Falling Oil Prices, Internet-Savvy Youth Pose Challenge for Gulf Monarchies
As the Arab Spring swept across the Middle East and North Africa in 2011, Gulf States largely avoided the turmoil seen elsewhere. But there are warnings that the Gulf monarchies are dangerously out of touch with younger generations - and the falling price of oil is destroying the traditional economic bargain between the state and its people. Travel Guide South Africa http://bit.ly/12NxxNm
Shepherd Entertainment takes you on a tour of Cape Town, the biggest city of Pretoria which is the capital of South Africa.
Visit Cape Town in South Africa
The South African republic is also called the country of rainbows because of its colorful and its unique natural beauties. Wild areas abundant in big game, beaches tempting for bathing, rocks rising into the sky, picturesque lakes and huge water falls make such a colorful tapestry that local women sell at the local markets. The area of South Africa has over one million two thousand square kilometers and it's supported by Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Two independent monarchies Lesotho and Swaziland are in set.
The country has forty two million inhabitants who can speak English, Africans, Zulu and eight other tribal languages. The capital of South Africa is Pretoria. Its biggest city is Cape Town.
Due to the history of city, there are Victorian and at worthy an area buildings as well as modern skyscrapers and shopping centers. The biggest and maybe the most beautiful building of Cape Town is the Good Hope Castle. The Dutch eastern India Company had the imposing pentagonal fortress with corner towers built in 1697 to protect the settlers.
The famous buildings of its city are the Nico theatre which includes the upper house, the town hall with its colonial style and the parliament located next to the company gardens. The oldest church of the country is Gruptek meaning big church built in 1678. The city lies on the relatively narrow rocky coastal passage between the board mountain and the sea. This is one of the biggest caves and has the most wonderful locations that I've ever seen and the first Sir Francis Drake in 1580. His ship was the famous Golden hinggle in which he was able to circle of the Cape now on display in London in one of the docks other of tens.
The harbor of Cape Town is one of the busiest commercial centers of Africa. It's a busy place to receive unload goods. It's located half way between South America and Australia. Its excellent location had been recognized by Portuguese, Dutch and English sea men centuries before.
In 1652 young Van Riebeeck and his small troop landed here to set up transit stations for sailors from the commission of the Dutch eastern India Company. In the area lived only push men until a small town is established. The ships were loaded with fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, fish and fresh water and in the docks; the damages of the sailing ships were repaired. The growing town became a center of paper and textile manufacturing. They're relatively small civic center is dominated by a Victorianier of buildings.
Along the lengthy avenues several green parks provide fresh air outside the historic city center, more and more skyscrapers and modern shopping centers are being built. The most colorful side of Cape Town is the green market square where you can find the market and the most pleasant is Company Gardens. The exotic flowers, artificial palms, fountains, blooming bushes and a local people picnicking make the parks of the city colorful.

Learn all the key facts you need about Constitutional Monarchy...in just 101 Seconds. Brought to you by Knowledge Punk, industry leader in short, sharp videos
Constitutional monarchy is a form of government where a king or queen acts as the head of state but is bound by the guidelines of a constitution, regardless of whether the constitution is written, unwritten or blended. This form of government differs from absolute monarchy, where the monarch serves as the complete source of power in the state and is not legally bound by any constitution.
In a constitutional monarchy, the king or queen do not have the power to make or pass legislation. Generally speaking, this power resides within an elected parliament. Instead, their role is primarily ceremonial, meaning their role is more symbolic. They may also hold reserve powers (powers to be used only in extreme emergencies or constitutional crises).
In recent times, many have challenged the idea of a constitutional monarchy, arguing that such a system is anachronistic and old-fashioned. Supporters, however, point to the fact that they offer continuity with the past (and when elected governments change).
Today, Constitutional monarchies are found all over the world. Aside from those 16 Commonwealth countries including Jamaica, Canada and New Zealand whose head of State is the British monarch, they are found in Europe (e.g. Sweden, Belgium, Spain); Asia (Malaysia, Japan, Bhutan); Africa (Morocco, Lesotho) and the Middle East (Jordan, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates).

