    • I agree fox hat but decisions such as recruiting Liam Jones on a three year deal and Jason Tutt et al make improvement impossible for many years. Those guys, Dale Thomas, Gibbs, Jamison and Andrew Walker are overpaid list cloggers. Disgraceful recruiting - Blaine Boekhorst anybody?

      • I see your recruiting manager is Silvagni but he has inherited a dogs breakfast (not that I'm a fan of Silvagnis - most overrated 'team-of-the-century' player ever).

Its funny the tiges did a similar thing recruiting a bunch of not wants (including Griggs and Hampson). Most of them have worked out well (mullet, Houli, Griggs et al) So there is real skill picking the good from the bad.

What's really disappointing is how quickly the supporters have deserted the club. For the 30 year wasteland that has been the tiges, most of the supporters have stuck. You need a clean out to change the culture. Kernahan is the one you need to give the heave-ho to. A guy who sported a mullet should never be in charge of anything other than a SLR Torana.

    • That 50m against tat head was a total disgrace. A guy comes up to you and gives you a spray in front of the umpire and you get penalised for squirting water at him. What a joke aussie rules has become.

      • Wear the fox hat. Hawks are making there nearest rivals look B grade so I'm not surprised. Your Tigers are in a great place. If they can finish top 4. They will be on a strong position to recruit free agents and add to the list depth whilst improving their best 22.

        • Yeah the hawks are scary. Believe it or not I don''t watch that much footy (the umpires and the rolling maul drive me to distraction). Much better to 'watch' via the internet. But I have turned on the tv for the last two hawks games and its like a training drill for them.

They play us next week and then the weagles soon after. Hopefully somebody can match them.

      • Impressed with the crows. There supporters must be proud of how they have played under difficult circumstances. P Walsh would be proud of his boys I'm sure. I'm hoping they make Finals this year.
