World's weather took a weird track that will continue into 2016

Peter Hannam 11:45 AM   The combination in 2015 of an epic El Niño in the Pacific overlaying the backward warming unleased by humans' combustion of fossil fuels not only jolted the concept of what "normal" conditions mean, it also sets up 2016 to be at least as extreme.
