I have been known to drive 7 hours to have my hair done by Team Lusso. Never before have I walked away from a salon and genuinely loved a cut and colour - even weeks later. Also to feel welcomed and comfortable just adds to the Lusso experience. Will not yo anywhere else

I came in on a Groupon voucher but I was treated exactly the same as a full paying customer and I was especially impressed that I wasnt pressured into buying extra services or products. Ive used Groupon vouchers for other salons before and this is the first time I have walked away paying exactly what was stated on the voucher. That fact alone has gone a long way in ensuring you have a customer who will return. Not to mention the fact that the cut and colour is perfect! I loved the relaxed atmosphere of your salon. There was nothing pretentious or false about the salon itself or your staff and I would especially like to thank Britt and Kirt who looked after me so well. I dont often get to pamper myself (Mum with 2 young kids, limited budget etc.) so I am very grateful to you all for giving me such an enjoyable afternoon. I will definitely be telling my friends. Warm friendly staff who give excellent advice and style cuts, I love my new look. Lusso team give great service, the shop has a very relaxed atmosphere and even when the shop is busy you feel you are the only one being attended to, not rushed or 'pushed' into something you don't want. love my visits, thanks Team Lusso Sue D
