Kumar, or Kunwar, (Sanskrit: कुमार; Tamil: குமார்; meaning prince) is a title, a given name or a family name native to India. Kumar means prince or a young male of Royal and Noble heritage. It is used to refer Lord Muruga in South India.
In the northern states of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana Kumar Surname is used by different kshatriya castes
In Bengali "kumar" refers to young unmarried/ single male or prince. It has a sanskrit origin: "kumar".
Kumar is a very common name in South India, mostly used as a prefix. It is also used as a common prefix like Mr., Mrs. & master.
Name used for original child follower of Supreme Father Shiva Baba; kumar for male and kumari for female. Divine family live pure life so hence like brother and sister of Father Brahma.
In Nepal, Kumari refers to a young girl designated as a living Goddess as part of the tradition. Tourists from all over the world travel to Nepal just to get a glimpse of her. Although there are several Kumari's in Nepal, The Royal Kumari is the best known Kumari, as she's situated in Kathmandu.

Akshay Kumar (born Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia on 9 September 1967) is an Indian film actor, producer, comedian and martial artist who has appeared in over a hundred Hindi films. He has nominated for Filmfare Award several times and won two times. When he began his acting career in the 1990s, he primarily starred in action films and was particularly known for his appearances in feature films commonly called the "Khiladi series", which included Khiladi (1992), Main Khiladi Tu Anari (1994), Sabse Bada Khiladi (1995), Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996), Mr. and Mrs. Khiladi (1997), International Khiladi (1999), and Khiladi 420 (2000), as well as other action films such as Waqt Hamara Hai (1993), Mohra (1994), Elaan (1994) and Suhaag (1994).
Later he also gained fame for his drama, romance and comic roles. He started becoming known for his performances in romance films like Yeh Dillagi (1994) and Dhadkan (2000) as well as drama films such as Ek Rishtaa (2001). His comic performances in comedy films such as Hera Pheri (2000), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), and Garam Masala (2005) met with acclaim. His success further rose in 2007, when he starred in four consecutive commercial hits. He has thus established himself as one of the leading actors in Hindi cinema.

Plot: After the passing away of her parents, Anita Kumar now lives with her paternal uncle, Kumar; his wife, Seema; and Seema's brother, Vikram. The family's business is taken over by Kumar, who uses some money to buy an old mansion deep in the countryside of Rana. Seema would like Anita to marry her brother, but Anita has already given her heart to Sunil, who runs a photo studio and is poor. This does not go over well with the Kumars, and they forbid her to see Sunil anymore. Then, when Kumar goes to take possession of the mansion, Anita's friends Shobha and Anand ask her if they can visit the mansion and also invite Sunil secretly. They also invite several other friends, including Sunil's assistant Manghu and travel via a bus. What the group does not know that is the mansion holds an evil secret, and that beneath the mansion, locked in a dungeon by its very own biological father, lies a monster, evil beyond imagination--and its primary diet is human meat!!

Shortly thereafter his dad passes away after being bitten by a snake. Daulat finds out that Sonam likes Bheema and has her moved to London, and ensures that she forgets him. Subsequently, on her return as an adult she returns home and is told that Bheema is serving 3 years in prison for killing a male named Shamsher Singh. Nevertheless, she renews her friendship with him but will soon find him on the run from the Police - this time for killing a union leader named Kumar.

Synopsis - Karan Thapar lives a wealthy yet very lonesome lifestyle with his businessman dad, mom-Kiran, and sister-Nandini, as no one has time for him. One day while at the family's farmhouse, he loses his step and almost falls down a deep gorge, but is rescued by Raj Malhotra, who is an orphan, living a poor lifestyle with his abusive maternal uncle. Karan and Raj become inseparable friends, and Raj moves in to live with Karan, much to the chagrin of the Thapar family who shun and dislike Raj. Years later both Raj and Karan have matured, while Raj is in love with his childhood sweetheart, Anjali and wants to marry her, while Karan flirts with Leena Bharucha, and abandons her. Karan subsequently meets with London-returned Kajal Sharma, successfully woos and then gets her to agree to marry him. Both Raj's and Karan's wedding is planned on the same day, when things take a turn for the worse - when Leena and her dad, who is employed by Thapar, expose both friends as flirts - resulting in all-round acrimony - with Anjali getting married elsewhere; Kajal disappearing from Karan's life; and Raj, who wants to seek his very own identity, decides to leave Raj's life for good, leaving Karan alone with his loneliness and his newfound pal - alcohol.

