LOS ANGELES — Saudi prince Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud, 29, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of forcing a female worker to perform oral sex on his majesty.
Los Angeles police were called to the gated community by a neighbor who saw a bleeding woman trying to climb over an 8-foot wall that surrounds the $37million property.
Since his arrest, Police say three other women have come forward, accusing Al-Saud of abusing them.
The Saudi prince does not have diplomatic immunity so he won't be able to legally evade his court date scheduled for October 19.
However, after posting what was probably a pocket change $300,000 bond, his neighbors told Mail Online they speculate that the prince may already long gone.

A Saudi prince has been arrested on charges of trying to force a worker at a Beverly Hills estate to perform oral sex, Los Angeles police said on Thursday.
Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud, 28, was arrested on Wednesday and was released on $300,000 bond the next day, according to police and online jail records.
The Los Angeles Police Department's special consul division said the prince does not have diplomatic immunity, according to the Los Angeles Times and KCBS-TV.
The Los Angeles Times said police descended on the massive estate after a neighbor saw a bleeding woman screaming for help as she tried to scale the property's surrounding wall on Wednesday.
The $37 million home, in one of the most exclusive enclaves in the world, has been rented for weeks at a time by foreign nationals over the past year, the neighbor told the Times.
The prince is expected to be in court Oct. 19, court records show. Attempts to reach him by telephone were unsuccessful and his attorney was not immediately known. A call to the Saudi embassy was not immediately returned.

The Al-Saud family had been in exile since 1893 following the disintegration of the Second Saudi State and the rise of Jebel Shammar under the Al Rashid clan. In 1902, Ibn Saud recaptured Riyadh, the Al Saud dynasty's former capital. He went on to subdue the rest of Nejd, Al-Hasa, Jebel Shammar, Asir, and Hejaz (location of the Muslim holy cities of Mecca and Medina) between 1913 and 1926. The resultant polity was named the Kingdom of Nejd and Hejaz from 1927 until it was further consolidated with Al-Hasa and Qatif into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1932.
The Treaty of Darin, or the Darin Pact, of 1915 was between the United Kingdom and Abdul-Aziz Al Saud (Ibn Saud) ruler of Nejd, The Treaty made the lands of the House of Saud a British protectorate and attempted to define its boundaries. The British aim of the treaty was to guarantee the sovereignty of Kuwait, Qatar and the Trucial States. Abdul-Aziz agreed not to attack these British protectorates, but gave no undertaking that he would not attack the Sharif of Mecca.
The Treaty of Jeddah (1927), superseded the Treaty of Darin (1915) and was signed on May 20, 1927, between King Abdul Aziz and the United Kingdom. It recognized the sovereignty of King Abdul Aziz over what was then known as the Kingdom of Hejaz and Nejd; these regions were unified into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1932. In return, King Abdul Aziz would hold back his forces from attacking and harassing neighbouring British Protectorates.

The House of Saud (Arabic: آل سعود Āl Saʻūd) is the ruling royal family of Saudi Arabia. The family has thousands of members. It is composed of the descendants of Muhammad bin Saud and his brothers, though the ruling faction of the family is primarily led by the descendants of Abdulaziz Ibn Saud.
The most influential member of the Royal family is the King of Saudi Arabia, currently King Salman. The throne was designed to pass from one son of the first king, Ibn Saud, to another. His deputy Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is also from the ruling House of Saud, and the king-appointed cabinet includes more members of the royal family. While the monarchy is hereditary now, future Saudi kings will be chosen by a committee of Saudi princes, in line with a 2006 Royal Decree.[1]
The family is estimated to be composed of 15,000 members, but the majority of the power and wealth is possessed by a group of only about 2,000.[2][3]
The House of Saud has gone through three phases: the First Saudi State, the Second Saudi State, and the modern nation of Saudi Arabia. The First Saudi State marked the expansion of Wahhabism. The Second Saudi State was marked with continuous infighting. Modern Saudi Arabia wields considerable influence in the Middle East. Princess Reema Bint Bandar Al-Saud, CEO of Saudi Arabian luxury retailer Alfa Intl, says "you cannot have half of your population not working," Over the past two years, Princess Reema has been making bold moves toward women's empowerment in Saudi Arabia.
Born in Riyadh, Princess Reema grew up in Washington, D.C., where her father, Prince Bandar bin Sultan, served as Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the United States. She returned home in 2008 to a country where women's public participation is limited. In response she founded Alf Khair, a corporate social responsibility initiative providing training and support to women in the workforce.
Through investments in training and corporate infrastructure Princess Reema is creating opportunities unimaginable just a few years ago. Whether it’s hiring women, providing day care, offering free employee transportation or letting employees make their own decision about whether to wear a veil, she is embarking on a paradigm shift for a population hungry for change.

