MERKEL: REFUGEES MUST GO HOME

By Pete Moore On January 30th, 2016 at 5:59 pm

I’LL believe it when I see it.

REUTERS: German Chancellor Angela Merkel tried on Saturday to placate the increasingly vocal critics of her open-door policy for refugees by insisting that most refugees from Syria and Iraq would go home once the conflicts there had ended.

The likelihood of this happening is about zero, I reckon. Maybe it’s just another political lie to get through the day, made in the expectation that it’ll be forgotten soon enough. Even if she’s sincere, acting on such promises are a touch more difficult than making them.

But let’s assume that she is sincere. I’ve been wondering since last summer if someone would say that refugees (as opposed to illegal immigrants) ought to return home when their land is safe. The assumption seems to be that refugee status confers permanent residence in that country. I don’t see why this should be the case.

At best, and even if the events which make some become refugees last for many years, refugee status ought to lapse immediately and automatically once it’s safe for them to return home. It ought to be implied in the status, and not have to be said by politicians under severe pressure and tanking poll numbers. When Syria is declared safe, Syrian refugees must return home within a short and defined period of time. Failure to do so would make them illegal immigrants and subject to forced deportation.

How can anyone think this is not obvious and sensible?

Hillary

Half the country are going to vote for this woman if she is indited, or not. The Clinton’s have left a trail of corruption since their days back in Arkansas always managing to avoid prosecution. Hopefully the run of Mr. & Mrs. Slick Willy has come to an end. WE SHALL SEE! but somehow I doubt it.

The Laws of the United States are Different than those of the rest of the world. They are designed to restrain the Power Elite and those Elected to high Office NOT control the common man. The Constitution is a framework of RESTRICTIONS that dictates exactly what the Government Can and Can Not do. It is filled with more cant’s than cans not that you would know this by our modern system of Government.

Hillary Clinton set up a Private Computer Network for herself and the Clinton inner circle. She did this to avoid the prying eyes of those annoying people that make sure our Politicians are not BLATANT Criminals. Each Dept. has an Inspector General to monitor this activity. During the time Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State the State Dept had NO IG, and she refused to appoint one.

During her Term as Sec of State at the behest of the British, the French, and her own Financial interests she setup the over throw of Libya. Before, During and After the Fall of the Libyan Government the CIA and the State Dept were running Weapons through Libya to Turkey to the Syrian Rebels. Ambassador Stevens was one of our Arms Deal Specialists that’s what he expertise was.

The Arms dealings were getting hairier and hairier and the Ambassador kept asking for more security which Hillary denied. As a result 4 Americans DIED in Benghazi. The Next morning the President made a short speech and then got on his Jet to go to Vegas for a Fund Raiser.

When the bodies of the fallen men whose lives were not worth responding to and save in Benghazi that night came home they were greeted with the Proper Pomp and Ceremony. The then Secretary of State said the man who made a video would go to jail for it and they even locked some poor bastard up. All of which the facts have proven to be lie. There was no protest due to a video in Libya.

Not to mention Hillary is now saying the family members of the men killed in Benghazi that they are LIARS after telling them she personally was going to make sure the man who made the film would go to jail for making that film. That she NEVER said that. When questioned on the campaign trail her quote was “Somebody’s Lying”. One of the fathers of the fallen recorded her exact words that day, so whose lying Hildy?

The Reason all this is important is it was the Benghazi Hearing that revealed Hildy’s Secret Unsecured Private Servers.

Under 18 USC 793 subsection F, the information does not have to be classified to count as a violation. The intelligence source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity citing the sensitivity of the ongoing probe, said the subsection requires the “lawful possession” of national defense information by a security clearance holder who “through gross negligence,” such as the use of an unsecured computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location.

Subsection F also requires the clearance holder “to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer. “A failure to do so “shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

“If someone knows there is an ongoing investigation and takes action to impede an investigation, for example destruction of documents or threatening of witnesses, that could be a separate charge but still remain under a single case,”

Somehow, highly classified information from SIPRNet, as well as even the super-secure JWICS, jumped from those closed systems to the open system and turned up in at least 1,340 of Clinton’s home e-mails — including several the CIA earlier this month flagged as containing ultra-secret Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs, a subset of SCI. SAP includes “dark projects,” such as drone operations, while SCI protects intelligence sources and methods.

