A woman was robbed while sitting in her car by several masked suspects.
On Oct. 29 at around 12:15 p.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers were dispatched to 1302 N. Meridian St. on a report of a strong-arm robbery.
The victim reported being robbed by five suspects while sitting in her vehicle on the parking lot of the Hoosier Lottery office on the southwest corner of West 13th and North Meridian streets.
The victim said that a black female in a camo jacket and painted facemask grabbed the victim by the hair and threw her to the ground outside of her van. The female suspect with a mask, pink and gray hoodie and teal pants took the victim’s purse and cell phone.
Before the woman was robbed in front of the Hoosier Lottery, the same group of what appears to be masked teenagers allegedly smashed out the window of a moving car.
The thugs approach at around 0:30
At around 2:10, the victim tells the group their masks are creepy, asks where they got them. The group then assaults, robs her, and smashes her window out.

Bad weather and poor visibility are being blamed for the recent New York plane crash that killed Dr. Richard Rockefeller. That's according to the latest report from the National Transportation Safety Board. The great grandson of Standard Oil co-founder John D. Rockefeller and son of longtime New York banker David Rockefeller was flying in dark, rainy and foggy conditions June 13th when his Piper Meridian crashed just after takeoff from Westchester County Airport. It narrowly missed a house. The NTSB says clouds were about 200 feet above the ground and visibility was limited to a quarter-mile. On Oct. 29 at around 12:15 p.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers were dispatched to 1302 N. Meridian St. on a report of a strong-arm robbery.
The victim reported being robbed by five suspects while sitting in her vehicle on the parking lot of the Hoosier Lottery office on the southwest corner of West 13th and North Meridian streets.
The victim said that a black female in a camo jacket and painted facemask grabbed the victim by the hair and threw her to the ground outside of her van. The female suspect with a mask, pink and gray hoodie and teal pants took the victim’s purse and cell phone.
Before the woman was robbed in front of the Hoosier Lottery, the same group of what appears to be masked teenagers allegedly smashed out the window of a moving car.
The thugs approach at around 0:30
At around 2:10, the victim tells the group their masks are creepy, asks where they got them. The group then assaults, robs her, and smashes her window out.

Bad weather and poor visibility are being blamed for the recent New York plane crash that killed Dr. Richard Rockefeller. That's according to the latest report from the National Transportation Safety Board. The great grandson of Standard Oil co-founder John D. Rockefeller and son of longtime New York banker David Rockefeller was flying in dark, rainy and foggy conditions June 13th when his Piper Meridian crashed just after takeoff from Westchester County Airport. It narrowly missed a house. The NTSB says clouds were about 200 feet above the ground and visibility was limited to a quarter-mile. The 65-year-old doctor had more than 5,000 hours of flight experience but had to wear corrective lenses. Dr. Rockefeller was the only person aboard. He was returning home to Maine after celebrating father David Rockefeller's 99th birthday.
