Product : I began reading FT years ago but stopped for awhile, I live abroad. I have bought a subscription again as I loved it. The old magazines I have I still pick up now and again and read . The new magazines though now I find a little boring sometimes. Maybe a look back to how you used to capture imagination may help. But I still love the magazine

Service rating : This is my second time subscribing to Fortean Times, work and travel meant that I sadly had to cancel the first. But circumstances have changed and I am able to read and enjoy the magazine again.

It's a brilliant magazine, I find the broad ranging content fascinating, from weird, paranormal, anomalies to debunking conspiracies a chance to take a break from the daily grind with the opportunity to look beyond the headlines and read between the lines.

It is a magazine I really look forward to each month! I'm a bit old fashioned when it comes to setting up subscriptions, always choosing to do it over the phone. But this time I set up online. It was very simple. It took less than 3 minutes. I received confirmation emails within a few minutes and then as promised an email within 24 hours confirming my subscription, subscription details and first issue date with confirmation of my free gift.

All has gone without a problem. Looking forward to my second issue already.
Product : I already knew the Fortean Times was a great magazine from my first time subscription years ago.

It is a great presentation, glossy covers and quality paper and premium content. The one thing that would make Fortean Times even better would be a way to store past issues like a binder maybe? I found that I often read articles in past issues and having the option to store them neatly and organised would be brilliant.

The free gift was a Tea mug, that is great quality too. Sometimes free mugs are tiny but this holds a good brew, which is brilliant especially when enjoyed with a liberal dollop of Fortean Times!