Only 12 people in the world are authorized to view that type of  intel found on her personal unsecured computer.

The questions facing us now are: 1) Will the FBI refer the case to the DoJ for prosecution? If not, will there be resignations or other public protests? Will the Benghazi Special Committee subpoena FBI files in that instance? And 2) Will the DoJ follow a referral with an indictment? The same follow-up questions apply.

Clinton’s actions in the e-mail scandal clearly satisfy all five requirements necessary to sustain charges of mishandling classified material, and constitute a breach perhaps even more glaring than the one for which General David Petraeus was convicted.

Yet the story continues out of the 3000 known Top Secret documents on her unsecured server

The State Department acknowledged for the first time Friday that “top secret” information has been found in emails that passed through the private email server Hillary Clinton used while leading the agency, elevating the issue in the presidential campaign three days before the hotly contested Iowa caucuses.

The information was contained in 22 emails, across seven email chains, that were sent or received by Clinton, according to a State Department spokesman. The emails will not be disclosed as part of an ongoing  release of Clinton’s email correspondence from her years as secretary of state, even in highly redacted form.

and of course her response…

In responding Friday, Clinton’s campaign took the unusual step of criticizing the intelligence community, accusing  spy agencies of engaging in “overclassification run amok.” Some Clinton allies suggested that intelligence officials were politically motivated.

In other words everyone else is Lying. Like I said at the beging of this post half the country will still vote for her because……

WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE!

SOME SWEDES HAVE HAD ENOUGH

By Pete Moore On January 30th, 2016 at 1:13 pm

It takes a village

We learned this week that Stockholm’s main train station has been overrun with invaders. Reports are that hundreds of young muslim anchors have been stealing, assaulting, sexually assaulting women and beating them for resisting. It’s heartening then to see Swedish patriots last night restore good order.

A gang of up to a hundred black-clad masked men marched in central Stockholm on Friday evening, singling out and beating up immigrants, and handing out leaflets threatening further violent attacks against unaccompanied refugee youth.

The march, the most extreme reaction seen so far to the murder on Monday of social worker Alexandra Mezher worker by a Somali refugee, has been linked to football gangs and far-right groups.

(Note the propaganda: defending your civilisation is an “extreme reaction”.)

The Swedish police have not stepped aside. Like elsewhere, they have taken a position against the people by not acting as their proxies. So it’s natural and predictable that the people will step in to fill the void. These things have a habit of spreading. If governments and police forces don’t shake themselves out of their zombie-like multiculti dreamworlds, more self defence actions are guaranteed. An online post, apparently from the “extremists”, explains:

“These criminal immigrants have robbed and molested Swedes for a long time. Police have clearly shown that they lack the means to stave off their rampage, and we now see no other alternative than to ourselves hand out the punishments they deserve.
They’re right. The leave-it-to-the-police types have to accept that the state cannot ignore the people, or act contrary to their wishes, and still demand mute compliance. It simply will not happen.

R.I.P. Paul Kantner

By The Troll On January 29th, 2016 at 10:41 pm

Paul Kantner, a Founder of Jefferson Airplane, Dies at 74

Paul Kantner, a founding member of Jefferson Airplane, one of the definitive San Francisco psychedelic groups of the 1960s, and the guiding spirit of its successor, Jefferson Starship, died on Thursday in San Francisco. He was 74.

The cause was multiple organ failure brought on by septic shock, his publicist, Cynthia Bowman, said.

Mr. Kantner died just weeks after it was announced that Jefferson Airplane would receive a Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award next month.

This song or group was not going to be my Friday pick, but with Kantners death and the many moments in my life that the Airplane or the Starship was playing in the background it just had to go up.

