Gerald Asher Moore (October 8, 1903, London – January 29, 1993, Twickenham) was an English jazz pianist.
Moore spent the years 1922-1939 working freelance in London, playing movie palaces and nightclubs. Among the clubs in which he worked are Sherry’s (1925–26), the Empress Rooms (1927), Chez Rex Evans (1933–34), the Bag o’ Nails (1932–36), the 43 Club (1934–35), and Mema’s (1934–39). In 1939 he worked with Buddy Featherstonhaugh, 1940-42 with Adelaide Hall, and in 1945 with Vic Lewis. He worked in Europe late in the 1940s, including in Germany with Max Geldray (1947), at the Paris Jazz Fair with Carlo Krahmer (1949), and at the Palm Beach Hotel in Cannes (1948–50). He played with Harry Gold and Laurie Gold in 1954-57 and worked as a pianist on the Queen Mary (1957) and Caronia (1959–63). From the mid-1960s up until his death Moore played clubs in London.
Robert William Gary Moore (4 April 1952 – 6 February 2011) was a Northern Irish musician, most widely recognised as a singer, songwriter and virtuoso rock and blues guitarist.
In a career dating back to the 1960s, Moore played with musicians including Phil Lynott and Brian Downey during his teenage years, leading him to memberships of the Irish bands Skid Row and Thin Lizzy, and British band Colosseum II. Moore shared the stage with such blues and rock musicians as B.B. King, Albert King, Jack Bruce, Albert Collins, George Harrison and Greg Lake, as well as having a successful solo career. He guested on a number of albums recorded by high-profile musicians.
Moore grew up on Castleview Road opposite Stormont Parliament Buildings, off the Upper Newtownards Road in east Belfast, as one of five children of Bobby, a promoter, and Winnie, a housewife. He left the city as a teenager, because of troubles in his family – his parents parted a year later – just as The Troubles were starting in Northern Ireland.

Philip Parris "Phil" Lynott (/ˈlaɪnət/; 20 August 1949 – 4 January 1986) was an Irish musician, singer and songwriter. His most commercially successful group was Thin Lizzy, of which he was a founding member, the principal songwriter, lead vocalist and bassist. He later also found success as a solo artist.
Growing up in Dublin in the 1960s, Lynott fronted several bands as a lead vocalist, most notably Skid Row alongside Gary Moore, before learning the bass guitar and forming Thin Lizzy in 1969. After initial success with "Whiskey in the Jar", the band found strong commercial success in the mid-1970s with hits such as "The Boys Are Back in Town", "Jailbreak" and "Waiting for an Alibi", and became a popular live attraction due to the combination of Lynott's vocal and songwriting skills and the use of dual lead guitars. Towards the end of the 1970s, Lynott also embarked upon a solo career, published two books of poetry, and after Thin Lizzy disbanded, he assembled and fronted the band Grand Slam, of which he was the leader until it folded in 1985.
Still Got the Blues is a 1990 album by guitarist Gary Moore. Prior to this album Moore's work had consisted of predominantly jazz-fusion with Colosseum II and rock and hard rock styles, including his work with Skid Row, Thin Lizzy, G-Force, as well as a large repertoire of solo work. This album, as evidenced by its title, was a departure from hard rock to an electric blues style.
Still Got the Blues was assisted by contributions from Albert King, Albert Collins and George Harrison.
The title track was released on the single format and reached No. 97 on the Billboard Hot 100 on 16 February 1991. It was the only single of Moore's to chart in the Billboard Hot 100.
The album reached No. 83 on the Billboard 200 on 16 February 1991, then was certified gold by the RIAA on November 1995. This was the most successful album both in sales and chart positions from Gary Moore in the US.

Plot: Since Malibu brat Poppy Moore's mom passed away, she has pushed her rich, usually absent dad Gerry shamelessly. When his patience wears out, she's shipped off to her mother's former English boarding school for girls, Abbey Mount. On her first day she makes enemies of most dorm mates, especially dominant lacrosse school captain Harriet, and of staff disciplinarian Mrs. Kingsley. Unwilling to accept the strict regime, she decides to misbehave and take the blame for everyone until she's dismissed. The school only appealing feature for her is Kingsley's dashing son Freddie. When the dream prince transfers his favor from ambitious, uptight Harriet to unruly Poppy, that changes everything.

A comedy, tragedy, and IQ test, all in one. Download the new book for free: http://www.amodernquest.com/sogiftcopy.pdf A citizen journalism work of public service. How many con artists are allowed to blast through the media landscape, telling blatantly false lies and getting some of the top journalists and media figures in the United States to knowingly or unknowingly con and steal from the public on their behalf? In this exposé, you will see why Suze Orman’s name should go down in history right next to Bernie Madoff's, except that while Madoff plundered the wealthy, Orman has slopped up and stolen a fortune directly from the pockets of the poor and middle class for the past fifteen-plus years. Sponsored and protected by corporations, banks, and billionaires and propped up by ghostwrit...

From the legendary Monox club night in Glasgow, Dirty Hospital play an outstanding live set to a very appreciative crowd of revelers. Massive thanks to Jack 'Jackmaster' Revill for recording the audio, Gerry Moore for the artistic direction, Dan Monox for commissioning the recording and of course, John and Steven for a tremendous performance. Recording Notes: As the audio track had a few edits, there a couple of sections where I've used the rather distorted recording from the camera rather than cutting the video up - do not be alarmed :)
Fall Line Films/Sno-Motion- The Western Front 1989 The video that started it all; "The Western Front" was created during a time when snowboarding was still trying to figure out whether it was goofy or regular. Fall Line Films (then Sno-Motion) produced the film with slim financing and little knowledge of snowboarding and the riders who rode them. The Western Front began the transition from racing/downhill to freestyle/skate styles of riding. Filmed entirely in Tahoe with plenty of neon to spare; this film heralded the FLF dynasty and such classics as "SNOWBOARDERS IN EXILE" and Mack Dawg Productions "NEW KIDS ON THE TWOCK". "A California Snowboard Obsession: A crack squad of snowboarders attack the West's most threatening terrain with blatant disregard for personal safety. Exclusive foot...

I was looking back to see
If she was looking back to see
If I was looking back at her
I saw her walking down the street
Though little does she look so sweet
I followed her for half a mile
I had to stop and talk a while
I was looking back to see
If she was looking back to see
If I was looking back at her
She had a yellow golden hair
I'm gonna follow everywhere
She had a wiggle when she walk
I wanted her to stop and talk
You know that I was looking back to see
If she was looking back to see
If I was looking back at her
Yeah
She had a yellow golden hair
I'm gonna follow everywhere
She had a wiggle when she walk, yeah
I wanted her to stop and talk
You know that I was looking back to see
If she was looking back to see
If I was looking back at her
You know that I was looking back to see
If she was looking back to see
If I was looking back at her
You know that I was looking back to see