Waqt is loaded with family drama and comedy. It has its comic element in the form of the bumbling servant Laxman, who misunderstands the most simple requests made of him in a style reminiscent of certain Shakespearian comic relief characters. The drama comes from the conflict between the father Ishwarchand and son Aditya. More comes from knowing critical facts that other characters don't know which would completely change their perspectives.

Ishwarchand Thakur (Amitabh Bachchan) and Sumitra Thakur (Shefali Shah) are a married couple who run a toy factory together. They have a son named Aditya Thakur (Akshay Kumar) who does not have any interest in responsibility or what he wants to do in life. It gets even worse when he elopes with his girlfriend, Pooja (Priyanka Chopra), the daughter of Natu (Boman Irani).
When Pooja gets pregnant, both Ishwar and Sumitra decide to make Aditya realise his responsibilities, as he will have to take care of his wife and child. They take drastic measures and throw Aditya out of the house along with Pooja. As a result, Aditya and Pooja live in a room at the back of the house in the garden. The force becomes so bad that Aditya begins to hate his father and they do not speak to each other for a long time. At the same time Aditya becomes aware of his role in life.
However, Ishwar has done all this for a reason and is hiding something. Ishwar is trying to make sure that his son is secure but because he is suffering from lung cancer and he wants his son to be responsible. Aditya succeeds in becoming a responsible man and also finds out the truth about his father when his father comes for his performance on the stage. He steps on the stage but instead he asks the audience to pray to god to give a minute of their lives to keep his father alive until his son's birth. His father is alive until his son is born and he names the baby boy 'Ishwar' after himself and he dies. The movie reaches its climax with Aditya welcoming children at his father's toy factory and playing with an alone, disabled boy like Ishwar did at the start of the film with his family there including his toddler Ishwar. The spirit of Ishwar touches Sumitra's flowers in her hair and it reminds her of the old times.

They take drastic measures and throw Aditya out of the house along with Pooja. As a result, Aditya and Pooja live in a room at the back of the house in the garden. The force becomes so bad that Aditya begins to hate his father and they do not speak to each other for a long time. At the same time Aditya becomes aware of his role in life.
However, Ishwar has done all this for a reason and is hiding something. Ishwar is trying to make sure that his son is secure but because he is suffering from lung cancer and he wants his son to be responsible. Aditya succeeds in becoming a responsible man and also finds out the truth about his father when his father comes for his performance on the stage. He steps on the stage but instead he asks the audience to pray to god to give a minute of their lives to keep his father alive until his son's birth. His father is alive until his son is born and he names the baby boy 'Ishwar' after himself and he dies. The movie reaches its climax with Aditya welcoming children at his father's toy factory and playing with an alone, disabled boy like Ishwar did at the start of the film with his family there including his toddler Ishwar. The spirit of Ishwar touches Sumitra's flowers in her hair and it reminds her of the old times.

D'Souza comes out from jail and meets father of the church. Father informs him that he could not trace out his son Michael but according to his wish he had made police inspector to his friend Kishan's son Vijay Sinha with the help of the money he used to send from the jail. D'Souza decides to bring the truth of the murder of Vijay Sinha's father to his knowledge by getting Tuti Shah arrested. At the same time Tuti Shah comes to know about deprived Michael and his sympathy and attachment towards the poor. He black mails Michael emotionally and gets his rival Bakhshi Jang Bahadur killed by Michael. During his attack a hotel dancer Maria loses her eyesight by the flames of Michael's pistol. Michael himself feels responsible for this accident and without disclosing his identity starts helping and taking care of Maria. Both fall in love each other Now the motto of Michael's life is to get Maria's eyesight back. Tuti Shash again black mails Michael emotionally.