Obama did not show in front of the crowd for security reasons. Some said, he was visible for 3 seconds, waving to the crowd. He visited the museum together with his wife, whose ancestors were said to be from Ghana. If you are in Ghana, visit this museum and take a tour.
The aftermath of the film follows the tumbling idealization and its inherent ambivalence: In 2011 the Obama-administration joined efforts with the British to combat homophobia in Africa. Both, Cameron and Obama announced to cut back funding if legislation against homosexuals continues or worsens. Obama turned from the celebrated idol of virtually every Ghanaian into "the house slave" of "homosexual imperialism". Ghana still employs homophobic legislation backed by the christian government and contested only by some corageous academics and journalists. Overall it might be far less dangerous to be a homosexual in Ghana than in Russia or Jamaica.
Trivia: Note the Ambulance donated by the Islamic Republic of Iran - in a crowd waiting for the US-President. Iran tries to influence Ghana, it donated a hospital in Accra and many small projects like wells in the northern hinterland.
Note the kings in the "coffins". As with homophobia, "Change we can believe in" was not taken THAT literal. Ghadaffi paid Ghanaian chiefs and Kings to elect him as the "King of Africa". Anyhow, many of those feudal institutions are run by academic modernist individuals and democrats who also want to contribute to their communities. Half of Europe employs monarchies, unlike its former colonial power Great-Britain Ghana is a true democracy today.
Note that the people in the crowd are not the same than those in online-comments. Ghanaian Online-comments were largely unanimous in their homophobia and resent against Obamas critique of it, but consider the pluralism and liberalism within Ghanas society.
Please note: The low quality of the film material is a result of poor technology. It was not my plan to make a film in Ghana. I conserved the material only because of its ethnographic value. I would be glad to own a Canon Mark III.

Obama visited Ghana in 2009. The amateur-video was shot by an ethnographer explores the high hopes Ghanaians hedged towards this visit. It draws you into a waiting crowd, where you can observe some Ghanaian lifestyle. The white building is the slavery-museum of Cape Coast, a former british slave-fortress.

