Plot: Serial killer Peter Crady breaks out of prison psychiatry. Two years ago he killed his parents because they locked him into the basement and tortured him. 'Mad Dog' Crady like the press now calls him kidnaps Agent Stone and his sister Susan. Johnson tries to save them but only finds more victims. He helps Stone to escape and they find themselves into a bloody showdown with Crady.
