Take a look and tell me what you think of the new Premium Economy class on Singapore Airlines?!?
Premium Economy Class is a great way to fly - especially on SQ. A very comfortable product coupled with the legendary Singapore Airlines attention to detail and service. I'll show you everything you want to see: including the seat and it's various functions, the food (including 'Book the Cook'), the champagne (yes, SQ offers French bubbles to customers in Premium Economy Class) and many other features that make this a very pleasant journey. Perhaps the best feature is the generous legroom and the 2-4-2 configuration - especially if you are in a pair on either side and you know the person next to you. If you are thinking about investing in Premium Economy, particularly on a long haul flight onto Europe or to the USA, then I hope this video may help you decide if you think it is worth the extra $. I should also mention that in addition to everything you see in this video, Premium Economy customers on Singapore Airlines also have access to dedicated priority check-in counters as well as priority baggage handling, both of which are usually reserved for status customers and/or customers in Business/First. Overall, I find SQ's Premium Economy offering to be very impressive - it certainly feels like more of a watered down business class rather than an upgraded economy class or economy plus. Hi guys, here's a new report of my vacation in Australia and New Zealand. The route is Auckland-Singapore. This route is only operated by the Airbus A380 during summer. As usual on Singapore Airlines, the flight was amazing, the FA were very nice, the plane was super spacious and the food was great! Always a pleasure to travel with them!
I also had the chance to visit Changi for a few hours: swimming pool, shops, restaurants, gardens... what an amazing place!

I fly back to Singapore from London. Before the flight, I had a Pucci burger and beer at the Strada Italian Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 3.
The burger took a while to come, about 20 minutes. But when it came, it was freshly prepared and was delicious. The meal cost GBP 16 [about 25 USD] before tips.
The flight back was good. Smooth. I had a long sleep, even though it was a day flight.
Going by this experience, I think it is better for me to eat before the flight and then I can get more sleep while onboard.
The flight did not go into Ukraine airspace, as you will see in the video. It looked like we were headed to Moscow.
The flight was very smooth and I bought something from Krisshop for my wife.

Qatar Airways A380 Flight on the new Airbus A350 from Doha to Singapore. It was a 0700hrs departure from Doha and landed in Singapore at 1950 hrs local time.
We were travelling from London to Singapore, with a 45 minute layover in Doha. We had a 45 minute layover in Doha. The transfer was rather rushed, but still do-able. We boarded the aircraft rather late, i.e. almost all the other passengers had boarded.
The plane was new. This flight was rather empty so I had an empty seat beside me. Seat space was decent and the IFE system was modern with a nifty touchscreen.
Service on board was good. Overall, Qatar offers a top notch product. Pity, however, the seat space on the Boeing 787 is terrible - that is for another video review.
This time, let's celebrate the new Airbus A350.
In this video, I also remember the recent earthquake tragedy in Mt Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Several young primary school children and teachers lost their lives, due to falling boulders.

Premium Economy Class is a great way to fly - especially on SQ. A very comfortable product coupled with the legendary Singapore Airlines attention to detail and service. I'll show you everything you want to see: including the seat and it's various functions, the food (including 'Book the Cook'), the champagne (yes, SQ offers French bubbles to customers in Premium Economy Class) and many other features that make this a very pleasant journey. Perhaps the best feature is the generous legroom and the 2-4-2 configuration - especially if you are in a pair on either side and you know the person next to you. If you are thinking about investing in Premium Economy, particularly on a long haul flight onto Europe or to the USA, then I hope this video may help you decide if you think it is worth the extra $. I should also mention that in addition to everything you see in this video, Premium Economy customers on Singapore Airlines also have access to dedicated priority check-in counters as well as priority baggage handling, both of which are usually reserved for status customers and/or customers in Business/First. Overall, I find SQ's Premium Economy offering to be very impressive - it certainly feels like more of a watered down business class rather than an upgraded economy class or economy plus. Hi guys, here's a new report of my vacation in Australia and New Zealand. The route is Auckland-Singapore. This route is only operated by the Airbus A380 during summer. As usual on Singapore Airlines, the flight was amazing, the FA were very nice, the plane was super spacious and the food was great! Always a pleasure to travel with them!
I also had the chance to visit Changi for a few hours: swimming pool, shops, restaurants, gardens... what an amazing place!

I fly back to Singapore from London. Before the flight, I had a Pucci burger and beer at the Strada Italian Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 3.
The burger took a while to come, about 20 minutes. But when it came, it was freshly prepared and was delicious. The meal cost GBP 16 [about 25 USD] before tips.
The flight back was good. Smooth. I had a long sleep, even though it was a day flight.
Going by this experience, I think it is better for me to eat before the flight and then I can get more sleep while onboard.
The flight did not go into Ukraine airspace, as you will see in the video. It looked like we were headed to Moscow.
The flight was very smooth and I bought something from Krisshop for my wife.

Service on board was good. Overall, Qatar offers a top notch product. Pity, however, the seat space on the Boeing 787 is terrible - that is for another video review.
This time, let's celebrate the new Airbus A350.
In this video, I also remember the recent earthquake tragedy in Mt Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Several young primary school children and teachers lost their lives, due to falling boulders.

I fly on Singapore Airlines, from Singapore to Amsterdam. This is a red-eye flight, departing Singapore Changi at close to midnight and would arrive in Amsterdam early in the morning.
It was a pleasant flight on a Boeing 777. Food was good - I took the Peranakan option for dinner. Flight was very smooth.