Saudi Arabia is about to execute a teenage boy for attending a protest rally against the ruling Al Saud monarchy as part of a heavy-handed crackdown on dissidents, a rights group says.
Abdullah al-Zaher, who is a member of Saudi Arabia’s Shia religious community, was just aged 15 when he was arrested after participating in the protest in March 2012, campaign group Reprieve has told the British daily, The Independent.
Saudi Arabia’s Specialized Criminal Court sentenced Zaher to death by beheading in October 2014, and his sentence was upheld last September with no notice given to his family or lawyer, it said.
Reprieve said Zaher, now 19 years old, has been moved to a prison 1,000 kilometers away from his family, and is to be executed along with 51 other people any day.
Amnesty International says Saudi Arabia executed 102 people in the first six months of this year.
Muslim scholars and clerics have on various occasions criticized Saudi authorities for indicting and then executing suspects without giving them a chance to defend themselves.

STORY: Saudi Arabian women will be running for election and voting for the first time on Saturday (12), a small step towards democracy and gender equality in the autocratic Islamic kingdom.
Late King Abdullah said in 2011, "Starting from the next election, woman have the right to nominate themselves for membership of the municipal councils."
The king did not go on to address broader issues of women's rights in a country where women are not allowed to drive and require a male relative's permission to work or leave the country.
Some analysts have said the ruling Al Saud dynasty has no intention of sharing power with elected politicians and it fears combative campaigns or rapid social reform could unleash unrest in a patriarchal state with deep tribal and religious loyalties.
While top princes privately discuss the possibility of eventual elections for the Shura Council, the appointed parliament that discusses new laws and advises the government on legislation, it is still seen as a distant prospect.
Political liberalisation is slowly edging forward, pressed by a powerful business class that supports modernisation and the growing number of educated and working women and their families, and prodded by Western allies.
Saudi citizen, Yazid al-Ajlan said, "The late king Abdullah requested for the right of woman to run the municipal elections and this has been implemented now. We as the young generation are supporting the women and will help them and we are with the elections."
The introduction of women into public life and gradual moves towards electoral politics were won in the face of stiff opposition from the religious establishment - the conservative clerics upon whose support the Al Saud rely for legitimacy.
While the clergy has always - eventually - gone along with reforms pushed by the Al Saud, its opposition has sometimes legitimised a conservative backlash, such as the riots that followed the introduction of girls' education in the 1960s.

The family has had conflicts with the Ottoman Empire, the Sharif of Mecca, the Al Rashid family of Ha'il, and numerous Islamist groups both inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
The head of the House of Saud is the King of Saudi Arabia who serves as Head of State and monarch of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The King holds almost absolute political power. The King appoints ministers to his cabinet who supervise their respective ministries in his name. The key ministries of Defence, the Interior, and Foreign Affairs are reserved for the Al Saud, as are most of the thirteen regional governorships. Most portfolios, however, such as Finance, Labor, Information, Planning, Petroleum Affairs and Industry, have traditionally been given to commoners, often with junior Al Saud members serving as their deputies. House of Saud family members also hold many of the Kingdom's critical military and governmental departmental posts. Ultimate power in the Kingdom has always rested upon the Al Saud, though support from the Ulema, the merchant community, and the population at large has been key to the maintenance of the royal family's political status quo.
Long term political and government appointments, such as those of King Abdullah, who was Commander of the National Guard from 1963 to 2010, former Crown Prince Sultan, who was Minister of Defence and Aviation from 1962 until his death in 2011, Prince Mutaib Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs from 1975 to 2009, former Crown Prince Nayef who was the Minister of Interior from 1975 to 2012, and the current King Salman, who was governor of the Riyadh Region from 1963 to 2011, have perpetuated the creation of fiefdoms where senior princes have, often, though not exclusively, co-mingled their personal wealth with that of their respective domains. They have often appointed their own sons to senior positions within their own fiefdom. Examples of these include Prince Mutaib bin Abdullah as assistant commander in the National Guard until 2010; Prince Khalid bin Sultan as assistant minister of defence until 2013; Prince Mansour bin Mutaib as assistant minister for Municipal and Rural Affairs until he replaced his father in 2009; and Prince Mohammed bin Nayef as assistant minister in the Interior Ministry. In cases, where portfolios have notably substantial budgets, appointments of younger, often full, brothers have been necessary, as deputies or vice ministers, ostensibly to share the wealth and the burdens of responsibility, of each fiefdom. Examples of these include Prince Abdul Rahman who was vice minister of defence and aviation under Prince Sultan; Prince Badr, deputy to King Abdullah in the National Guard; Prince Sattam, who was Deputy Riyadh Governor during King Salman's term; and Prince Ahmed, who held the deputy minister's portfolio under Prince Nayef's interior ministry.

Saudi Arabia is said to be the world's largest source of funds and promoter of Salafist jihadism, which forms the ideological basis of terrorist groups such as al-Qaeda, Taliban, ISIS and others. Donors in Saudi Arabia constitute the most significant source of funding to Sunni terrorist groups worldwide, according to Hillary Clinton. According to a secret December 2009 paper signed by the US secretary of state, "Saudi Arabia remains a critical financial support base for al-Qaida, the Taliban, LeT and other terrorist groups."
Reports have surfaced that the Saudi government supported the Iraqi insurgency in the 2000s.