AFRICOM GO HOME : No Foreign Bases in Africa is shot within the context of the fiftieth anniversary of the "Independence" of African states (OAS 1963-2013). It's an anti-propaganda, not-for-profit film dedicated to raising public consciousness by opening up a space for discussion and building a sound information base drawn from archival records.
This documentary represents my views, and my views alone, on geopolitical challenges to both Africa and the wider world. The contents of this film can in no way be ascribed to GRILA or any of its members. It addresses Africa's leaders, all PanAfricanists, internationalist and especially the African Youth caught up in the maelstrom of Africa's place in the world.
AFRICOM GO HOME illuminates a vision of freedom that comes down from the mothers and fathers of panAfricanism.
This documentary takes a personal look at how events have evolved in the wake of the signing of the declaration "AFRICOM Go Home" by fifty or so organizations from Africa and Germany that are united in their opposition to the presence of AFRICOM on either African or German soil. The film is a combination of images filmed or taken off the WEB . However, the authors of those images are in no way responsible for the production or point of view of this film.
This video helps us to understand events arising out of the "AFRICOM Go Home" Declaration and what has been achieved since then.
It shines a spotlight on the history and evolution of imperialistic, neocolonial military forces within Africa over the last fifty years.
It unpacks AFRICOM and how it came into existence, what it means and provides a way of interpreting imperialist rivalries and ambitions on the continent, including why they spy on each other and exposing the contradictions that have surfaced in the "fight against terrorism".
It articulates disbelief in claims of humanitarian goals by those who established AFRICOM for Africa after building a whole network of bases stretching as far as Germany.
It explores contradictions that also arise between Africans and within African organizations as they try to defend themselves within a context of conflicts tied to the pillage of their resources and the appropriation of their ancestral lands.
It examines the urgent need for panAfrican and internationalist resistance as well as the re-politicization of our Youth for future democracy.
The film follows President Obama when he visits Germany and Africa, highlighting the attitudes of various European, American and African presidents as well as AFRICOM's military chiefs. There is also footage on some of the men and women who make up the opposition.
It takes stock of security policies on the continent, paying special attention to the influence of American neoconservatives and how regional power blocs are already putting some of their policies into practice.
AFRICOM GO HOME exposes the machinations of both imperialism and neo-colonialism and shows how they operate to coopt our elites and military leaders as well as civil society organizations. It paints a picture of the damage to which Africans are exposed when these bases take up residence in their midst.
Clearly, our local elites are no less responsible than their foreign bosses for has evolved.
The film urges all parties to review of those bases already cached on the African continent or encircling it as well as NATO's position, the vulnerability and tutelage of the African Union and the presence of a ravenous pack of emerging nations under the rubric of BRIC.
By way of explanation, this video mounts a hypothesis that takes note of the repatriation of Germany's gold which had long been held captive by the US, France and the UK; the now dominant position of China in the global monetary system as well as the reasons why the base was launched so precipitously in Germany. It then goes on to provide reasons for the crisis unfolding in Mali.
This film unveils the AFRICOM base in Germany before the eyes of the world. In doing so, it also draws special attention to the heroic efforts of members of the public and parliamentary representatives belonging to the Linke Party and acknowledges their court action against AFRICOM's drone strikes and targeted killings.
Beyond the security question, this video demonstrates that the crisis in capitalism as well as endemic under-development are fertile ground for culturalism, integrationism, populism and terrorism which are tools that can both create divisions across the continent and abort sovereignty.
AFRICOM and NATO have concocted formulas that they claim will protect Africa.
However, this film is an appeal for more self-determination and balance in Africa's development. It calls for the reemergence of progressive wings of African states as well as a plan for accelerating panAfrican integration within the context of internationalism and a polycentric world that upholds all of humanity's common "good".

Monarchy
A monarchy is a form of government in which sovereignty is actually or nominally embodied in a single individual (the monarch). Forms of monarchy differ widely based on the level of legal autonomy the monarch holds in governance, the method of selection of the monarch, and any predetermined limits on the length of their tenure. When the monarch has no or few legal restraints in state and political

This is a fuller version of the killing of the Portugese king and his family who tried to defend his country against ruthless rivals & relatives. You will get the drift of how ruthless the British monarchies are (trading at this time under the name Saxe Coburg before they had to adopt the Windsor label to sidestep war crimes accusations). I cover the massive frauds in 2015 in the UK referendum sector and the Mario Dragi ECB led campaigns of quantitative easing (1.3trillion Euros sloshed into the already hyperinflated economy). Likely to help cover the crimes of Prince Andrew in 2001 as head of the UK Trade delegation who helped bring down the twin towers and kill 4000 innocents so the G8 could brutalize Iraq and then Afgahnistan to suppress the "ISLAMIC MENACE". The lyrics of the UK national anthem boldly declare we will stuff up other peoples political efforts. the killing of King Carlos the first of Portugal was for vast tracks of land in Portugese colonial Africa and the rights of succession to his country which he made a principled stand to retain. So they shot him dead and many of his relatives so the Saxe Coburgs get the nod for another monarchy. We have a massive rainstorm when I made this video and I had to resort to an umbrella to get to the supermarket. The coverr ups for this involve the launch of the terrorist killer CARLOS the jackal and movies on the alleged attempts to assassinate wartime & peacetime profiteer Charles De-Gaulle. The day of the Jackall movie is also a mind bending diversion but please watch the next video to get the whole story as I ran out of archiving space on my camera disk. You are the victims of the shunting of democratic funding globally into private accounts and you need to tell your political reps the game is up. We speculate on the persecution of monarchs who tried to contest the tyranny and ended up in the asylum like king George III who was persecuted by the courtiers/money lenders like Hallett told us about both Victoria Albert and all the subsequent British Royals and the sexual/breeding chamber illegitimacy scandals. The culprits are actually the money lenders and war lords (the Rothschilds) who have the whole world under their heel. The ECB is in Frankfurt where the Rothschilds started their warmongering issuance of money scams and all the genocidal leaders are still at liberty.....and only Sarah Ferguson is strapped for cash. The familicide continues but the Dutch Spanish and British monarchies are facing a fall because they laugh at their victims in war peace and even Olympic opening ceremonies. Mr Bean who opened the London Olympics is a joke about the ANZAC war dead (Bean was the war correspondent for Gallipoli where Winston Churchill, the queens illegitimate dad culled over 100,000 kiwi and Aussie troops within a fortnight). To sequester the oil from the Russian steps after commiting Genocide in Armenia. Prince Charles has immunity from publications for reasons that become more obvious everyday and the dutch and Spanish monarchies have abdicated for fear of further disclosures of tyranny treason & genocide.

