Maurice "Reese" Schonfeld is an American television journalist who was co-founder of CNN and the Food Network.

Schonfeld grew up in Newark, New Jersey, graduated from Dartmouth College and received an M.A. and a law degree from Columbia University.

He began his career with United Press Movietone News in 1956. Later he became Vice President of United Press International Television News. In 1975, he founded the Independent Television News Association, a service that provided independent television stations with pooled news coverage delivered via satellite.

In 1979 he became one of the founders of the Cable News Network (CNN), serving as its first president and chief executive until Ted Turner took over CNN's leadership in 1982. While at CNN, Schonfeld is credited with originating the 24-hour cable news concept. Schonfeld was succeeded as president by CNN's executive vice president, Burt Reinhardt.

After leaving CNN, Schonfeld joined Cablevision Systems in New York, where he developed and oversaw the first 24-hour all-news service on a local TV station, "News Twelve" on Long Island. Schonfeld also produced "People Magazine on TV" for CBS and helped to develop "News Channel 8" for Allbritton Communications Company.

Joseph James "Joe" Rogan (born August 11, 1967) is an American martial artist, stand-up comedian, actor, writer and color commentator. He is best known for playing Joe Garrelli on the NBC sitcom NewsRadio, commentating for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, hosting the NBC reality show Fear Factor and The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

Rogan was born in Newark, New Jersey. His paternal grandfather was Irish and the remainder of his ancestry is Italian.

In 1981, at age fourteen, he became a practitioner of Kenpo Karate before transitioning to Taekwondo. He eventually gained a 2nd dan black belt. A four-time state champion in Massachusetts, in 1987 he was the USA Taekwondo U.S. Open Champion. In 1996, he began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Jean Jacques Machado, eventually earning his brown belt. In addition, he holds a brown belt in 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu under Eddie Bravo.

He also practiced and competed in kickboxing.

In 1994, he co-starred on the Fox comedy Hardball as Frank Valente, the young, ego-centric star player on a fictional professional baseball team. From 1995 to 1999, he co-starred on the comedy NewsRadio. He portrayed Joe Garrelli, the electrician at WNYX, a news radio station in New York City. In 2002, he appeared on the episode "A Beautiful Mind" of Just Shoot Me as Chris, Maya Gallo's boyfriend. In 2011, Rogan played his first major character in a movie in the Kevin James movie Zookeeper. He is slated to play himself in an upcoming action-comedy starring Kevin James called Here Comes the Boom, set to be released in the summer of 2012.

Herman A. Rosenblat, born in Poland in 1929, is a Jewish Holocaust survivor who immigrated to the United States in 1950 and later wrote the Holocaust survival memoir Angel at the Fence. The book was planned to be published in 2009 by Berkely books, but was cancelled after it turned out that many elements of the story were fabricated and some were contrary to verifiable historical facts. Rosenblat admitted lying about the key details of his memoir.

Before the fabrication became public, the film rights to the book were purshased for $25 million by Harris Salomon of Atlantic Overseas Pictures. Other fans of the story include Oprah Winfrey who has described it as the single greatest love story she heard 22 years of doing her show.

The story behind the story is being developed as an independent feature film. In June 2010 Atlantic Overseas Pictures and producer Harris Salomon signed a co production agreement with Castel Film Studios, the largest film studio in Central and Eastern Europe and the studio for Cold Mountain and Borat to produce a feature film on the Herman Rosenblat affair based on an original screenplay by Ivo Marloh to be shot in 2011.

Kevin Nalty (born May 12, 1969 in New Orleans, Louisiana) is a YouTube comedian and partner based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania better known under his YouTube username Nalts. His YouTube Channel is one of the top-20 most-viewed comedy channels. He has more than 1,000 videos which, as of September 18, 2011, have been viewed more than 236 million times on YouTube alone. He is ranked as one of YouTube's Most Subscribed users. He is the author of "Beyond Viral: How to Attract Customers, Promote Your Brand, and Make Money with Online Video (Wiley & Sons, 2010). Nalty speaks at marketing conferences and events, and spoke about "viral video" in Boston at the 2011 International Society for Humor Studies conference in Boston.

Nalty first gained notoriety for a video featured on YouTube's front page the first week of January 2007 - "Viral Video Genius - Loses His Cool When Confronted" - where he plays a skivvy-wearing, geeky intellectual passionate about viral video making. His second featured video, "Farting in Public," in which a young teenager named Spencer (Nalty's nephew's friend) uses a fart machine in public places, all the while seeming to be completely oblivious to the fact that he had done so, has been wildly popular with over 11 million views. Another of his videos, "Crackberry Blackberry", was selected as an official honoree at the 11th Annual Webby Awards. In yet another video he parodies Sarah Palin using a Tootsie motif.

Caitlin Alexandra Hill (born 8 September 1988) is an Australian YouTube personality under the name TheHill88. She produces, edits and uploads her videos from her home in New York City.

Dubbed "the goofy princess of cyberspace" by Australia's version of 60 Minutes, Hill maintains one of the most subscribed channels on YouTube, with a regular audience of over 75,000. Her videos have a cumulative view count of over 17 million.

In addition to maintaining a channel on YouTube, Hill is the Chief Creative Officer of Hitviews, a website and new media business venture, which she co-founded with Walter Sabo. The site allows marketers direct access to internet celebrities such as Kevin Nalty and Cory Williams. Bob Weinstein is among the site's investors.

Hill submitted her first video to YouTube 16 August 2006, as a fan response to popular web serial lonelygirl15. A day later, Hill began to assemble fans of her own upon uploading Re: LonelyGirl: Lazydork is Better Than You (posted 17 August 2006), a video response to YouTube comedian Richard Stern, received over 1.000.000 views before September 2006. Described by The Age as "cheesy rap", YouTube featured the video and her 14 short videos collectively received over 4,000,000 views.
