Cosmonauts Alley (Russian: аллея Космонавтов) is a wide avenue in northern Moscow leading to the Russian Museum of Cosmonautics and the Monument to the Conquerors of Space . The pedestrian-only avenue connects the museum and monument to the VDNKh subway station.
The park-like "alley" is punctuated by large stone memorials of important figures in the Soviet space program. At its terminus below the monument, a larger-than-life statue of Soviet rocket pioneer Konstantin Tsiolkovsky (1857–1935) sits facing back down the path.

We try to avoid as much of April Fools' day as possible on techradar. In fact, as a rule, we'd advise sleeping in until midday, that way you'll avoid all the terrible "jokes" entirely. We can imagine there are a few people at Google who would like to go to bed and start the day again though after its latest feature went south very quickly ... Not so funny ... Now it houses several monuments dedicated to pioneers in Russia’s aeronautic industry, with the Museum of Cosmonautics and the Monument to the Conquerors of Space at one end of it (and VDNKh metro station on the other end) ... The Museum of Cosmonautics was not opened until 1981 ... ....