Planet Earth was taken over by an inter-dimensional, extra-terrestrial Reptilian race sometime in the past. This Reptilian race set up all the major structures of society including monarchies, government and banking in order to control and direct humanity and have used secret societies such as the Freemasons and Illuminati to put these structures into place. The evidence suggests that these Reptilians are from the constellations of Alpha Draconis, Sirius, & Orion. Other Human races, from other planets, primarily from the Pleiades, have been involved in a war against this Reptilian race and in fact a large number of Pleiadians are on Earth at this time in Human bodies. If you are reading these words there is a very high chance indeed that you are one of them.

The much-anticipated Camp David summit between Obama and Persian Gulf Arab monarchies isn’t living up to the hype created around it. In a clear snub to Obama and his policies, four monarchs have decided to sit this summit out, with the Bahraini king much preferring to attend a horse show with the Queen of England. While Obama has hailed Saudi Arabia’s role in the region, he has fallen short of inking a defense pact the Arab monarchs had hoped for. So can this summit still be salvaged? And what kind of an impact will its outcome have on Middle East’s politics?

Britain is introducing an array of strict measures against those nationals who plan to go abroad to fight alongside the militants in Iraq and Syria and then make a comeback.
The moves range from seizing passports of the suspected would-be-militants to barring home-coming militants for up to two years.
Critics and human rights activists say the so-called counter-terrorism bill will eventually lead to the stigmatization and demonization of the Muslims in the UK.
This edition of The Monarchy reviews the proposed bill as well as its possible outcomes.

When the monarch has no or few legal restraints in state and political matters, it is called an absolute monarchy and is a form of autocracy. Cases in which the monarch's discretion is formally limited (most common today) are called constitutional monarchies. In hereditary monarchies, the office is passed through inheritance within a family group, whereas elective monarchies use some system of voting. Each of these has variations: in some elected monarchies only those of certain pedigrees are eligible, whereas many hereditary monarchies impose requirements regarding the religion, age, gender, mental capacity, and other factors. Occasionally this might create a situations of rival claimants whose legitimacy is subject to effective election. Finally, there have been cases where the term of a monarch’s reign is either fixed in years or continues until certain goals are achieved: an invasion being repulsed, for instance. Thus there are widely divergent structures and traditions defining monarchy.
Monarchy was the most common form of government until the 19th century, but it is no longer prevalent. Where it exists, it is now usually a constitutional monarchy, in which the monarch retains a unique legal and ceremonial role, but exercises limited or no political power: under the written or unwritten constitution, others have governing authority. Currently, 44 sovereign nations in the world have monarchs acting as heads of state, 16 of which are Commonwealth realms that recognise Queen Elizabeth II as their head of state. All European monarchies are constitutional ones, with the exception of the Vatican City, but sovereigns in the smaller states exercise greater political influence than in the larger. The monarchs of Cambodia, Japan, and Malaysia "reign, but do not rule" although there is considerable variation in the degree of authority they wield. Although they reign under constitutions, the monarchs of Brunei, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Swaziland appear to continue to exercise more political influence than any other single source of authority in their nations, either by constitutional mandate or by tradition.
