Dinner party in an hour
Here's a dream dinner-party menu to get your weekend off to a flying start. Not only is it ready in 60 minutes flat, all the recipes on this menu are irresistibly delicious and super healthy, too!

Menu for 6
- Vodka with pomegranate & soda
- Smoked chicken, watercress & sugar snap pea salad
- Herb-crusted fish with roasted asparagus
- Risoni with capers, lemon & parsley
- Pimm's strawberries with vanilla ricotta
Time plan for dinner at 7pm
6pm
- Prepare the Herb-crusted fish with the roasted asparagus to the end of step 1.
- Prepare the Risoni with capers, lemon & parsley to the end of step 1.
- Prepare the Pimm's strawberries with vanilla ricotta to the end of step 3.
6.15pm
- Prepare the Smoked chicken, watercress & sugar snap pea salad to the end of step 2.
Just before serving starter
- Prepare the Vodka with pomegranate & soda.
- Continue the Smoked chicken, watercress & sugar snap pea salad from step 3.
20 minutes before serving main
- Continue the Risoni with capers, lemon & parsley from step 2.
15 mins before serving main
- Continue the Herb-crusted fish with roasted asparagus from step 2.
5 minutes before serving dessert
- Continue the Pimm's strawberries with vanilla ricotta from step 4.
