and Colin Schooling. May is a Malaysian Chinese and a Singapore permanent resident; while Colin, a businessman, was also born in Singapore and educated at Raffles Institution. Colin's grandfather was a British military officer who married a local Portuguese-Eurasian in Singapore. Amid discontent over foreign-born athletes competing for Singapore, Colin rejected online descriptions of his son as a foreigner.
Michael Fred Phelps II (born June 30, 1985) is an American competition swimmer and the most decorated Olympian of all time, with a total of 22 medals in three Olympiads. Phelps also holds the all-time records for Olympic gold medals (18, double the second highest record holders), Olympic gold medals in individual events (11), and Olympic medals in individual events for a male (13). In winning eight gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Games, Phelps took the record away from fellow swimmer Mark Spitz (7) for the most first-place finishes at any single Olympic Games. Five of those victories were in individual events, tying the single Games record. In the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, Phelps won four golds and two silver medals, making him the most successful athlete of the Games for the third Olympics in a row.
Phelps is the long course world recordholder in the 100-meter butterfly, 200-meter butterfly and 400-meter individual medley as well as the former long course world recordholder in the 200-meter freestyle and 200-meter individual medley. He has won a total of 77 medals in major international long-course competition, totalling 61 gold, 13 silver, and 3 bronze spanning the Olympics, the World, and the Pan Pacific Championships. Phelps's international titles and record-breaking performances have earned him the World Swimmer of the Year Award seven times and American Swimmer of the Year Award nine times as well as the FINA Swimmer of the Year Award in 2012. His unprecedented Olympic success in 2008 earned Phelps Sports Illustrated magazine's Sportsman of the Year award.
"Joseph" is a masculine given name originating from Hebrew, recorded in the Hebrew Bible, as יוֹסֵף, Standard Hebrew Yossef, Tiberian Hebrew and Aramaic Yôsēp̄. In Arabic, including in the Qur'an, the name is spelled يوسف or Yūsuf. The name can be translated from Hebrew יהוה להוסיף YHWH Lhosif as signifying "JEHOVAH will increase/add".
In the Old Testament, Joseph is Jacob's eleventh son and Rachel's first (Yossef ben-Yaakov in the Jewish Bible). In the New Testament, Joseph is the husband of Mary, the mother of Jesus. In the New Testament there is another Joseph as well, Joseph of Arimathea, a secret disciple of Jesus who supplied the tomb in which Jesus was buried.
The form "Joseph" is used mostly in English, French and German-speaking countries. The name has enjoyed significant popularity in its many forms in numerous countries, and Joseph was one of the two names, along with Robert, to have remained in the top 10 boys' names list in the US from 1925 to 1972. It is especially common in contemporary Israel, as either "Yossi" or "Yossef", and in Italy, where the name "Giuseppe" was the most common male name in the 20th century.

Sleeping in sheets has never felt this way
Naked ghosts in front of me, feels like lying awake (Lying awake)
They let me see another awful game
but I'm the kid that never played, never played
The more you try to pull me down, the more I know I'm getting strong
So shut up don't lie, this time it's you and I (I know you're wrong)
So shut up don't try, to be on my own side (I know you're wrong)
This local scene has took the best of me
but we're not the ones who are gonna fall (we-'re-not-gonna-fall)
face the fact no one is missing you
just realize this song is something you deserve
The more you try to pull me down, the more I know I'm getting strong
So shut up don't lie, this time it's you and I (I know you're wrong)
So shut up don't try, to be on my own side (I know you're wrong)
Your show it's over now
you made a fool of yourself
red nose up for you my dirty clown
not matter what you say
we know you'll never change
as we let go (every time)
then you should know
So shut up don't lie, this time it's you and I (I know you're wrong)
