NFL RedZone from NFL Network is a special game day-only channel owned and operated by NFL Network that broadcasts on Sundays during the NFL regular season from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific). RedZone provides "whip around" simulcast coverage of all Sunday afternoon games airing in-progress on CBS and Fox.
RedZone is based out of the NFL Network studios and is hosted by Scott Hanson, and airs commercial-free. The channel prides itself on showing "every touchdown from every game," and is closely linked to Fantasy Football, reporting superlatives and tracking various statistical accomplishments throughout the afternoon. RedZone monitors coverage of the traditional Sunday afternoon 1:00 p.m. "early" games and 4:05/4:25 p.m. "late" games.
RedZone is offered by numerous cable providers, Dish Network, and Verizon Wireless smartphones, but specifically is not available on DirecTV, which offers its own version (Red Zone Channel hosted by Andrew Siciliano) as part of NFL Sunday Ticket.
The National Football League (NFL) is a professional American football league consisting of 32 teams, divided equally between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC). The NFL is one of the four major professional sports leagues in North America, and the highest professional level of American football in the world. The NFL's 17-week regular season runs from the week after Labor Day to the week after Christmas, with each team playing sixteen games and having one bye week. Following the conclusion of the regular season, six teams from each conference (four division winners and two wild card teams) advance to the playoffs, a single-elimination tournament culminating in the Super Bowl, played between the champions of the NFC and AFC.
The NFL was formed in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association (APFA) before renaming itself the National Football League for the 1923 season. The NFL agreed to merge with the American Football League (AFL) in 1966, and the first Super Bowl was held at the end of that season; the merger was completed in 1970. Today, the NFL has the highest average attendance (67,591) of any professional sports league in the world and is the most popular sports league in the United States. The Super Bowl is among the biggest club sporting events in the world and individual Super Bowl games account for many of the most watched television programs in American history, all occupying the Nielsen's Top 5 tally of the all-time most watched U.S. television broadcasts by 2015. The NFL's executive officer is the commissioner, who has broad authority in governing the league.

Watch all the action with every touchdown from every game on NFL RedZone Week 1.
Between 12:55pm and 1:00pm on a Sunday afternoon during the fall season these are the most epic five minutes of the week as your games come on for 7 straight hours of commercial free coverage. Includes the intro and full 5 minute countdown of week 5 coverage of NFL RedZone during the 2016 season. Epic NFL Films music playing in the background getting you ready for your early Sunday afternoon games and fantasy players. Original Airdate: Sunday October 9, 2016 (NFLREDZONE-TV)
(sorry for poor video, but it gets the point across.) I have no rights to this video. Just showing what the NFL RedZone Package looks like. I heard many good things about it, bought it, and took the video the 1st moments it started up for the NFL 2012 season opening countdown. I am very impressed and highly recommend it. Constant action, side by side video boxes (6:20), streaming stats, it's awesome...also if there are 3 or 4 games with importance, they show all those on the screen. I'm already addicted! Great job NFL! FYI - This was 2012 opening day.

My son says that the human race has now fully evolved with the invention of the NFL RedZone. This proves it.
As an NFL Red Zone viewer, this is the craziest simultaneous sequence I've ever seen. Take a look at the bottom screen then upper right then upper left. Bottom- RGIII seals the victory vs Vikings with an incredible TD run. Upper Right- Russelll Wilson bombs away for a game-winning TD pass over the Patriots. Upper Left - Cardinals Kicker Jay Feely misses a chip shot to win the game after making a 61 yarder to tie it. WOW!
If you don't get Redzone and are an NFL fan and/or fantasy player, you are missing out. This is the compilation of every touchdown on Sunday afternoon. They show a similar montage at the end of the program every week (after 7 straight hours of commercial-free football). This was a record setting week. Enjoy.