EU: “NO LINK” BETWEEN COLOGNE ATTACKS AND IMMIGRANTS

By Pete Moore On January 29th, 2016 at 9:55 pm

WE all just imagined it, including the victims, who are probably racist bourgeois whores who deserved it anyway. Thankfully the Continent’s guiding lights have revealed the truth. The Telegraph –

EU leaders: ‘No link’ between Cologne sex attacks and migrant crisis

The sex attacks that took place in Cologne on New Year’s Eve were simply a “matter of public order” and had nothing to do with the refugee crisis, Jean-Claude Juncker’s inner circle believe.

The European Commission will be the “voice of reason” and tell the public that there is no link between the migration crisis affecting the continent and attacks on women in Germany, internal minutes disclose, amid growing concerns at a “xenophobic” backlash.

Thank you “voice of reason”, though I have a slight suspicion that the “xenophobic backlash” – always the singular concern of the anti-white traitor – is the motive for what must surely be the EU’s finest fairytale yet.

Takeaway: if you object to these bona fide lunatics making our laws then you’re an “extremist”.

ATW FRIDAY NIGHT JUKEBOX

By Pete Moore On January 29th, 2016 at 8:02 pm

Because Friday night is Music Night

YOU have no idea the effort which goes into choosing these sounds, dear listener (basically looking through iTunes really). I didn’t even know this one was lurking in there. At the risk of upsetting muslims, alcohol might had something to do with it. You can’t forget some tunes though, even decades after you last heard them. I can’t even name another Alarm track off the top of my head. 68 Guns must have been a Top Ten hit back then. Which makes me wonder, is there still a singles chart?

As always, feel free to share your favourite tunes –

RHODES WILL NOT FALL

By Pete Moore On January 29th, 2016 at 7:38 pm

Money talks

How interesting to see that Oriel College, after “careful consideration”, has decided that the statue of its founder, the great Cecil Rhodes, will remain in place. That careful consideration being the multitude of threats by benefactors to take away their millions.

So these ungrateful African Marxists have just learned that in a capitalist society the customer is king, and quite right too. They’re predictably outraged, the poor little darlings. Feel free to send yourselves down.

These future despots are trying to rewrite the past of course, like all authoritarians do. On campuses worldwide students seem suddenly bent on trying to impose conformity and forming “safe spaces” where they will not have to be confronted with a different opinion.

This is the New Left, soaked with most sterile ideas. Maybe if conservatives apologise, can we have the Old Left back, please?

COLOGNE: THE LABOUR VIEW

By Pete Moore On January 29th, 2016 at 7:17 pm

It’s just like Birmingham

LABOUR MP Jess Phillips was on top form on last night’s BBC Question Time. When Yasmin Alibhai-Brown doesn’t make the stupidest comment of the night, you know you’ve played a blinder. Asked about the Cologne muslim rapefest, Phillips seems to think that Birmingham city centre is just as bad …

(Apologies for inflicting that accent on the unaware. Yes, that’s what they sound like up there.)

I haven’t watched QT for a couple of years at least, and I’m reminded why. You cannot sum it any better than an extreme feminist Labour MP, both dodging criticism of muslims yet sticking it the patriarchy, claiming that rape and hundreds of sexual assaults, which the police allowed to happen, is just a Saturday night in Birmingham. I’ve been there. It ain’t that bad. Bradford and Leicester yes, but not yet Brum. Note also that instant, unthinking applause from what the BBC always claims is the the specially selected, balanced audience. QT just isn’t QT without the socialists on one side providing balance to the commies on the other.

The Foggy Hairdo

By Mahons On January 29th, 2016 at 2:05 pm

Donald Trump and his hairpiece have not made Northern Ireland issues a centerpiece of his campaign.  One has to speculate somewhat on his position on the Peace Process over the years.

We do know that in 1995 he attended the Friends of Sinn Fein Gala dinner at the Essex House in Manhattan, where Gerry Adams acknowledged him from the podium and left the stage midspeech to shake Trump’s hand.

Under Trump’s proposals Cat Stevens couldn’t come into the US, but Adams or McGuiness could because, well, they aren’t Muslim.  Interesting, is it not?

I wonder if Trump will continue to garner Unionists praise here in light of his Sinn Fein  sympathies?

OBJECTIFYING WOMEN
